The rooms look fantastic and are very clean. The hotel has a pool and small workout facility for fitness and leisure along with a dining area and some snacks for sale near the front. I stayed a short time and didn't get to try their breakfast or anything though. Location has some nearby restaurants and you can access a nearby highway, but there didn't seem like there was all that much around.

We were at Town Place Suites for 90 days due to home renovations.Very enjoyable stay. We found the staff to be very friendly , helpful , and kind ,taking care of our every need. It was for us a home away from home .

The lady working the front desk was very professional and helpful, I wish I'd gotten her name. The rooms were immaculately clean. The pool was fun. The fitness center was great, except, the TV was mounted behind the equipment, which was weird. But, everything else was great.

My family stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite on our way home from vacation on 8/14/23. When we entered our room the living room temperature was about 90F even though the thermostat was set at 63F, obviously the air conditioner in the living room was broken but never addressed by the staff prior to our stay. We noticed immediately the armrest on the couch had a huge rip but again was never addressed by the staff prior to our stay. When using the restroom we noticed feces on the wall next to the toilet and once again was never addressed by the staff prior to our stay. When putting the kids to bed we noticed a huge blood stain on the top of the top bed spread and top sheet and what looked like someone had wiped the bottom of their shoe on the pillow, never addressed by the staff prior to our stay. Obviously the room was never cleaned prior to our stay and the bedding never changed from the many prior guests, who knows if it ever gets cleaned! This is unacceptable and disgusting, why do you hire lazy uncaring pigs to do housekeeping? I am a lifetime Platinum member at Marriott and had asked to speak to a manager but there wasn’t anyone available, I was told I would receive a follow up call with some sort of rectification but still nothing. Marriott, do try he right thing and fix this situation with my family and fire the slob who pretends to clean rooms!

Things are almost always broken or missing here. I stay for business frequently. No cleaning wipes in the gym…. Items broken or missing from breakfast…. No lotion or towel replacements in room… No water in lobby or rooms…. The whole place is just OK, probably not worth the cost. I believe the people working here are trying to keep it together but need more help.

My family and I stayed here for about 3 months . Manager Vivian is very polite and works very hard to make sure everything and everyone is comfortable. My kids loved to stay here . It's kid friendly . Rooms are very clean and up to date . Also great place for pets ! My dogs loves it and there's a walking path right next to it so it's nice for an evening walk. Driving to stores are usually 10 minutes away and the restaurants are great and great food. It's a very good location. Parking is big plenty of spots to park. Staff and manager are very nice people and the view is so pretty.

First and foremost room service is not offered and not a thing at this hotel. We stayed here 3 nights and had to get fresh towels every day from the front desk and they never mentioned anything about room service. So they don’t do that here. We had to run our shower water for over 10 minutes before it would turn warm enough to use and the front desk told us “that’s just what you have to do”. So tell me how this is environmentally friendly? Once the water got warm it never got hot and the water pressure was very weak. Lotion is not provided in the toiletries. Breakfast is subpar. Just don’t bother with the breakfast- cold food and cold coffee it’s obviously not tended to in the mornings. The room was clean but comforter had obvious stains on it. The rest of the hotel remained dirty throughout our stay with dirt all over the hallways and throughout the interior. The workout room doesn’t have any cleaner to clean the equipment when finished so who knows when any of that gets cleaned. You’re lucky to find a towel in there as well as the pool area also. The pool is not warm at all. Kids didn’t want to swim in it because it was too cold so don’t stay here just because it has a pool. It’s also pet friendly and you’ll hear dogs barking!! Overall front desk staff seemed disinterested in any of our concerns and could care less about resolving issues. We are gold status Marriott members but that doesn’t matter here as their WiFi worked when it wanted to and the cleaning crew wanted you out of your room right away even when you had a late checkout. Lazy staff and lazy management who if they just did the little things would make a huge difference! It’s a sorry excuse for a Marriott and we will definitely not bother ever staying here again when there are plenty of options nearby!

The rooms in this hotel are filthy and disgusting and you couldn't pay me to stay here ever again. We were in town for my aunt's funeral and arrived at the hotel from the airport at 2:15pm. We were told we could not check in until 3pm with no offer to stow our luggage, as every other hotel will do if you arrive early and they don't have a room ready. So we dragged our luggage back to the car and drove around for 45 minutes. When we got to the room, it didn't smell clean and there's a reason why- it wasn't clean. There was what appeared to be a dried, dark liquid that was running down the wall behind the garbage can next to the dining table. I went to pull out the ironing board to iron our funeral clothes and had second thoughts after seeing the filthy, dirty, and stained ironing board cover. My husband went to take a shower and the shampoo dispenser was completely empty. But the worst was yet to come... I pulled the covers back on one of the beds to discover TWO different hairs that did not belong to us. The flat sheet had what looked like a dirt stain as well as a moldy looking stain. When I pulled back the fitted sheet, there was a giant yellow stain all over the mattress pad. When we checked the other bed, there was what looked like a blood stain on the mattress pad that was totally visible through the incredibly thin sheets. We went down and asked to be switched to another room that ended up being only marginally better. There still wasn't a pad on the ironing board, so I couldn't iron my dress because it was leaving little circle imprints from the board itself. One of the beds had stained sheets. The blackout curtain had rips and tears all over it. I'm embarrassed that we were duped into paying $125/night for a hotel that should only be charging by the hour. I should also add that the ice buckets in the freezer had these weird black smudges all over them and one of them had crumbs in it, so they obviously aren't cleaning much. I honestly would've felt more comfortable sleeping in the car if it wasn't so cold outside. I don't usually stay at Marriott properties and I definitely don't plan on staying in one ever again.

After a horrible experience at Wyndham, this place was welcoming and courteous. Vivian was an absolute angel and was able to get us in a room that would accommodate my wheelchair. I would highly recommend this hotel, not just for the excellent service, but also for the cleanliness and location.

Super friendly staff, really clean and nicely setup room. Plenty of hot water, but almost no pressure. Breakfast was a bust. One waffle maker, bacon, some spinach quiche things, some pre packaged sausage biscuit things that are always barely edible, and then the normal continental breakfast fare if not a little smaller than normal selection.

Overall, the service was great as the front desk member was friendly and prompt with the check-in process. However, I have two major complaints regarding the room cleanliness and noise. There were stains on the carpet, couches, towels, and even our bedspread, which was nasty. Additionally, the room had an old, musty smell. While I understand that hotels can be noisy, this one in particular seemed to amplify every door opening and closing, not only from our floor but also from the floor below.

Bed was too soft. I like a hard bed. Staff wonderful, clean, and seemed better than a 2 star hotel to me.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Dirty and service was horrible they told us “we only clean the room if customer asks first” then we “reserved” a pack n play for my daughter to sleep in we got there and they had zero pack n plays to give out so we had no where for our child to sleep the manager told us “A reservation isn’t guaranteed” for the pack n play wow how nice of them we also had NO SHOWER CURTAIN and then the kitchen sink handle fell Off from lack of upkeep this hotel is a money scam and a joke the staff altogether is the worst I’ve ever seen I’m contacting headquarters to try and share my experience I wish I never had at this dump. We also had a room with two king beds in it and we had two queen beds when arrival we told the front desk lady our issue and she told us “well queen beds are the same as king beds” everything brought to the staffs attention they ignored plain and simple.

This hotel is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice. The only complaint I have is the fitted bed sheet kept coming off, looked like the elastic was worn off.

My daughter booked hotel for a wedding where most people coming to the wedding were from out of town. They turned many away because staff said there was no room and then had the audacity to charge her for the rooms not booked. Charged family members more than agreed upon price. Manager was helpful at first but could not get her act together or control of her staff. Please be careful using this hotel. My son's room the bathroom light wasn't working. Another quest had to move because his room was wet from another room. Couldn't even tell us who was in the wedding block to prove their charges. Horrible experience. Complete nightmare.

The room has a beautiful kitchen. I love the nice desk area, comfortable couch, and soft bed. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.

I had an unexpected long term stay here, and the staff and the entire stay have been amazing. Isaiah went out of his way to help me get into a room that would work for me last minute, and the entire stay was amazing. Definitely take advantage of some of the amenities that aren't standard, the patio and grill area are legit.

We stayed here on a week night. Upon checking in, the person at the front desk had his ear buds in and although he was polite and fast, there was no super friendly "how are you doing today?" Or anything like that. We were a little disappointed to find out that we got moved from a King bed to two queens, but we booked just 2 days before our visit. Hallways and elevator were clean. Upon entering our room, we immediately smelled cooked fish. Strong, strong odor, like walking into a seafood restaurant, but we did get used to it and it didn't keep us from sleeping or anything. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only one mirror. TV worked fine. Air conditioning worked well. We were up at 6am and at about 6:15, someone began using a weed wacker right up next to the building that continued very loudly for about 30 minutes, so we were glad we weren't still trying to sleep. We decided to skip the breakfast, but did take a look and saw that they had a spinach quiche and sausage links, along with various things like bread, etc. I would stay here again if the price remains lower than the Marriott across the way.

Much better than the previous place I stayed out, but the front desk makes it seem like a chore to help you when you have questions. Location is great, room was decent, really all I can say about this place. Desk staff is in need of training on how to speak to people.

We booked a room with two queen beds, since we were traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived we were told they don't have two queen bed rooms and gave us an "upgrade" to a suite with a pullout couch. The couch had a stained mattress and no linens! When we went to the front desk for linens, they told us they don't have anymore pillows! Furthermore, our bed had dirty sheets and what looked like blood stains on the blanket. And there were dirty towels and hair in the bathroom. So gross!!! It was a terrible experience, would not recommend and will never return to this hotel.

When we come here to visit we like staying here because it’s centrally located. We’ve been here multiple times and every time seems to get a little worse. I realize things are different since Covid-but you can tell the hotels that are striving to be better and this isn’t one of them. 🙈 we’ve been platinum members for years and aren’t this year due to standards. Our room specifically is in need of repairs. Carpet is running. Tile cracked. Beds feel like my grandparents beds. Sheets are town and stained. Walls are filthy. Trash on the outside of the building is over flowing for two days. Sidewalks look like they’ve not been cleaned in years. Windows are gross. 🙈 when you walk by the desk no one is there….no note. No smiling face? The first night we were here there were multiple drunk people hanging around the front door and in the halls walls like there was a phrat party going on-I mean if I was in a college dorm it would be par for the coarse but I’ve got small children and they don’t need to see that. For the first time my husband wouldnt allow me to leave our room for a snack because he said “he didn’t feel comfortable with me leaving our room”. Where is the Marriott stamp of approval???

Jenn, Megan, Neka, and Jazz took great care of me during my 11 night stay, and I was always greeted with a smile. This was my second time staying here. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped for the price! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Just spent a busy weekend in Omaha at the TownePlace Suites West. It was clean, comfortable and COOL! (The weekend was extremely hot!!) The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had never stayed at a TownePlace Suites before but you can be sure we will do so again. I know that the next time we visit Omaha we will go to this one specifically.

Booked several months ago, day of check in and keep in mind we live 6 hours from this hotel they canceled our reservation for 4 night stay.. Booked for 11u tournament as well as college world series so was going to make a vacation out of it..we now are no longer with our team room block..They did transfer us to a near by hotel that thank goodness had a room available but not to our original book meaning, no suite, no kitchen and no pull out for the kids. I did report this to corporate as well as BBB. CORPORATE office was somewhat helpful as the tried calling the hotel to get there side of the story and they hung up on them per representative that I was talking with... shows how customer service driven this hotel is..0 stars if it was an option

Would of gave 5 stars but the noise from the floor above us sounded like a herd of elephant's until 1 a.m. I recommend getting room on fourth floor. Breakfast was good but really crowded and kind of limited, but the lady making breakfast was hilarious and very friendly.

But we've been doing this for days now. I'm ocerdrafted 2000 $. I stayed for 4 weeks they've charged 8 GRAND to my card. 4 GRAND AFTER I Left the hotel, and was paid IN FULL.

Our room type was over booked by a 3rd party, and they did everything they could to make it right. We ended up with 2 rooms for the price of 1. Beds and pillows felt comfy, but I did wake up with a sore neck. Lots of closet space!

We had a great experience with this hotel! The rooms were very clean. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. Vivian with the front desk was great! She was very kind and good with our kids. She was also very willing to work with us when we needed to change our stay dates. The pool was great . We will definitely be staying here again the future and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We have stayed here before and loved it so it was our first choice when we were trying to escape the Florida hurricane. The manager was so helpful to us in a time of great uncertainty! We are so grateful for "Nebraska nice" and we will surely be back for a stay under less stressful circumstances.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD NUMBERS !!! I stayed there for a MONTH I spent Like 4 THousand dollars here and these people completely robbed me blind ! They charged me like an extra 3 THOUSAND dollars AFTER I Checked out and paid them IN FULL . So I've been reaching out to them to fix this error but I'm only told Everytime that there's no manager on the premises and that there's no one I can talk to . I'm told to leave a message and I'm told that it will be taken care of and the money will be credited back to my account and then they just charge me again and again and again Everytime I call back. They've STOLEN like 4 THOUSAND dollars from me and I stayed for a month and paid in full!!!!!!

Every towneplace has the same layout, the only differentiating factor is the service team. Vivian and the team went so far above and beyond. I rarely write reviews but her management and care is reason enough for me to seek out this hotel anytime I’m traveling near Omaha in the future. I recommend you do the same.

Immediately upon arrival I noticed it was a very clean hotel. Loved the outside grill area- even though I didn't use it. The room was a great size and very clean. The attendant was wonderfully friendly. The morning attendants were just as friendly. The bed was an absolute cloud to sleep on. The pillows were perfect. Pleasantly surprised by the furnished kitchen. The breakfast was delicious- hot and fresh. I will definitely stay again. And I will tell my friends about it.

Tasha was phenomenal. Her customer service was unmatched. We brought our dog to Sirius Vet for surgery and came here to see if there were any available room, she had one and let us check in so we could get some sleep. Great hotel, clean, friendly, staff is super respectful & nice. Will stay here again!

I stayed in a studio there 5 nights - march 3-8, 2023. fabulous staff! excellently designed room! clean! quiet! safe! full kitchen. silverware. plates. pots, etc.. great king bed! couch with pull out twin mattress. great office chair! desk. hutch above desk. pull out table on wheels - brilliant! 2 bedside stands with 3 drawers each. great TV. lots of storage drawers. shelves for clothes, food, whatever. closet with coat rack and hangers. a safe. storage shelves in the closet. extra linens. plenty of towels. great bathroom, tub, shower. brilliant use of every square foot! ottoman. over the couch tray - brilliant! lots of lights. black out shade. additional curtain. very good free breakfast! 5 stars! the only downside is noise from I-680. bring a fan for white noise during the night to drown out the noise from I-680. this was a perfect place!

Service and location great. Breakfast was always well stocked. Plenty of free parking. Rooms looking tired and in need of a refresh or deep clean. My room had pet hair all over the chair and sofa. Stove/oven in room was disgusting, hadn't been cleaned in ages and a used broiler pan left in oven. Used coffee filter in coffee maker.

From working many years in the hospitality industry and staying at many different hotels, TownePlace is amazing. Cleanliness and good customer service is what you’ll experience. The GM Vivian can really go above and beyond for her guest. The other employees are all very helpful & always with be a smile on their faces. Carly was amazing when I asked to exchanged my dirty linen for clean. (Of course they offer housekeeping to clean your room for you but I like to clean my own). Nick was also very helpful when I approached him for supplies for my room. Also if you’re traveling with your fur babies there is a nice lil area in the back away from other guests to walk them. In the future, I will definitely stay here again.
