If
I
could
give
this
hotel
a
zero,
I
would.
I
was
originally
supposed
to
stay
at
this
hotel
September
11
and
check
out
the
17th.
I
had
two
rooms
booked
that
was
setup
with
my
insurance
company
a
few
weeks
ago.
I
called
them
Monday
to
see
if
I
can
check
in
early
and
wish
they
told
me
I
could
but
only
one
room
was
available
and
the
other
one
was
getting
clean.
I
went
to
check
in
about
11
AM
for
one
room
while
I
was
waiting
for
the
other
one
and
they
told
me
they
was
gonna
give
me
a
call
when
it
was
ready.
I
received
a
call
at
2
PM
letting
me
know
that
the
other
room
was
no
longer
available
due
to
another
guess
that
extended
their
stay.
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
supervisor
and
the
supervisor
stated
that
the
guest
was
no
longer
leaving
so
therefore
they
would
have
to
give
me
a
room
on
a
different
level
or
different
area.
I
stated
that
I
needed
connecting
room
due
to
me
having
two
adults
with
disability
living
with
me,
and
I
needed
the
rooms
to
be
connected.
They
charge
me
$140
for
incidental
fees
which
was
$20
a
day
and
then
later
on
that
night,
I
check
my
account
it
was
another
$196
taken
out
of
my
account
for
dog
fees.
I
had
to
end
up
going
to
another
hotel
later
that
day
called
today
to
speak
with
a
supervisor
which
he
gave
me
attitude.
His
name
was
Nate.
I
would
not
recommend
this
hotel
at
all.
