Friendly staff, nice big rooms with a full kitchen and living room. Decent breakfast. Stayed July 8th - 11th. However, after asking about room not being cleaned after the first night, I was told they only clean every 2nd day now. After the room not being cleaned the 3rd day I was advised I was miss informed. Marriott's new policy as of July 8th is to only clean every 7th day or after check out. 🤯

Had an event in Waterloo, a mere 5 miles west, and decided to try this Residence over other locations further away. Glad we did! Very helpful and welcoming staff, check in was a breeze in under 5 minutes, the room was near spotless, comfy bed and pillows and the kitchenette was just right for our late snacks and own breakfast the next morning. Parking was a bit tight due to the property being full for other city wide events, but we managed. Tucked away from the far west Dodge Street madness and noise, this place would be great for a week long stay in the west/northwest area of Omaha and at the reasonable rate we received, I would jump on it in a heartbeat. Great stay, and will do it again!

This place is not the quality a Marriott is known for. Below our room was an outdoor courtyard. At 11:00 at night I called the front desk to see if there was a quiet hour because people were down there talking very loudly. I wear earplugs and could still hear them. Basically I was told there wasn’t anything he could do, but he’d ask them to be quiet. 12:15, still talking just as loud! I finally put a pillow over my head to further quiet the talking. Next morning the lady at the front desk dismissed me even further with a promise to refund a very small amount for my trouble. I’ve never received any refund. The room wasn’t as clean as a Marriott is known for. I won’t be back.

We have stayed here at least five times the last time being this weekend and it is always PHENOMENAL. We live in town but it’s our favorite place to go to for a staycation. Best staff cleanest rooms awesome pool great breakfast and so cozy, we have kids and they love it as well. The staff is always sweet to them and great at making us feel welcome. Best place to stay in Omaha

Clean rooms with a two bedroom suite option (very hard to find!) nice soft pillows, clean bathrooms and common spaces. Quiet! Good quality breakfast and variety, too. Will definitely return next time we're in Omaha!

This hotel was a respite to our soul. We came to Omaha from out of town for the wine and balloon festival. We had reservations at a local campground. 10 minutes from our campsite the high NE winds and a few bumps loosed our camper enough that the entire roof lifted and blew off. Tragic. We needed to find a place to stay. I spoke with Kegan on the phone. He was great! Got us a room at a price we were comfortable with. They worked with us on a good place to park what was left of the camper so it would be safer and visible from our room. The room was so nice and the breakfast cook and attendants were so nice and really cared about their work. That is a real rarity these days. The whole experience really helped ease the hit we took losing our camper and all our plans. Thank you!!

I spent 10 days at this location. My first room was very nice, bed was uncomfortable, but overall good. Woke up to ants biting me in my bed, so I was switched rooms the next week. That was a mess! I actually lost my job over it, having to wait 12 hours for a new room. New room was the same. Clean, everything you need. I loved most of the staff. Very helpful. The courtyard is comfortable! Loved getting to visit with other guests there. Good location, stores close, several food places.

Great quick stay! Pet friendly with a fee and complimentary breakfast that has everything you need. Only complaint is pillows seemed fluffy but flattened when in use, maybe just stack them or bring your own unless you like what my husband referred to as a “potato chip bag” for a pillow.

The room was VERY nice. We love the layout and space in the double queen suite with kitchen and living area and ample sized bathroom. Beds were very comfy and pillows at least adequate. Very clean. We checked in April 25th early evening. The host was essentially rude. He was fixing the alarm as I walked through the entryway and he said nothing as I walked through. Then simply walks up to the computer in front of which I am standing and just looks at me. "Do you have any rooms?" I ask. "169" he says. At this point, I about laugh and walk out. No one can be this rude and work in hospitality, I think, I don't need to put up with this type of nonsense. But, I stick it out since I didn't want to search for anything else with my wife waiting in the vehicle. "What type of room is that?". "King". Thanks for the one word answer buddy. "Any other type of rooms?" "That's the cheapest room." In a condescending tone. Again, I should have left right there. I don't need to be insulted with the obvious insinuation that I can't pay for whatever room you might have at this place. Eventually, I lowered through this painful transaction and he did get a bit better, but I could get past his initial unacceptable attitude. I certainly hope others didn't have to face the same treatment.

Heater was a literal freight train. Turned it off then froze but at least slept a little. If you chose to awe people with a walk in shower and no door, PUT AN OVERHEAD HEAT LAMP IN. Froze in the shower. The light above the mirror in the little area outside the bathroom was out so pretty dark. Overall clean but will never stay again.

The rooms are good size. Furniture was stained and very worn out. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Stay was okay. Area is nice with good dining and shopping. Safe and nice neighborhood around hotel. The hotel was clean upon arrival. The front desk person was very robotic and wasn't the friendliest. Room was quiet and spacious but not the cleanest. Probably would stay again if the price was right but certainly feel that Marris slipping a bit with standards.

Had a nice three night stay. Really like the studio style room with kitchen and full size refrigerator. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Decent continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. Heater was pretty noisy. Overall a good place to stay.

I had to check out and check back in a day later to travel back home and Josh was so accommodating! He helped me put my luggage and food in storage and was just awesome! Amazing customer service!!!

I could write paragraphs about this place! I absolutely love it! The staff are amazing and my room is always sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is perfect for what I need before work. It's also located in an area where all businesses shut down early so it is quiet! I am a light sleeper so not having highway or road noise is super valuable to me.

Nice Stay Saturday Breakfast was good but Sunday yucky. Pool was great for kids. Great area around fire pit to hang out & visit.

This hotel can not be trusted to keep your reservation and absolutly no assistance when they cancel reservations because they are overbooked. It didn't matter that I prepaid months in advance, I am a Mariot Bonvoy member, I was accompanied by a person in a wheelchair and 3 children under the age of 3. It didn't matter that the Marriot reservation desk confirmed our reservation not only the day before arrival, but as I was standing at the front desk. This hotel did an excellent job of ruining what should have been a wonderful family wedding week-end.

Living fit for a queen! My fiancé had six weeks of work training in Omaha, so his company booked this Residence Inn Marriott for him. He literally raved about the food for weeks. I thought to myself, I need to come and see for myself. Luckily I wfh so my pup and I decided to come for a 2 weeks. Yes, this place is dog friendly! There are so many sweet pups at this property. The studio suite is lovely! It’s spacious, you could easily sleep 4 people here comfortably. Two people can sleep in the king bed, and two on the full pull out sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and super glam! The kitchen comes with a full size refrigerator. There are pots and pans, plates, silverware, a dishwasher, and sink so you’ll feel right at home. There is a table and chairs in the dining area. The desk is perfect for wfh, it was very spacious. You could easily have two monitors and a laptop if needed. There are ample amount of plugs so you don’t have to worry about bringing extension cords. I had an amazing few of the houses on the hills/mountains. Room service comes 3-4x a week. The sweet women do an amazing job and you get about 2-3 full cleanings a week. They will pop in to see if you need extra towels etc.. They offer complimentary breakfast!!!!!! Ohhh mmmm gggg is it good! I’ve never had a complimentary breakfast taste so delicious! They have a variety of food daily from 6:00am or so till 9:30am daily! Eat as much or as little as you like! There is fresh brewed coffee daily, and a variety of juices. My favorite foods were the biscuits and gravy, the burritos, the waffles, bacon, potatoes and sausage medley. They food staff are amazing!!! You will get amazing hospitality and service here. They have free parking here as well! Oh don’t forget the basketball court, indoor pool, and patio and fire pit! The front desk staff were awesome, shout out to such a phenomenal team! If you are coming in town to visit friends/family, wedding, or a business trip you won’t be disappointed!!!! They give you complimentary water bottles, which is a nice touch! They have a little store you can buy food from as well. You need to have a car to get around, there are many good food options near. I recommend first watch for breakfast, black stone meatball for dinner, and berry and rye for drinks! Trust me!

I recently stayed at this property with my daughter. The staff were very helpful and nice. But there are a few things you need to be aware of. Hot water took forever in kitchen, bathroom and shower (Waste of water) Shower inner liner to short Shower had more water going thru the faucet than the Shower head Drains in kitchen & bathroom run extremely slow (almost at the clogging stage) TV in livingroom area not working (Bedroom okay)

Stayed here for my sister's wedding. Had a big room with a pull out couch, and kitchen. Pull out couch wasn't real comfortable, but can't expect much with one of those... continental breakfast was pretty decent. Good place to stay overall

Room was spacious and looked great upon arrival. But a few things not cleaned well. No insulation, and the running, noisy guests above us kept us awake till well after 3 am. No directions for tv and remote could not change channels. Limited breakfast selection. Good location to get food, etc.
