Stayed 5 days in junior king suite. The windows did not lock, the windows seals howled, and packing tape was used to keep the windows closed. Large water stains on the ceiling. Loose door handles and bathroom fixtures. Cracked and loose floor tiles. Furniture showed heavy wear and tear and the mattress was very uncomfortable. All the light bulbs were a different color temperature, some were warm and others were bright whIte. No room service available for the first 4 days, staff never at the reception counter. Light switches that don’t control anything. Packing tape used to hold the bathtubs surround panels in place. Usb charging ports didn’t work. Closet door doesn’t fully close. The counter top in one of the bathrooms was broke, very sharp and clearly a cut hazard.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was good. However, what made our stay exceptional was the Lady Running the continental breakfast! Kelly was the sweetest she let us know we were the first guest to arrive for breakfast. She asked if we would like some potatoes because she usually waited for the first guest before she made them so they would be nice and crispy. The breakfast was delicious and the potatoes were the star of breakfast. Kelly was supper attentive and made sure the food was to our liking and this was a great way to end our stay there.

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was undergoing some renovations but you could barely tell. I would say it’s a bit lower quality than other Hilton’s we usually stay at but the customer service was still that of Hilton quality. The location is good! Right off the highway and walking distance to restaurants and an outdoor mall with food options as well! You’re about a $25+ Uber ride from downtown and the airport! We’d stay at this location again if we’re in the area, especially after their renovations.

We had a stay cation here for our sons 9th birthday, he wanted to swim with his friends in the winter. Hotel is really nice and the staff was very accommodating and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Very clean and beautiful hotel, we will stay here again. 👍

The hotel recently underwent a remodel and it’s gorgeous! My favorite part of my stay was definitely seeing Kelly’s smiling face to greet me for early morning breakfast. She’s a sweet Angel <3

Love the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. The staff especially Kelly(early morning), was fantastic and showed the perfect example of hospitality. If we ever make a trip back to Nebraska, we will surely stay here!

I was a vendor for an Anniversary Party. So didn’t stay in a room. The hotel smelled so clean and is very modern. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful to me getting my harp in and set up for the occasion. 🎶

I may have only stayed for less than 12 hours after rolling in at 2AM, but the price was well worth it. Overnight front desk staff very nice, breakfast options plentiful, beautiful bathroom, clean beds, clean floor, everything. Well-lit parking lot, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I didn't take advantage of the dinner/bar amenity, but the place is just great. And the breakfast attendant Kelly is a wonderfully sweet person! ❤️

The hotel is in a great location and was very clean and comfy. Especially want to give a shout out to Carissa (spelling?). Had an early flight and didn’t realize I lost my Diamond pendant necklace until I reached the airport. Carissa was able to find it on the lobby floor and had it shipped to my home. It was an expensive necklace and anyone could have picked it up and easily kept it. I am so appreciative of her honesty in making sure I got my necklace back.

This is the third time staying here, the renovations are looking great and the front desk is always super nice. Veronica was so helpful each time I came to the front desk

I checked in late after a long day of flights and travel, and the guest attendant was chipper with my physical keys all ready for me. She had waters for me too. I requested a first floor room, which I received. The room was comfortable and clean - I got a great night’s sleep. The bed is quite nice. I asked, and the desk attendant said the whole hotel has relatively new firm mattresses. Also, all the bedding is feather-free, another nice perk for the traveler with allergies. I stayed on Sunday night, so I was checking out on Monday which is the cook’s day off- fine by me, the little grab and go situation was just what I needed to start me on to my next adventure!

I’m a Diamond member, and this is the worst Hilton experience I’ve had. Granted, it could have been worse, but it was still ridiculous. 1) I was never recognized by the hotel as a Diamond member (though I did receive a text) 2) I didn’t get the breakfast credit I should have, and Hilton rewards apparently don’t even cover a full breakfast anymore anyway. Not even for Diamond status. 3) When theI tried to get my bill corrected for the F&B credit, the local hotel didn’t answer at least 4 times, resulting in a 25 minutes call (it should have been 5) that still didn’t have full resolution, and now I have to wait 3 business days to get resolution, which means I can’t file my expense report to get paid. 4) The hallway on my floor wasn’t air conditioned well, and it was stifling hot. I was going to give them a pass on this since there was an extreme heat wave at the time and my room was cool. But after all the billing nonsense, I don’t feel gracious enough to give them a pass.

Location is easy to access and central to lots of different things to do. Service is amazing! Staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a bar and great patio seating outside with a fire pit! The rooms are very clean but the little details are lacking. Especially in the bathroom. Overall a great place and I highly recommend, but maintenance needs to pay attention to details.

I am a Diamond member but was never recognized as such. It seems that now Covid is not such an issue, loyalty does not matter. I hope this is remembered as we move forward.

Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Rooms are fine, and a good value. Plenty of good eateries nearby.

This is a fantastic hotel. I love my Hilton properties, but it has been hit and miss since the Scamdemic. This place is spot on. I will be back if ever in Omaha again.

Make sure you clarify if they have any events going on that day. I had returned to the hotel and there was no parking and I had to take a dump. They were nice enough to comp my stay but it is still wrong to do that to people. I still give it a 4 cause I liked the room, the comp and it was close to the freeway.

Nice hotel, nice location. People at desk aren’t as friendly towards me as other guest. Awkward experience at breakfast. Didn’t take my order correctly. Didn’t bring my silverware, when they brought everyone else theirs. Had to go up and get it, and then the giggles as I walked away. They had to get permission to bring me a coke. Uh, what’s going on here?!

Excellent clean room. Only problem is the fridge in room 104 needs to be tossed in the trash. It smells like mold.

We picked this hotel specifically because we wanted a hot tub. We arrived to find out the hot tub was out of order. I asked an employee - Todd! - if anything could be done to fix it. He reset the controls and checked back several times to see if it was working - It was a little warmer but still not hot. AND THEN Todd came back and said their sister hotel across the street had a working hot tub at 107 degrees and we could go there! He went above and beyond - I was super impressed with his service! Not to mention my kids spilled a huge Gatorade in the hallway and Todd cleaned it all up while COMPLIMENTING how polite the kids were!!! Todd is awesome. The rest of the hotel was fine.

If you are interested in a brief stay for business purposes then this is an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable stay for any other purpose do not select this hotel.

I’m pretty sure I got the absolute last room that night. Granted I arrived pretty late but I would hope even the last room wouldn’t have been as disappointing as it was. I definitely expected more from Hilton. Of course the TV did not work and the front desk woman didn’t seem all that surprised and had a bit of an attitude. They gave me the ADA accessible room because it had a wheelchair shower. I did not need that and the grout was gross. Also, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling on the corner next to the shower. And it didn’t seem like their room was completely clean. The floor definitely needed to be vacuumed. The rest of the Hotel seems nice and clean. I guess I just got the short end of the stick.

Great service. We were in the lobby as a group. We had ordered pizza for the kids and group. Front desk worker came over and offered us plates and napkins. Even came over and helped us clean up. We may have been a little loud but they stayed very patient and kind and just asked us to keep it down a bit. I even got a text asking how our stay was going. Only reason I didn't give a 10 was because my shower head in the room was weak and broke. I did not know until the morning I checked out. Was not a huge issue. Also the breakfast in the main lobby was a little odd - has a buffet but you had to buy it or something but could have the buffet if your ordered off the menu? I was still confused. Anyways, ordered off the menu and the food was decent. Overall I would stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel, all that you would expect from Hilton. Only downsides: no free breakfast, and the bathroom fan didn't work or the bathroom wasn't intended to have a fan. There was a mesh square in the ceiling like there would be, but no switch to turn it on, resulting in rusty door frames and no "bathroom ventilation" if you know what I mean. ;) Rm 124. Would definitely stay there again, will just remember the matches.

Overall pleased with our stay. Good value, even with breakfast not included (which was decently priced and tasted good). Property was clean, in a good area, and easy to get to. Far enough off the highway where you don't hear traffic. Shower pressure was not good, but may have just been our particular room. Several places to eat within walking distance.

I have never experienced so kind, helpful, gracious, and hospital staff at a moderately priced hotel. Every request was answered promptly and with a smile. We also had a couple basketball teams there, which tend to get rowdy, but their staff tolerated it while preserving the other guests experience. Breakfast service was awesome but the quality and selection were pretty bland. And you have to pay for it ... kiddos had pancakes, they shaped them into Mickey which is always a treat.

Not worth the money they charged. Only cleaned the room 3 times for a 2 week stay and did not run the vacuum once in my room. Only picked up trash 3 times. The jets in the hot tub did not work.

I just wanted to leave a review to give praise to an employee, Eric, who handled a situation for me and my friend while staying here. It was around 2am when some other guests started yelling and partying right outside our door in the hallway. They were clearly intoxicated and were purposefully waking people up by banging on the walls and yelling (no words just yelling). We called the front desk and Eric came up and handled the situation promptly. We eavesdropped and while he was being threatened and berated, he kept his calm and did not back down, even though they were hostile and he was outnumbered. He also reached out to us with a letter and took most of our charges off for the inconvenience. Without his intervention, customer service, and problem solving this would have been an awful experience but the way he handled everything made it evident to me that he took this seriously & if I’m in Omaha again, I will definitely come back.

We stayed this past weekend, October 1. The rooms were decently clean. During the night we were visited by a wonderful pest who proceeded to chew up the wires on our television and take off with a sensor about the size of a quarter and 1/2 inch thick…..so a fairly large mouse. We notified the front desk of our visitor and poor nights sleep and nothing was done other than offering us free breakfast. The man mentioned that there must be a collection of these sensors so I’m assuming there are multiple mice visiting. I wouldn’t normally write a negative comment but when this happens and you can comp a room because it was booked elsewhere. I think more should’ve been done.

The room and hotel itself were fine. Clean, comfortable room. However, we were looking for a place with room service and an onsite bar available. These were listed on the booking page, but it turned out that both were closed "until further notice". We also prepaid for a "hot breakfast buffet"...but since the restaurant was closed, we were instead given a bagged breakfast consisting of a frozen microwaveable sandwich and a yogurt. Crazy. They may be short staffed, which is understandable. Had we just been told up front, we would have chosen a different location to stay.

Overall our stay was nice! The pool and hot tub were a hit even though the jets weren’t working in the hot tub, it was still very hot and relaxing! Front desk staff was friendly! I didn’t realize there was not “free” breakfast. So that was a bummer but also, my fault for not double checking. The breakfast attendant, kelly, was one of the nicest people I have ever met! She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and was a joy to talk to. Give the woman a raise! Loved the Keurig in the room! Only cons were the slippery tub. Be careful! Not sure if it’s the cleaner they use or what but I slipped getting into the shower and bruised my shin, and wish they had an exhaust fan in the bathroom for shower steam.

Very unfriendly staff during my entire stay. $12.95 for breakfast....no thanks! My room didn't have the latch at the top of the door. I had to ask for someone to install one. The bottom of the door was off the carpet about 1.5" and let so much light in over night. TV didn't have sensor to change the channels and the staff had to bring one up, she seemed like it was an inconvenience. My favorite part of my stay was the used bar of soap I found in my room. When I took it to the front desk, they simply said "What's your room number?" They didn't offer to even clean my room/bathroom again. Outlets sticking out of the wall in the living room. A few outlets didn't work. Hot tub wasn't working but there was a sign that I could walk to the Home 2 suites across the street, if I wanted to use a hot tub. I won't come back again. No point in reporting to a manager, since they didn't care.
