Rooms are clean and have USB ports. The TV's are small and they use Dish for the cable. If you love sports then you'll love it. Me not so much. Also they require a $100.00 deposit. I booked the room through a travel website and was unaware of this until we checked in. Yes, You get it back after you check out, it just would have been nice to know prior to booking the room.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. It's that bad. Our pet friendly room reaked of urine. Our window was covered in plastic construction wrap. The door to our room didn't fully close. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude. Also they somehow had the audacity to just toss 5 throw pillows on a king size bed instead of getting even standard size pillows?? I've stayed in a lot of "budget" hotels and this is easily the worst experience.

Was not a nice place to stay. Stunk bad In lobby and room smelled like they had just pulled the ozone machine out 5 mins before we got there. Fridge was dirty inside. Toilet was tiny and way to close to the wall. Breakfast was terrible scary is a better word just waffle or biscuits and "gravy" . No juice or milk only coffee. Will not go back.

Understanding that it's a budget hotel, it wasn't the best experience, even though you can see the effort put in by the cleaning staff. The hotel has many deficiencies; it's a pet-friendly hotel, but the rooms have carpet, which keeps animal odors and hair embedded. Additionally, there are fleas. I personally made this comment to the front desk person, but the only response I got was "the carpet is new," without offering any solution. The rooms are large and comfortable. Also, this hotel doesn't have a laundry room for the guests. You have to walk to the next property, no good at all.

This was the most disappointing hotel stay. We always choose La Quinta but this one is a hard PASS in the future. Smelly, old, dirty, no pool, drab breakfast and the staff looks as excited to be there as we were. Dogs barking all night. Unbelievable experience and over $200/night!!??? Location was decent.

Let's just say you get what you pay for. I was driving cross country and just needed a fairly inexpensive place to crash. I had my pet (small dog) with me as well and it was not a problem (for a fee). I checked in around 10pm and was back on the road by 8am the next morning. There was a noticeable animal smell in the hallway of the pet wing at this location. My female dog also spent a lot of time sniffing the only protruding corner by the bathroom which I'm guessing had not been cleaned since the previous male dog stayed. The room did serve it's purpose.

absolutely disgusting 1. 1 room reeked of cigarette smoke, though it was not smoking. The room they moved her to wasn't much better 2. The hallway reeked of pot smoke 3. The entire building was musty and mildewy 4. 5 showers were not functional. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they were, we just had to pull harder on the knob. While I will say that worked on 2 of them, we nearly pulled the knob out of the wall. Still not functional in my book. One only had cold water. 5. 1 shower had mold growing near the top of the shower. 6. The carpet in my room was wet with mildew 7. One chaperone had her vehicle broken in to 8. One chaperone ended up with very serious bed bug bites 9. We were not told there is no elevator on this property. This is a Special Olympics team (they were told this upon reservation). In addition to those concerns listed In my original complaint below, 10. one athlete can not shower, but needed a bathtub. There was not stopper in the tub. Chaperone went to the front desk to ask for one and was told they didn’t have anything, to use a washcloth. In that same room, when the chaperone went to take a shower, it set off the fire alarm. 11. When the front desk was told of the pot smell, they said they would “look in to it”, but this continued to be an active issue as it was never cleared out and the room where it was coming from continued to have people in it smoking pot. 12. There was a major hump in the tub with one of the showers. This shouldn’t be a big problem, but when you have athletes with mobility and balance issues, it IS a problem. 13. In this same shower, there was absolutely no way to take a shower without getting water everywhere. The shower head wouldn’t move and it shot water all over. We cleaned it up, but it was crazy 14. Also in the same room, the floor was “soft” in front of the bathroom door. Obviously from the water issues. ( I would guess this is why the carpet had mildew). I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, but I spent nearly $4000 at this motel. At $148 per room, I would have expected a clean dry room

Common areas / hallways are really dingy, kind of smell like vomit. But the room itself is very clean and comfortable. Very reasonable pet policy. The complementary breakfast is okay, biscuits and gravy, waffles, some assorted pastries. Definitely worth the price. Would recommend.

The hotel was ok and the service could have been a lot better. It was located in an ok area. The room was clean but the bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. The breakfast was ok, basically waffles and cereal with toast, yogurt, and juice. No proteins at all.

This is a dive hotel. Looks like people live here full time. The only good thing is the lady at the front desk. Most of the bad reviews are accurate . This is not a 2 or 3 star hotel its a half star. La Quinta hotels are mostly good. The worst o e i have stayed at is 1000% better then this one.

This hotel is in major need of an update. The exterior looks very old and run down. It honestly does not feel safe. When we arrived, my husband's response was "I hope our car does not get stolen". The guest rooms were clean, but very old and dated. We only stayed one night and the price was fairly cheap compared to other hotels in the area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are there for a very short stay and want a low price.

Not an awful experience, it just comes across as if nobody cares much about the place. It was clean. Everything is sort of falling apart. There were holes in the walls from door handles, mismatched and falling apart countertops, curtains. Truly though this is just an honesty review for those who are aesthetically picky. Can't and wouldn't complain about the staff. It was easy to check-in and was a quick simple stay.

The flower pots out front are full of cigarette butts and trash. Pealing paint on railings. Not a good entrance way. Ice machine is dirty and probably never cleaned. I wouldn’t eat ice but I wanted to cool bottles.however the chute is broken. Paint spots all over from painting. Cigarette burns in bed spread. Breakfast area was closed so they didn’t have hot breakfast like the said but looking at the dirty coffee station I probably wouldn’t eat here. Dirty carpets throughout. Dirty furniture. This place is just not kept up on maintenance and needs cleaned. Dirty lamps. Lock your doors because housekeeping has room keys out where anyone can just grab one.

We had to ask the front desk to move our room because the one we were first given smelled so much like urine. It was unbelievable. The second room was almost as stinky but this time with just the smell of a wet dog. It actually inspired us to up our entire trip from two star to three star hotels because we did not want to even chance another experience this bad. The room was disgusting. We were checking our stuff and the bed for bed bugs just to be safe. It was that bad.

Dirty, actually filthy, really bad. Trash in the parking lot, lobby, hallways. Rooms questionable. The vent in the bathroom has never been cleaned. Dust on ledges. A simple vacuuming of the property would be a good start. Staff was painting hallway on our departure. You can’t paint over dirt and grim you need to clean. Will not return. Lost customer.

I thought this was a nice place, Very clean. The guys behind the counter for check in was nice and the free breakfast was really good. My husband said the biscuits and gravy was really good.

We flew in and landed around midnight. I had a reservation already, but check in took 5 times longer and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t even get up out of her chair to assist us. She just scooted around the front. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again, this was just suppose to be a quick in to get a few hours of sleep before driving 3 hours home. During the checkin process we debated on just cancelling and taking the drive home.

This was my worst experience with La Quinta. The front desk lady that worked overnight was rude, didn't check me in or even say hello for 10 minutes of me standing in front of her. Our toilet didn't flush unless you took of the back and flushed it manually

We stayed there this week and it was fine. The room was clean and breakfast was not a huge buffet but it worked. If we needed anything they provided it. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and they were not better as far as service went. We’ve stayed at hotels and had zero free breakfast, so this was better than nothing. Free coffee free juice and just enough other choices.

Decent place to stay. Staff are friendly, just extremely difficult to understand (accents). Pet friendly but not the cleanest pet area.

Bed hard as a rock. Back door broken. Don't feel safe there. Breakfast a joke. La Quinta just lost our business.

  • 2/5 Miguel L. 10 months ago on Google
The sheets and the mattresses were stained, the pull out bed was 1 inch of foam and all springs. basically the opposite of what a La Quinta is. It was like someone bought a La quinta sign at the flea market and installed it on a 40 dollar a night motel or something like that. La quinta usually has better standards than that.

La Quinta inn by Wyndham is one of the most accommodating motels I have stayed. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very very comfortable. The affordable rate doesn’t hurt either.

Dirty, nasty, the bed linens were stained. The baths had hairs everywhere and the toilet and tub was nasty. My company paid for it and I'm upset they did.

Access to the parking lot was a maze of driveways and side streets, the toilet did not flush, the shower was ice cold in the morning, there were stains on the sheets (though washed), and the breakfast was pitiful at best.

We spent 5 nights here because it was the closest LaQuinta to the attractions we planned to visit. We will not stay here again. The facility was dirty and not well maintained. The breakfast choice was a waffle, cold cereal, hard boiled eggs or toast. It ended at 9 AM. The pet fee exceeded the published rate. All staff we saw were foreign struggled with English. We cannot recommend it if there are options for you.

Loved staying here. There's a microwave and mini fridge. There's no laundry room , you do have to go find one. And the shower curtain does have mold. Boyfriend travels for work so this is a good place to stay for the mean time!

Room was ok. Breakfast was a mess- syrup every where and empty, juice not working. I had to check out online since I could wake up the front desk clerk that was snoring at the desk.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I go to 3-4 hotels a month anf never hsd service this bad, not even from cheap cheap middle of nowhere Kansas motels lol. I accidently left a pillow I have to use (Broke my neck in a car accident few years ago) Keep calling to see if it was found.... They claim the room # doesn't exist... hung up on both my gf and I 2x each. Say "Come look yourself." Booked through Priceline like yes.. you 100% have a room 149. Would NOT recommend.

Only one star because I can't leave a negative star. The building is nothing like the pictures, the chairs have bodily fluid stains all over then, the bed sheets had stains that you would expect to see in a pay-by-the hour motel. Internet doesn't work, at all. Spend the extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

This location has been recently updated which made it nice to have fresh paint & clean surfaces. They've also put in smaller size, but not mini, fridges, a microwave and coffee pot in each room. It was extremely cold during that snowstorm and the front doors didn't want to open or close properly but the front desk clerk helped every time I needed it. Also, I had car trouble and he was very helpful in me locating the closest place to buy a new battery. He even offered to let me use his Sam's card! Very good customer service and the guy who worked when I checked in the night before was very professional and kind as well. Thanks for the help and going the extra mile for me.

It's not really in Omaha. It's along the I-80, on the way West of Omaha, or before you get to Omaha. The lady working wouldn't even grab me a plastic fork, claiming they are only available for breakfast. Lazy and inconsiderate. The rooms were absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere. Couldn't even sit in the chair. Pretty sure things were cleaned, but stained and nasty looking. Paint was very odd colors in the room. A weird, outdated purple. The hallway was doused with a very strong cleaner chemical smell. It was quite affordable and pet friendly, however.

Didn't know the area but needed a place to stay on my trip from Minnesota back to Texas and this was a good 6 hours drive. Sadly once we arrived in the area it was quickly apparent that we were in an older community with limited care. The host was respectful and willing to respond quickly to questions but low rating is deserved dew to issues with enforcing the nighttime curfew. Examples on our stay: Around 11:30 two women began yelling and cursing at each other in a room across the hall. We had to report them twice before police had to be called. That resolved after midnight. Then new guests arrived to the room next door. They stayed up until 3am talking and laughing while their kids watched TV at full volume. The night manager was asleep on the sofa and had to be woken to respond to my concerns. She responded to the incident about 30 minutes later. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family or who needs a good night's rest. Rooms were most definitely dated. They fo provide free coffee and tea by the front desk 24/7. The dog area is an open grassy area by the main road. The parking lot is very old, cracked and broken, but it is spacious. The neighborhood is older and rundown. On our visit there was a group of latinos standing around the parking by the main road; there was is a safety concern because they were eyeballing us as we took our bags into our room. Our room had a cracked and rusting bathtub. WiFi was sketchy at best, my wife couldn't connect. The A/C unit worked well but squeaked to a halt everytime the fan stopped blowing. The curtains are very old and the sunblocking portion is falling apart so that you get a night sky look on the curtain when all lights are off in the room. Staff wise, there was only one person on duty when we were here.
