The best hotel I stayed in during my time in Omaha. My job takes me all over country. I spent 2 months in Omaha for work. Omaha was close enough to my home that I got to spend weekends with my family. That also ment I got to try numerous hotels throughout Omaha. I tried other Marriotts, Hiltons, Windham and even a brand I never tried before. 7. Each week I switched hotels for one reason or another because of deficiencies. That was until I found this gem. It checked just about every box on my list. The only box unchecked was restaurant. Though they give you a nice hot self-served breakfast. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice and modern. I stayed at this Fairfield Inn the last 3 weeks of my trip. Each week having a different room. All three rooms had very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms that have glass door walk-in showers with nice showerheads that had great pressure, even on the 4th floor. The rooms were also very well insulated!! The only flaw, and it's very minor, that I could say was the AC. I love a cool room when I sleep. About 65-66° is perfect for me. None of the three rooms would get lower than 68.5°. It still wasn't enough for me to go check out another hotel. When I return to Omaha, I won't have to search for my next hotel. I already know where I'm staying.

Okay place to stay. Breakfast buffet was low on tea everyday and I considered it meager. Room was cleaned only once in my 4 day stay. They did say it would be cleaned every other day on checkin ... but why when we paid a good price for the room daily. Thermostat had to be reset every few hours to keep it less than 83 degrees all night long. Next time I'll find an alternative Marriott property to stay at.

Everything was fine except a few things. 1. Exhaust fan in bathroom is non-functioning. 2. There was hair on floor around toilet and in shower. 3. Your floors are very dirty in the bathroom.

Clean, easy to get to, and polite staff. I've always trusted the Marriott brand.

UPDATE- as I posted initially they did have pest control out right away. I reached out and spoke with Teresa as well as a manager (Tyler) Both were very helpful and Tyler was able to find a solution I was happy with. Room had bedbugs. Got there around midnight Thursday night. Fell asleep quick. Woke up to find bedbugs. Asked the person at the front desk about any type of refund. They told me they couldn't do it but to call when a manager was available. On the plus side, pest control was there by the time we left but again, bedbugs.

We had a large group because of our family reunion. The rooms were good as expected. They had them extremely cold when we walked in so just about everyone said they had to adjust the temperature. But the hallways were very hot and had a smell. We had a few issues with credit cards double charging and the manager said there was nothing they could do which is an inconvenience when you are out of town and trying to use your money to enjoy attractions and shop which is what we do. The swimming pool was shutdown for about 5 hours ( for cleaning which is understandable) but that was what my 9 year old always wants to do as with any child at a hotel. The breakfast was the infamous continental so it was good. The hotel was clean. And conveniently located near the highway for travel. All and all this hotel was good.

Actually had the guts to turn me down using their EV Charger. I even offered to pay for its use. Told me I had to pay for a room. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff, nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was minimal but good for a free meal. It's a great place to stay for me because it's close to work and several decent restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

I dont think I've ever stayed at a hotel where the staff was so friendly and accommodating! My daughter and son in law had a block of rooms for wedding guests to stay. We were allowed use of the breakfast area to open wedding gifts and were able to bring in bagels and fruit. The kind lady who works in the breakfast area was so extremely helpful. She had wonderful ideas of where and how to set up. Gathered us two pitchers to use, filling both with ice and had it all ready for us. The front desk gal allowed us to store food left over from wedding in their kitchen fridge. Everyone was so extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. My mother, the wedding hostess, the grooms mom, and many others commented the same thing. It was so much appreciated. You can tell staff get along great and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs and working with the public. So refreshing! The bed was comfy and room clean, with the exception of a little bit of trash left in trash can but that was minor. We will definitely be back and will recommend your hotel over and over again!

Have not actually stayed there, but was attempting to block rooms for a wedding. More than 2 days have passed with no return call. Guess I'll have to move on.

We always stay here when we come to Omaha, at least twice a year for my husband’s checkups at UNMC. We have never been disappointed! Nice, clean hotel with a hot breakfast in a nice part of town.

At Marriott you always expect a great breakfast, tasteful decor, the most comfortable mattresses and pillows, and everything clean as a whistle - this place is no different. But if that wasn’t enough, the staff was extra polite and pleasant, making our stay absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I'm only giving this hotel 3 stars because of its lousy internet. Marriott makes logging into their awful wifi ridiculously hard, and then once you manage to get connected this wifi was so weak I couldn't even load Facebook pictures. Come on. No one is going to be happy about that. Rooms are normal Fairfield rooms. Clean. Comfortable beds. They kindly put me in a quiet location, and it was very quiet. Free breakfast was, well, free. Stock up on towels, soap, and toilet paper while you're checking in because, like too many hotels now, there is no housekeeping. This hotel was a good price, if only the internet wasn't terrible. PS We had a delightful dinner at Mangia Italian. Highly recommend.

Clean and new with good amenities. I can’t rate 5 star because the heavy doors of the guest rooms slamming shut. As other guests on our floor left and entered their rooms during our stay, our baby was woken up several times.

Staff was very pleasant, friendly and even when we got in early, they got us a room as soon as one was available, even though check in is at 3 PM. This was very much appreciated! Unfortunately, even with the A/C turned on to 72, our room was very muggy and humid, so much so that it made the beds feel damp. Also, by the time we were down for breakfast by 9:00 AM, everything was either gone or cold.
