The check in was quick and easy. The room is extremely comfortable and has a nice cozy feel. Will definitely be willing to stay here again. Update was 5 stars before but stayed here again and they filled in the hot tub area with cement. So no hot tub which is very dissatisfying for me.

It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't purposely choose this place again. The room was clean, the furniture was new enough, and it could easily been a be a place to stay. Let's start with the water. In December the chances of me wanting a warm shower are pretty high. Most days this was successful, although always at a very low pressure. The day I slept in until 7 AM however I learned that my 5 AM showers were probably screwing somebody else every other day I was there. The scary part is this is with a mostly empty parking lot. What I could have used cold was a drink, but for some reason nobody got the memo a few decades back that mini fridges in the rooms are okay. Overall a decent place with a staff that seems to keep the place well kept. A couple of much needed repairs here and there could do wonders.

We had a great stay. The pool is large and the water was warm. There was no hot tub. The work out room was very nice. The rooms were comfortable. The beds were soft and had a lot of pillows. There are blackout curtains. It was quiet from 11p to 8a. We didn't do breakfast, it seemed pricey for what you get. Our rate was reasonable. WiFi is free and parking is free. Check in is easy. They put a $50 hold on your account for incidentals, which is reasonable. The shower was hot, but the water pressure was low. Overall, great stay!

We had a great time here 4 years ago! We upgraded our room to the Sheraton membership area on the top floor. The room was great and then you have access to the snack room, happy hour, and work space. The first time we went there, the happy hour reception had great food and breakfast was delicious; however, just last year we went again and took my dad. Unfortunately the hot tub was filled in and no longer available, the happy hour reception did not have the food like it did last time, and the breakfast was sub-par and we ended up eating downstairs in the restaurant. It was not worth the upgrade. Not sure if this is a new trend there or just a rough weekend for them.

It's a smaller hotel with a convenient location. I had a club level room, club level members have their own lounge that serves food and wine in the evenings. It also has free drinks and snacks you can take back to your room. Checkout for club level was 4PM, so we weren't able to get our room until 5. Checkout for other levels is noon. The staff was really friendly, and it looked upscale once you walk inside. They have a bar there, as well. Free wifi. The rooms were decent, nothing overly exciting about them but they served their purpose. They had a shuttle service that can take you where you request. The pool was fantastic, it went down to 8ft deep but it seemed a little deeper than 8ft. Also had a spa and fitness room. Decent hotel for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Everyone from the front desk, general manager to housekeeping have been top notch! I have had a couple issues during my stay (not their fault) and they have been understanding, going above and beyond to help out!! The rooms are updated, clean, always stocked with linens and supplies and the beds are super comfy! Absolutely the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Clean, centrally located for easy access to downtown (15-20 minutes.) Came for a volleyball tournament with venues at opposite ends of the city, so this location was perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping. It seems like they may be a little short-staffed. Some rooms were skipped in daily cleaning and they completely ran out of towels. Staff was friendly and restaurant service was good. $10 breakfast buffet was just ok; comparable to what you find with a free buffet at other hotels. Overall a practical but no-frills choice.

Staff was excellent as usual for Sheraton brand. The room was also recently remodeled and very nice. The location was close to the elevator, but we were impressed that there wasn't any noise. The club was also convenient, but the food wasn't amazing. An example, they only had the 1/3 fat cream cheese and ran out of eggs and oatmeal. The staff managed to make a busy weekend seem ordinary. It was clean and quiet the entire stay.

Bed was very comfortable! Staff was very courteous and nice! Room was very clean upon arrival!!! Make sure though not to get your room next to an elevator- it was pretty loud. And pillows were the strangest I've ever used- head sinks to the bottom of the pillow and the ends wrap around to your face. But overall this hotel still deserves 5 stars!!!

The front desk service was professional and polite. The room was clean and our experience overall was good. I do have a couple points of criticism. First, I was able to hear the guest upstairs sick in their bathroom, though that was brief. It was still loud, which was not pleasant. Second, the pillows were uncomfortable, but the bed was nice.

First Sheraton hotel I had ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly and would give them 5 stars alone. Mr. Meylon was amazing, the front desk attendant. He knew a great amount, and after my encounter with him I was excited for the stay. He even took time to text our number and ask how our room was (at the time did not notice anything worth mentioning). The lobby was nice, but rest of the hotel out of date. Very disappointed in no hot tub. We booked the junior suite, but weren't satisfied. We were missing soap in the bathroom along with a room service menu. No coffee filters as well. We were happy to have access to the Club Lounge but a few breakfast items were missing, as we were looking forward to breakfast before checking out. Paid too much for our suite, for what we got, as I work for Marcus Hotels.

I really like this hotel as a place to host events. I've been to a few conferences here and this is where we had our wedding reception. There are two good sized ballrooms and plenty of good areas near ballrooms to mingle in between events. The staff is also top notch. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room but had no complaints from our guests except that the week of our wedding they had water heater issues but they had it fixed within a day.

The hotel is becoming very aged. The hallways have low ceilings. So low you will need to make sure you don't hit your head on the exit signs. The walls are so thin you can hear the conversation that they are having in the rooms on either side of you. I also was able to hear the heavy breathing and snoring of the person in the room next to mine. You have to call during business hours to request a mini fridge for your room. They think they are higher class than what they are. They also charge $10 for breakfast. This is not the type of hotel that should charge for breakfast. It is also not the easiest hotel to get to either.

We were to stay just one night, but when a storm hit, we stayed a second night. We used the exercise room and did a lot of swimming in their fabulous pool. We also enjoyed the Club Room!! Everyone on staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. The room was spacious, and we were able to enjoy doing things like cross word puzzles and reading without feeling "closed in"! We made the decision to again stay there on our return home from vacation!!

Very nice hotel. The beds and pillows are crazy comfortable. The pool is huge and has an actual deep end unlike most hotels. The hot tub is great. The hotel is nicely placed atop a hill. Breakfast buffet is 10 dollars and goes from 6 to 9 am.
