I’m
a
Diamond
member,
and
this
is
the
worst
Hilton
experience
I’ve
had.
Granted,
it
could
have
been
worse,
but
it
was
still
ridiculous.
1)
I
was
never
recognized
by
the
hotel
as
a
Diamond
member
(though
I
did
receive
a
text)
2)
I
didn’t
get
the
breakfast
credit
I
should
have,
and
Hilton
rewards
apparently
don’t
even
cover
a
full
breakfast
anymore
anyway.
Not
even
for
Diamond
status.
3)
When
theI
tried
to
get
my
bill
corrected
for
the
F&B
credit,
the
local
hotel
didn’t
answer
at
least
4
times,
resulting
in
a
25
minutes
call
(it
should
have
been
5)
that
still
didn’t
have
full
resolution,
and
now
I
have
to
wait
3
business
days
to
get
resolution,
which
means
I
can’t
file
my
expense
report
to
get
paid.
4)
The
hallway
on
my
floor
wasn’t
air
conditioned
well,
and
it
was
stifling
hot.
I
was
going
to
give
them
a
pass
on
this
since
there
was
an
extreme
heat
wave
at
the
time
and
my
room
was
cool.
But
after
all
the
billing
nonsense,
I
don’t
feel
gracious
enough
to
give
them
a
pass.
