This hotel is right off the highway in a great location. The parking lot is very spacious and extremely clean. There was no trash or bubble gum stuck anywhere like you see at a lot of places. When I enter the lobby I was greeted by a woman behind the counter that was extremely friendly and attentive. There was other weight stuff that worked in the restaurant and bar area that waved at me as well. The check-in process was extremely fast and trouble free. Coming up to the room the hallways are nice and clean. The elevator did not make any weird noises. The buttons on the elevator are mushy to press so ensure you selected your desired floor correctly. The room was very clean and already cooled down with the air conditioner. At first look the bathroom is extremely bright shiny and the seats are clean. The shower is very spacious. There is plenty of space to put my clothes for the temporary stay, along with an iron and an ironing board in the cabinet. There is a mini fridge with a coffee maker and a microwave. A lot of hotels don't have microwaves but this one does. The bed is clean after checking the sheets and underneath. Strangely the comforter on top wasn't flattened out like most hotels so it seemed ruffled but it didn't seem like it was slept on or worn. There are four pillows off left perfectly with clean crease lines that seem like it just came out of the washer. There's a ton of floor space with a couch and a reclining day chair. The television was 42 in or so and worked great. There was plenty of space on the desk area to use my laptop and a desk light for doing work in the evenings. Overall this is a great hotel with plenty of space and very friendly staff.

Room was somewhat “grimy”. Floors had debris, including bathroom. Crumbs, dust, and sticky spots on nightstand. When opened body towel in bathroom there were 2 long knotted hairs . Yuck! Shower doors have film on them. Stain on chaise lounge chair in room. Not sure if staffing issue but unsettling especially for the price!! Air conditioning unit kept turning off and on repeatedly all night but had to have running as was warm/humid in room. Breakfast choices fine. Will not return.

The gal that checked us in was very pleasant and had wonderful conversation with us regarding our John Deere attire. Such a pleasant young lady and made for a very nice experience. The rooms are good, the gal working breakfast did her best to keep up as they were very busy. Great options, hot and cold.

Really lucky that I found this hotel during Collage Baseball playoff week at a reasonable price. Room and bathroom were huge. In addition to 2 queen sized beds, there was also a pullout sofa. There is also a countertop size fridge and microwave in the room. For breakfast I had coffee and cinnamon buns. I think there is some sort of happy hour I have seen them set-up but I don't know the hours and details. I was not informed about it during the check in so you may want to inquire about it if interested. There is also a nice outside seating area, I did not get to try due to very hot and humid weather. They have indoor pool and it was operating. Only one recommendation I would suggest to hotel to do a carpet cleaning both hallways and the room I stayed in had some unpleasant marks. Other than that, great value for the price.

Great experience overall. Our two queen suite was quite comfortable for our family of five. Breakfast was extensive and the staff was wonderful!

This was a great find for our road trip from Minneapolis to Evergreen, CO. We stayed on the way there and on the way back. We liked that the location was a little bit off the main drag, so the pricing was a bit better. Front staff was friendly and helpful, even though we checked in at about 11:30pm the first night. Breakfast was free, which is all I ask for with a hotel breakfast. Rooms were clean and relatively modern, and had everything you'd need.

Service was good. Faith went above and beyond to get me into my room. However I was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down for maintenance. I was not told about it when I checked in. Which would have been nice to say hey it will be down for a little bit. Instead not knowing when it was going to be working I carried all my stuff upstairs. 10 minutes later the elevator was working. I just wish someone would have said something. As for the room it was way below standards. This hotel appears nice but it is not. My room was dirty. Sheets had stains. the floors in the bathroom and shower looked unclean. The worst of it all is the A/C never stopped making noise. I got maybe an hour of sleep just out of pure exhaustion.

Very comfortable room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and well stocked. Good breakfast. Good check-in with good service.

Really great stay!!! Planned for just an overnight stay and stayed an extra night. Very comfortable room. Very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Great location.

Service dog friendly. Very nice clean rooms. Lexi (front desk) was super nice. But while using the elevator to the second floor to grab ice I noticed someone had puked in the right corner of the elevator. I informed Lexi of this and she was super apologetic and said she would handle it right away. It was still there an hour later

Very dirty carpet in our room, elevator and hallways. No air conditioning in any of the hallways. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and strong deodorizer. Towels are stained and thin. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice clean room, and excellent breakfast included. Not much nearby for evening meals, but that's not the hotel's fault. A solid choice.

Everything was nice here, including price. We had a great stay, and their continental breakfast was wonderful! The location isn't the greatest but we knew that going in to it so nothing to complain about. Nothing walking distance besides a Walmart. The hotel and staff were top notch though!

I feel the room was clean. The beds were so hard. We stayed there 2 weekends for 2 night stays within the last 30 days and my husband said the couch was much more comfortable than the bed. Breakfast was ok. Didnt keep up with the crowds very well. Front desk guy mentioned he had been working for 22 hours. They need some help!

In a word, disgusting. Definitely not what I have come to expect from an IHG hotel. Dirty carpets in the room and in the halls. Our bathroom towels had stains on them including what looked like blood. Kiddo walked to the lobby and back in white socks and they came back sooty black on the bottom. Gross. Noticed some trash on the floor of the lobby at noon and it was still there at 6pm, still there the following morning. The trash cans outside and in the food area are overflowing. This particular Holiday Inn is in bad need of a thorough cleaning. It is frankly filthy.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Front desk was very nice and helpful.
