Sheraton
hotel
I
had
ever
been
to.
The
staff
was
extremely
friendly
and
would
give
them
5
stars
alone.
Mr.
Meylon
was
amazing,
the
front
desk
attendant.
He
knew
a
great
amount,
and
after
my
encounter
with
him
I
was
excited
for
the
stay.
He
even
took
time
to
text
our
number
and
ask
how
our
room
was
(at
the
time
did
not
notice
anything
worth
mentioning).
The
lobby
was
nice,
but
rest
of
the
hotel
out
of
date.
Very
disappointed
in
no
hot
tub.
We
booked
the
junior
suite,
but
weren't
satisfied.
We
were
missing
soap
in
the
bathroom
along
with
a
room
service
menu.
No
coffee
filters
as
well.
We
were
happy
to
have
access
to
the
Club
Lounge
but
a
few
breakfast
items
were
missing,
as
we
were
looking
forward
to
breakfast
before
checking
out.
Paid
too
much
for
our
suite,
for
what
we
got,
as
I
work
for
Marcus
Hotels.
