This is not a good place to stay and rest your head. Want good sleep look elsewhere. Loud people disturb your rest and good luck trying to get ahold of the staff. Not to mention no one is at the front desk at any time besides 3pm. You have to call them down and it takes about 20 mins. I will also say I tried calling the desk about a emergency and it told me all units were busy. Now let’s talk cleanses. My first night in my supposedly clean room was disgusting. If you count clean with dirty floors and bedding and counters than sure it’s clean. I had to wash my feet in the tub because of all the dirt and dust and walk on a towel back to bed. As for cleaning of the rooms if you want clean sheets or towels in your rooms you must strip your bedding and bring it downstairs and pay for new bedding to then put on yourself. Same with trash if your trash is full you have to walk it to the dumpster out back. If you put it outside your room they throw it back in. Staff are no help in anything. I am not sure what they get paid for. Have had a smoke alarm from another guest go off for 45+ minutes and nothing was done to remedy the situation. Kept me up when I need to be at work very early in the morning.

The women working here.... .are aiming to please. But corporate management, will not put any money into the place. Ive had a nightstand with no drawer, since move in. Remote for TV only changes channels. Placements a good hosing down, stairs, sidewalks, halls need mopped more. Concrete is cracked and causing trip hazards. They only water the storefroent, took our grills away, we can't have them anymore. More like a halfway house at $399/ week, yes. No don't come here. The women working here are giving it all they got, maintenance not so much, every floor hallway has beyond repair air conditioners, that are inoperable, luggage carts are beyond repair, one the frame pulls out of base, the other has a cut tire, the diameter of the tire, all around. If an air conditioner in a room goes out, they take it from the hallway, to replace it. So no air in hallways. No parking, we'll on the street.... Not sweet at all, or Suites. The world must be flat, when people leave here, they never come back. I wouldn't come back if you paid for it, but, there's nothing in Omaha or Council Bluffs to rent. These are not Suites,....... We got reached, 4th floor is the worst, and no internet for 4 days now....... Spoke with another guest, he hasn't had air-conditioning unit all summer. 3 guys moving out, 3 roaches in the bathtub...... Looks like living conditions haven't changed around here in years, according to the reviews. Rents going up, conditions are getting worse, ....... Sleep in your car....... Conditions are worsening here.... Rents going up, and pet fees are too....$5 / day to $25/ day Roaches and mice.....uninhabitable..... Moving day coming soon. The pictures Woodsprings posted..... Dirtier than any roadside motel I've had to stay on during roadtrips. It looks like they just made the bed and cleaned the bathroom. Floors look like they havent been swept in weeks if not months. Never mind being mopped. Microwave is dirty even on the outside. There's a bunch of stains and splatters everywhere. Update: concerns where brought up to front desk who said they couldnt refund my unused days (8 day stay & I've been here <24hrs), couldnt switch my room because they're full, and the only thing they COULD DO was give me a mop & bucket SO I CAN CLEAN IT MYSELF!!

I am currently staying here. The hotel itself is nice, my room is clean, water is hot, bed is comfortable and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I am having to stay long term without much plan involved and upon a frazzled check in, the hostess did everything she could to get me the best price possible. It is an extended stay hotel, so of course there are workers and folks staying for awhile and you can’t choose whom you stay with. I am very leery of going out back to take my trash out and have to be cautious of some of the people I encounter, but that could be anywhere. I have found my room to be quite quiet, brought my own towels and pillows so really have no opinion on room service. Though some of the guests are questionable, there always seems to be staff around, so it makes things a bit more comfortable. There is a smell from folks who have smoked there in the past, but I got a Glade Plug In and that solved the problem. Only real complaint is that the laundry prices are very high. For two loads that didn’t dry completely it was almost $15.

The only good thing about our stay at this hotel, was they gave us a refund on the other two nights we had prepaid. Reading the small print, they charge for everything, including taking out your garbage. I get that it's an extended stay hotel but come on, for the price, you can stay at a much nicer hotel with amenities this place wants you to pay for. Check-in is 3pm, our room was't ready until 4:30. The absolute worst thing that happened was someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. I was up, I watched the door rattle was ready to call 911 when it finally stopped.

I reserved a room for 4 nights and stayed 2. While the corporate website says that they will make things right or refund your money, however this place does not-probably because it ios so horrible and people have to leave early to get any sleep at all. The people on one side of my room had relations all night. It was like that classic movie where the head board is banging against the wall constantly. The room on the other side had guys that sounded drunk. They were yelling and moving furniture around all night. The staff is impossible to contact and are really rude if you do talk to them. It took about a half hour for them to tell me that I could not get a refund of any kind. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Beware!!!! Rooms filthy. Tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. And they will charge your card after check out for made up reasons. If I could attach pictures I would. The other reviews are not lying. I will never stay at woodsprings again.

Services are terrible, I came to check in at 3:00 pm and found the room not ready. The sink in the kitchen is flooded and never got fixed until checkout. I was missing blanket and never was able to get. The room condition wasn’t good enough for the price

I have been renting here for my son to stay for quite some time now. We both have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and especially the staff. Lisa has gone out of her way to make his stay comfortable and pleasant. Kudos for all the extra effort she has put into making this his temporary home.

I just want to spread the word about this Woodspring Suites location, the staff here is really what makes it the best place to rest your head. This group of fine people really care about their guests, they work hard, and go far far beyond the level of service you'd normally get at an establishment such as this. I can promise this much, I'll never stay anywhere else in Omaha again and will recommend this hotel until I'm blue in the face ❤️

My husband stayed in this hotel for work twice. The first time it had cockroaches. He didn't stay for for two weeks that he had to work their. The second time was recently and the room was never cleaned. The bedding was never changed even though they said weekly. He was charged late fees because he worked from 7 am tell 6 pm and he would get charged since I couldn't make the payment over the phone. The manager said that the card had to be present to be able to charge it. Now he left of Friday and his check out day was Sunday and he has been charged for Sunday and Monday. That means that they don't check to clean those rooms on check out days. The person I spoke to said that he was still checked in the room. I told him that my understanding his check out day was Sunday and he was gone before that plus the manager had said that they couldn't charge his card with out being their in person. What I do not like was that they benefited with the late fees claiming that they couldn't charge the card but now they benefited with charging the card once he wasn't present. We will not rent their anymore and I hope people keep their records. I told the front desk that I had two pending transactions and they should return the money but we will see. I also recorded the conversation and will be going to my back to make sure not to pass them if they are not returned.

Front Desk assistant was very nice. We checked in and were sent to our room. Hotel assistant followed us up the elevator an wanted to know what room we were given??? Room was not ready, still being cleaned. Left and came back an hour later, room was done. Nonsmoking room but had an awful smoke smell in it. No pillows on the bed, no bed skirt. Bed frame was dirty and full of dog hair. Floor was all ripped up and hurt the feet to walk on. Sheets had stains on them. Didn't feel safe or comfortable so we left and got a different hotel.

Checked in on a Sunday and went to the room. Door was ajar and bed not made. Staff apologized and quickly made it Counter and food dried on it found a cigarette butt in room , front security entrance was never secured. Back one (by my room) never working correctly and frequently blocked opened. Scheduled for 10 days for state soccer tournament but we lost told them Monday that I would check out Friday. They charged me for the additional five days I did not stay over $300
