Do a staycation every year for my son's birthday and have stayed here a couple times. The internet and xbox do not mix here,,, they can't get it to work. They try, I'll give 'em that lol. Other than that it's nice, laundry facility, workout room, swimming pool/hot tub, and complimentary breakfast. Yum! Thank you Holiday Inn Express & Suites! We will stay again.

Great experience overall. Room seemed in need of updating (see photo below). Bathroom lighting and venting is less than ideal. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Large, comfortable dining room for breakfast. Excellent parking. Hotel is in a great location!

Was in town for a funeral. We came back from visiting family all day and our keys didn't work. My stay was supposed to be until the next day. I went to the front counter and no one was there. There was another couple there waiting to check in and some other guests waiting to ask a question. The man waiting to check in called the desk no one came up to answer the phone. I yelled to the back several times and no one came. I went around to the employee entrance that was not locked and started knocking on doors. I knocked and after 3 or 4 times a kid with ear pods in came out and yelled at me for being in the employee area. He said you can call and yell that he was listening for the phone and noise. He obviously was not. Yelled at me again in front of the other guests before helping me with my key. Bad service. Don't hire teenagers that can't be responsible and wear ear pods who can't hear anything going on when he was in the back talking on the phone. Also two days in a row our beds were not made and no fresh towels were brought.

Rooms are clean and the staff are always friendly. Great breakfast selection.

Everything was great except the bed. It was the hardest bed I've ever slept on. The floor would've been softer.

This is our go-to stay when visiting Omaha. It's close to restaurants and to our family while not being far removed from any of the events we've been to. Like most places, there are hangups in different areas, but the staff has always been accommodating to the best of their ability (I had to wait 15min once to check in because no one was at the desk).

Not the best hotel we have stayed at. The room wasn't very clean with hairs on the bed. The staff was very nice and it was close to the highway for a stopover home from our vacation.

Attention to detail is appreciated at this Holiday Inn Express! I was surprised to find they sell peligrino in their market 😁 The rooms were very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Love the views of the woods around the hotel. Breakfast was delicious 😋 ..

This hotel is in a great place and half of the staff was really really great and helpful, however when we got there one of our rooms wasn't ready and we were sent to wait in the other room. I was OK with this, but housekeeping walked into the room we were waiting for and was there only a couple minutes and left. When we went it there were crumbs and makeup on the beds and pillows, so she just remade the dirty beds so she could hurry. The guy at the front was super helpful and got us another room. In my room the towels felt damp and had mascara on one and foundation on another side we took down all towels and waited to ask front desk for more bath towels and we went and just bought us our own towels and washed them. When going to ask for quarters for the washer the lady at the desk had a nose ring that she had her finger up her nose the whole time playing with, then she ended me my quarters, very nasty. One guy messed up majorly on my bill when he had to get us an extra night. The lady that helped with fixing it was really sweet and helpful. So I do not think I would ever stay again, but they get two stars for the two helpful staff.

I have never dealt with such a disgustingly petty group of people. Booked through a 3rd party, was told by Tim they would have worked with me had I booked with them. 3rd party agreed to drop the fees because we got 9 inches of blowing snow. The property refused to refund us, even though 3rd party booking waived the property's fees. Say it from your chest, your bottom line is more important than customer's lives.

Hotel staff is very friendly! Our room was wonderful with a wooded view and jet tub to relax in. We did not use the pool but it’s heated to a great temp and has a shower to rinse before/after with plenty of towels stocked, no need to ask! Love the location with plenty of spots to eat and prime shopping location without the downtown driving. We are already planning a trip here with the kids and dogs to visit local museums when this was originally just a pit stop home from Vegas! Best hotel stay of our trip was here.

We ended up booking this Holiday Inn a handful of times this season for weekend events we were working up in Omaha. We had gotten into a habit of crossing paths with the employee who works the front desk until 11 pm on Friday nights right before he got off of his shift, but we missed him this last time due to a little taco bell excursion we took after getting off work 🤣 Never learned his name, but he’s very nice! Rooms have always been clean, adequate quality. I mean, it’s a holiday inn express. Place to sleep — does the job.

It was pretty meh. Bed was uncomfortable, the mattress needs to be changed. Heat and air were good and the staff was great! It's okay for one night. Shower was okay too. Bathroom fan sounded like a lawnmower. Room was pretty clean and the location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants

This place was amazing. The gentleman at check in was friendly and personable. The room was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked and area was clean. The manager had nice signs posted. Some evenings they have free adult bevrages. A large variety as well. The manager needs to keep up the great work. I felt safe and it was very clean. His staff all needs a pat on the back as well.

Terrible!!. Stayed for 1 night. Had an accident on the slippery tub, maybe partially due to the incorrectly installed shower rod, maybe partially due to the inconsistency of the grip on this old tub. Whatever the reason, my Achilles tendon and heel was sliced open and bleeding. I made the hotel staff aware of the accident, which they were great, (offered band aids) once in the evening and once the next morning. Front desk clerks advised me that I most likely would not be charged, as the bathrooms needed remodeling anyways. (supported with customer reviews) I Left my contact info and all for the owner to contact me. Owner did not even attempt to contact me, see if I was OK, or try to come to a understanding with charges. The next day my account was charged almost $500 without warning. Then I was told there was a smoking charge added when I don't smoke. Lawsuit on the way if owner does not make right.

Everyone we came in contact with was extremely kind and polite. The rooms where clean, we have two little kids so this was very important. Would definitely stay again. Located in a nice area and close to many restaurants.

Our air conditioner went out so we needed a room for the night that accepted dogs. Every staff member we had contact with was awesome. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

i was given a handicap room and i can say for sure that it’s in no way a great room. looks like a motel turned into a hotel by adding a bed and some basic furniture. everything else is old and outdated. it’s old carpet, old doors. the carpet has some brown marks. the toilet is disgusting, even though it’s been cleaned. they somehow charged over $400 for a room that isn’t worth more than a cheap motel. you can hear people above you and all in the hallways. i just stayed at a residence inn in rapid city & it was exceptional. amazing room at less than half the price. they had the room lit and ready for me. this was dark and nothing extra or special. this place is a joke. also, residence inn waived my pet fee. they charge $50 here, but to be nice only charged $30 - for one night and a dog that doesn’t do anything in the room but sleep. worst hotel experience i’ve had to date.

We booked three nights, via Priceline, and we booked the room because it was listed as "pet friendly", so we could bring our dog. When we checked in, we walked right in front of the desk clerk, with our pet, and the front desk clerk said NOTHING when she saw our dog. A few hours after getting into our room (about to fall asleep), the front desk clerk called our room and made false claims of our dog barking loudly and making excessive noise, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. They then made a claim that we tried to sneak our dog in without paying the $50 pet fee, and then fined us $250. I offered to come pay the $50 pet fee, but clerk said that It didn't matter and I would still be fined the $250. Note: Priceline informed us that we DID NOT have to inform anyone that we had our pet with us. The next morning I woke up to talk to the day manager about the fine, and found SEVERAL BED BUG bites on me. When I reported it to the day manager in the morning (as well as the general manager the following day), they denied the existence of bed bugs, even after showing them the bites and allowing them to photograph them (Personal photographs of bites included). The staff was rude, dismissive, and absolutely lied to extort money out of me. And the fact that we woke up with bed bug bites was revolting We stayed in room 308, and we made sure to report the bed bugs to the Douglas county Health Department.
