If
there
was
a
way
to
leave
negative
stars-
I
would…
I
don’t
like
to
think
that
we
are
overly
picky-
and
I
understand
that
buildings
are
run
down-
but
this
was
crazy…
We
were
delayed
in
arriving
and
I
had
been
in
the
phone
throughout
the
day
to
let
them
know
we
would
be
a
late
arrival.
When
we
did
arrive-
we
had
to
wait
15-20
minutes
for
someone
to
even
show
up
to
the
front
desk.
While
waiting
I
found
the
ladies
room-only
to
find
the
trash
can
full
of
toilet
parts
and
tools
in
the
stall.
Went
back
to
the
front
desk
and
continued
to
wait.
When
someone
did
show
up-
we
were
checked
into
our
1st
room.
The
bathroom
was
horribly
dirty-
with
gunk
all
over
the
bathtub.
We
went
to
the
front
desk
to
ask
for
a
clean
room.
Room
#2-
The
person
that
checked
us
in
went
upstairs
to
check
on
the
cleanliness
of
the
room
while
we
went
up.
The
keys
he
gave
us
did
not
work.
The
person
who
checked
us
in
said
it
was
because
we
didn’t
know
how
to
use
the
keys,
and
used
his
master
key
to
get
into
the
room,
after
having
trouble
with
the
keys
himself.
While
he
went
to
re
program
our
keys-
we
inspected
the
room-
and
found
an
extremely
dirty
bathroom.
He
was
unable
to
program
our
keys,
so
he
moved
us
to
room
#3.
Room
#3-
stains
that
look
like
blood
on
the
comforter.
No
stopper
in
the
bathtub,
and
the
locks
on
the
door
didn’t
“click”
all
the
way.
At
this
point-
3
strikes
you
are
out.
We
went
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
for
a
refund-
when
asked
why
we
explained
the
dirty
room
situations.
He
said
he
would
have
to
go
inspect
the
room
himself.
We
showed
him
the
pictures.
He
then
began
making
excuses
that
one
of
the
housekeepers
was
white
and
couldn’t
be
expected
to
clean
the
toilet
with
her
hands-
and
that
the
Hispanic
housekeepers
didn’t
know
how
to
clean.
When
we
started
talking
about
the
stains
on
the
beds-
he
made
the
excuse
that
the
housekeepers
don’t
know
the
difference
between
ink
stains
and
blood,
and
they
don’t
know
how
to
clean.
He
said
they
had
to
reuse
stained
linen
because
of
COVID…
He
was
over
zealous
about
getting
to
the
elevator,
stairs,
rooms,
etc
before
us,
and
enjoyed
flaunting
his
master
keys
and
the
ability
to
open
any
door
he
wanted
to
the
point
that
it
made
our
teenage
daughter
uncomfortable
and
unsafe.
Especially
with
the
issues
with
doors
not
locking
and
keys
not
working.
So
grateful
that
a
hotel
down
the
road
was
able
to
accommodate
us.
