DO NOT STAY HERE! Very rude and extremely unprofessional staff with obvious lack of training & hotel itself has cleanliness issues: - We booked with a group of people. I called the hotel to ensure they had room for our group, they confirmed they had more than enough available rooms. I booked a room for our family and then went back to our group and everyone else followed suit. The day of our stay, I called to see if we could check in early. The woman at the front desk said that she found our reservation, the hotel was fully booked and the cleaning staff was doing everything they could to get the rooms ready, but they wouldn't be able to do an early check in at the time of my call. She told me that I should call back at 1pm and that she would put us in the first available room. At around 1pm a member of our group received a call that their room was being cancelled, however they resolved the issue. When I went to check into the hotel I was told that our room had been cancelled due to overbooking. I asked why our room? I knew that I had booked prior to the 6 other people in our group and there were 9 rooms available when I called and booked? The front desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude. But, the manager Buffy was even worse. I asked her "why our room"? She couldn't answer, said the girl that was there before her didn't even leave any notes. I continued to explain the situation and why it didn't make sense that our room was cancelled and that we were there with a group. Buffy said with a lot of attitude as she was walking away "we don't have room for you here". We didn't receive a phone call or even an E-mail letting us know our room was cancelled, nor did we receive an apology. We did receive a lot of attitude and I wasn't the only one. Upon reading other reviews it appears this is not the first time this has happened. Have fun finding another hotel when this one overbooks itself and doesn't even have the courtesy to notify you. - All of the rest of the members of our group did stay there and said that we were lucky we stayed somewhere else. I was told that the rooms looked like they weren't clean. One member of group said that it looked like there was a bloody palm print with blood dripping down the wall in their room.

So clean and new! Very comfortable stay in our way through Nebraska. I love that they are dog friendly and the area was super populated. Easy to pick dinner and find a coffee shop the next morning. I would definitely come back to this hotel

Wonderful, and accommodating host. Always stay here when we're doing our Mother/Daughter weekend. Always enjoy the stay. (Pun not intended😂) Thanks for your hospitality. 💚

We have an annual ladies' trip with the women in our family and have stayed here a few times. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcome back package from Tasha and the crew. In addition to this sweet package, Tasha and staff were so helpful in assisting with the accessibility needs through the weekend and were so welcoming and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

As an IHG rewards member I always stay at Staybridge when I have the option. This particular location was set up very well. The only thing missing was a hot tub- but I asked in advance and knew when I made reservations. Front Desk staff greeted us each time we passed. Dining staff was so gracious I said maybe I'd move there so I can work with those ladies. They are knocking it out of the park with gracious, vivacious, positive words and actions; I absolutely love this.

Great hotel. Nice, clean and friendly. The only let down is water pressure in the shower and the fact that the shower head is over 7' high on the wall. It would get 5 stars if the shower wasn't a trickle.

Clean place and friendly people. Below are some examples. Cinnamon helped me with connecting with the wireless there. She also explained how the master switch works with the lighting in my room. Met another employee near the breakfast area and she asked if I would like to have breakfast. That was very kind of her. A friendly cleaning person moved her cart just in case it was in my way in the hall. The person who assisted me with my checkout was friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I received smiles from all the employees. I should note that the air conditioning was NOT too loud and the room was a comfortable temperature. In general, I like the place.

Clean and comfy rooms. The pillows are wonderful. The have both soft down and firm pillows on each bed. It would have been the best sleep I've had on the vacation, but the folks above us were thumping around. Once they went to bed I was out like a baby. Breakfast was good. They had options for everyone. The have free laundry machines. All you need is laundry detergent. Only thing I would suggest is a sweep of the laundry room and some bleach rounds in the washers. It wasn't too bad, just needed some attention every now and then. HEADS UP. The pool is currently undergoing renovation. The best part of the stay was the staff. The were very kind and professional. You could tell they really enjoyed each other and they are always easy to find. Someone was always ready to help and they were so kind to my kids when they found out the pool wasn't available. They ended letting them borrow a big stuffed dog. My daughter keeps talking like we are going to go back there. She has stayed in plenty of hotels and I believe this was her favorite.

A few minor maintenance issues with the room but they did not interfere with the quality of our stay. water pressure was low in the shower and a cabinet door above the sink was loose on its hinge. no dishwasher tablet. view was great and it was quiet. bed was great and the internet was problem free.

Rooms are small and cramped with full size beds, not queen. Pull out couch bed is very small, even for 2 small kids. There is only one towel hook in the whole 6 person room. The bathroom area is very small and not very separate from the bedroom. The bathtub did not drain well. There were items left in our room from the previous guests such as dirty socks and chapsticks. Common areas of the lobby and elevators and hallways were not swept or mopped very often. The power went out in our room and staff was not very helpful in fixing the issue. Positives include comfortable beds and great breakfast and coffee. Staff took out trash and replaced towels daily. Front desk staff were friendly. The workout room, pool and hot tub were adequate, although small. Also the water fountains in the pool area did not work.

We had been planning a trip to Omaha to visit our daughter and grandchildren. Upon looking at the reviews we were really concerned about the negative reviews. We contacted the Corporate Office and they assured us we didn't have to worry about any issues. They take pride in providing excellent service. We went ahead and booked our 5 days/4 night stay. Fast forward to the date of arrival. We were still on the road way past the check in time, so I called. Kayla was very pleasant and assured us our room would be waiting. Upon arriving the outside of the hotel was clean and welcoming. We were greated by Kayla and she had such a warm personality. We checked into our room which had a very pleasant smell and it was very clean. The hotel was conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. The staff was amazing and the housekeepers had no problem assisting with towels/soap etc as needed. Breakfast was amazing and the pool/hot tub worked perfectly fine. Reviews are great but sometimes you have to take the bad ones with a grain of salt. I was ready to not book with Staybridge based on the negative hotel reviews. So happy I did book with them. I was beyond pleased. Thank you Omaha West Staff!!! You all are amazing. The Vasser's!

Rooms were excellent size and clean. The pull out couch was horrendous, I wouldn’t allow a dog to sleep on it. You could feel the springs almost poking through the mattress. Pool was nice as well. My main complaint is that my room was switched from a suite to an adjoining room (no problem with that) but when I got to the hotel the front desk associate argued with me that they had no such rooms on their property and I said someone called me saying otherwise. He asked if I wanted to see the room before continuing with booking and I agreed. He called someone on the phone and asked them to meet him in the lobby… it was another guest he was taking to see a room in the same area as ours. I’m sorry but this is just not safe. I was traveling without my husband and had my 3 year old son with me inside while my mom and infant son waited in the vehicle. It was very uncomfortable and didn’t sit well with me. When he showed me the room and turned out it was adjoining all he said was “guess I was proved wrong.” Breakfast would have been good had there been any left and the wait time was forever for food to come out. People were standing at the juice machine like it was a watering hole also. Overall, an okay stay but management might want to address a few things.

Staybridge are wonderful hotels no matter where you are at. They provide a pretty decent breakfast not just a continental one. Plenty of choices. They also have a happy hour which is nice to come back to. The amenities is the room is like a timeshare with a full size fridge, stovetop and microwave, couch, desk and big bathroom. This hotel must have high traffic because i can feel the indentation of the one side of mattress being used more than the other. I would suggest just flipping mattress a littke more often. Shout out to Sandee, the cook and the happy hour ladies. Sandee helped me with my job and the other ladies were fun. Cook had skills!! Hope to be back! Thank you!

Loved this hotel stay. I feel like the price is fantastic for the cleanliness and luxurious feel of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed it greatly. The beds were cozy and clean, the kitchenette had plates and dinnerware for those staying longer. Extra bedding and towels are available from the front desk and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful!
