Stayed one night with my service animal as a reminder normal pets are a non refundable 75.00. Room was clean and kitchen was well stocked for use. A little expensive but reasonable being by the airport. There were some homeless people about the area but they have plenty of video to keep an eye on things and I felt safe. Front desk was also very nice and very helpful.

I am always satisfied with Candlewood Suites. I spent 8 weeks here for work and the staff worked hard to make sure I my daughter and I were at home. I highly recommend for any travel healthcare worker.

My partner and I absolutely adored our stay at The Candlewood Suites for a nice weekend getaway. We felt right at home in our king suite with a fully stocked kitchenette with all the amenities of a home kitchen, a cute little lounge/living room and separate bedroom quarters. And the staff and management go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests, the lobby was amazingly stocked with shareable countertop appliances, board games, and even pet friendly furniture and bowls of treats for the furry friends who stay. Absolutely the most awesome experience I have ever seen in hospitality!

Nice size room. Has a nice kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, sink, dishes, and a sink. Decent size bathroom. Got a room with two king sized bed. Front desk lady was nice. A little far from everything downtown but not too much of a crazy drive. Very affordable, we booked last minute.

This was my first time at a Candlewood Suites and while it didn’t have phone charging stations near the bed or a light to read by it was clean and probably one of the quietest hotel stays I’ve ever had. I slept very well and was pleased with the room.

Excellent place to stay long term or weekend stay. Comfortable beds and room to move around. No real breakfast, but Perkins next door.

Perfect location if flying out of OMA. Perkins restaurant in walking distance and a gas station. Coffee on demand for the red eye flight.

First time at this hotel also the 1st time I've ever booked with points. What I thought I was getting wasn't what I had gotten. There was some confusion with the IHG hotline. The lady at the front desk I think her name was Courtney went way above and beyond to help my family out not only was she super helpful with getting us what we needed she was also able to get me into a room that was a better fit for my family. she made sure everything was perfect and that everyone was happy. I'm not sure what her position or title is, but she needs a raise and a title change she was incredible. I pretty much live in hotels due to my job and have racked up 100s of thousands of points, and this experience has been by far the best experience with all of the hotels I have stayed at. 10/10 I will be back

We had a great night's sleep here, pet friendly, safe location, CJ was wonderful and the morning clerk as well. The only issues we had with this place was that it SO misrepresented at the call center we booked with. I suggest calling the place. They told us over the phone it had a pool and a continental breakfast selection. IT DOES NOT HAVE A POOL OR BREAKFAST. They do have a nice little store/room where you can buy items and I believe the coffee was free.

If you have to walk, Perkins is the only option beside Casey's. Hospitality was amazing!!! They were all always great. Even when they're trying to be irritated, they're Nebraskans, they don't know mean. Even though I didn't get the best room, more than adequate for me. Thank you for the most amazing experience at an IHG.

If I could give our customer service representative 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! We checked in at 10 pm and CJ was very friendly, fun to talk to, and she offered us an IHG benefit we didn't even know was available! This service saved us money, time, and convenience. For a very small fee we were allowed to leave our car secured in their parking lot and shuttled to the airport the next morning at 5 am! No long-term parking fees, more security, and we were dropped off at the front door of the airport. Thanks CJ! It is customer service like yours that creates loyal customers!!

Whole place smelled like weed and raw sewage. Room trash bins were full and I took them out myself. Had to ask for handsoap as the shower only had shampoo. Bed was comfy and that's about it. I couldn't believe the price per night WELL out of season for what you get. Staff was nice though.

Marvelous rooms with kitchenette. Very spacious and comfortable. Their shuttle was happy to take us to the airport at 4am! Nice Perkins restaurant shares the same parking lot.

Really good hotel for longer-term stays. Location is fairly close to downtown Omaha which is great if you're traveling and getting per diem. I stayed here for almost a month and the room was spacious and exactly what I needed.

Check in process was slow. My room door lock batteries were low so I couldn't get into the room until the only employee on duty could get to it. The room and common areas were clean. I was surprised to see a DVD player and DVDs to check out. You could also check out a variety of other household items for your room. That struck me as weird, but maybe others might appreciate that.

Overnight stay before flying home from vacation. Easy access to airport and car rental return. Room was cozy, yet roomy. Service was great. Very busy and full, but still a good night.

The best hotel I've EVER stayed at!! Front desk service was great, especially Cj. Room service was great customer service was on point, they're pet friendly. And loved my puppy.. very clean, located great. Always willing to help

We stayed at the CANDLEWOOD Suites for the week long lung transplant evaluation process. The room, laundry facilities and gym were perfect but the best part of the stay was CJ at the front desk. She was so helpful in checking in and with several other issues not related to the hotel. She is a great reason to stay at the CANDLEWOOD Suites.
