My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from 7/22 - 7/24. We're from out of town and were looking for an affordable place in Omaha, and this hotel was within our budget. I'll go over the pros and cons below. PROS: This hotel is in a quiet yet developed part of town. I liked that it was near good restaurants and a coffee shop. As for the actual hotel room, I liked how quick the AC unit was and I felt like our room (a suite) had two separate rooms. When we got to the hotel, we were assigned a handicap-accessible room that did have a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but nothing special. There were 2 large TVs in our room, too. I will also say that I felt like the staff was attentive. CONS: The noise is unbearable at times, depending on who is above you. The people above us were up partying (with children!) until at least 2 in the morning. After an hour of the loud noise and music, we called the front desk and asked if there was anything they could do considering we had an early morning + a 6-hour drive the next day. The man on the phone was very attentive and said he would handle it. About 10 minutes later the music stopped, but the talking did not. The front desk person can't control people chatting, so I was just thankful he talked to them in the first place! We were finally able to fall asleep after the music was off. The other con was the shower in our bathroom. Being it's a handicap-accessible stall, the shower head is connected via a hose and comes off a base so someone can wash their body. While this type of shower is wonderful for someone in a wheelchair, my boyfriend is 6'3. The actual shower head is probably at 5'2, and you can't move the head to face in any different direction. So when we turned the shower on, the water shot straight forward onto the floor of the bathroom. It wasn't the end of the world, but it did make showering more difficult for us. Overall, I would probably stay here again but would request a room on the top floor.

This was our first experience with Home2, but we were impressed! Staff: They were super friendly and kind in their interactions with both children and adults. They were helpful in accommodating extra pillows and blankets for our sofa bed (room comes with some already). Rooms: They were very spacious with everything for short term or long term stays. They come furnished with table ware, a toaster, microwave and full fridge with freezer. There was even a table that could be pulled out and curtains to separate the room and give some privacy. The bathroom was well done and our only had a shower option. Not a big deal for us, it some with young children may want a tub. Only critique is the sliding door on the bathroom couldn’t be locked. Pool: This was the warmest indoor pool I have ever been to! The hot tub is spacious as well. They were both very clean and kept up. Dressing rooms/bathrooms are in the pool area. Lounge Areas: There were several nice areas to hang out at. There is a nice large gas fire pit, lobby and even an outdoor area with gas grills and patio furniture. Great to have for extended stays or larger gatherings. Breakfast: For our stay we had biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches and waffles for our hot options. There were a lot of other things such as fruit, toasts, cereals, yogurt, etc. The attention to detail for things like toppings for sandwiches and waffles made this on of the best free breakfasts I’ve found at a hotel. Location: You feel safe and secure in the area this is at. There is Village Point shopping and so many places to get a meal or drink at nearby. Walmart, Target and Costco aren’t far away if you need to stock up for a longer stay. Thanks for putting together a great stay for us. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is nice, food is nice, but tbh for spending what I am spending to stay here, I would have hoped a later check out than an hour and a half would be acceptable. I'll have to confirm that if flights change, I wont have to wonder a city I dont know until I can leave.

I will start by saying I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. I booked my reservation through Priceline for three days. Upon arrival I checked in and was excited because everything looked great and the staff member that checked me in was super friendly. She informed me that because I was only staying for three days there would not be housekeeping service( they did this only after five days) and that if I needed towels, tp, etc. to just let them know. This was all fine for me. Second day was great, went to the gym had some breakfast all good key worked for the room and gym( keep this in mind) Next day I noticed a charge for $178 from the hotel on my credit card statement. Didn’t think too of much of it at this point. I travel so often back to Omaha I had actually kind of forgotten I had already paid in full through Priceline for the whole three days. The last night there my daughter and her boyfriend came out at about 9:30 to meet my brand new puppy( another appeal of this particular hotel, pet friendly) when at about 10:10 pm the hotel phone rang. It was the manager at the front desk telling me( EXTREMELY rudely) that they had no record of me being in that room and my reservation had been only one night and I needed to bring a credit card down immediately if I wanted to stay for the night and that I had been staying for free, I asked why this wasn’t addressed earlier and she stated “she didn’t know it was me in the room and had given it to someone else but they went in and saw my stuff and a dog in there and said they couldn’t stay there. * Remember I already paid Priceline AND had been charged $178 the previous night AND my key was still working, AND no room service had come to clean the room , since I was apparently supposed to be gone( you would want it cleaned for the next patron right??) I went down and Michelle the manager continued to belittle me and tell me I had to contact Priceline AND then charged me another $184 for that night. I did contact Priceline the following morning( it was almost midnight by the time this was all finished the previous night) and they were super courteous and even refunded two days of my stay( Priceline). This was all super unfortunate since I didn’t sleep really at all that night after having been made feel like a squatter at a very sub par hotel and had to drive for eight hours the next day. I will also be contacting BBB regarding this. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel. ** also have discovered two random charges from them for $33 and $30 after this and never charged anything to the room. And am only giving one star because I can’t continue through this with zero.

Customer Service was great. Free breakfast needs some help. Location was okay. You will need a car to get around. I stayed this past weekend and there were kids running all over the place.

Hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The smell of freshly made cookies was welcoming once inside the lobby! The staff was wonderful.

Great Home2 Suites! The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds/pillows are pretty good and the rooms are clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall this property is very nice. The rooms are huge and were very clean. The only issue we had on this trip was that our TV wouldn't connect to watch anything on it, but we also did not report this to anyone because it wasn't a huge deal to us. Probably was an easy fix. Would stay again.

I stayed here for 2 months for medical reasons; doing outpatient at Madonna hospital. The staff are awesome. They are very helpful. Please be friendly and kindhearted to the staff. They take care any issues within their control. They work hard to keep rooms clean. The entire place looks professional and well maintained. Everyone is friendly and positive attitude with lots of smiles. And they did not pay me to say all of this. Give them a try 😃

was SO excited to stay at this hotel…but the literal minute I checked in, my excitement turned to frustration and it only got worse! I will start with negatives first, then move on to positives. NEGATIVES: I was informed at check in that their room key system was down and would “hopefully” be fixed by the next day. The front desk had to follow us to our room every single time we needed in. This caused a LOT of frustration on my end, because I have a younger daughter that doesn’t like being cooped up in a room for long periods of time. We also had to have them let us in the pool every time we went as well, since we didn’t have a room key. Needless to say, we stayed 3 days and never had a room key the entire time. Because of this issue, there were times we waited 15-20 minutes at the desk waiting for the staff to return and take us to our room. On top of this, some of the staff was extremely rude about having to take us to our room each time. There was also one instance where my family heard staff fighting about how it was “bs” that they had to walk everyone to their rooms. The pool was green-looking and was so chlorinated that our hair was damaged and eyes burning for days after swimming. Someone was smoking pot in our hallway…and the staff shrugged it off. As far as the room itself goes, there wasn’t too much negative. We found a couple cob webs in the upper corners and the tile floors in the kitchenette and bathroom were sticky enough for our shoes to continuously make dirt prints and have that nasty sticky sound as you’re walking on them. We ended up just cleaning them with a towel and water on our first night to get the sticky off. Last negative thing I’ll say was that upon checkout, when confronted with these things, the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and said “sorry about that.” And stated that she could not offer any kind of remedy to make it right. POSITIVES: I will say that a couple of the staff members were absolutely fantastic. The woman that checked us in was glorious and offered a lot of kind words and encouragement on the room key situation. The breakfast wasn’t fantastic, but it was good. There was cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, toast, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, and an assortment of drinks as well as a 24/7 coffee bar. They had apples on the desk to take whenever needed and provided snacks and water on check in for Hilton rewards members. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pit they light every night. Smoking areas for those that need that. Their lobby was clean and modern. The room we stayed in was well stocked all around with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchenette. The pull-out couch bed was extremely comfortable-probably more so than the actual bed. Overall, I think that if I were to ever stay here again, I’d want it in writing that I would be somehow compensated for downfalls on the hotels part rather than getting to the front desk and being told “sorry, we can’t do anything for you”. I also think I’d consider other hotels with pools over this one just because one of the main reasons we chose this one was because of the pool and the later pool access hours offered. For almost 200$ a night, I expected more, but maybe I’m being too harsh. I am a little spoiled when it comes to hotels as my family usually stays at embassy suites or something similar…but for this trip we tried to keep housing costs lower because of our expensive vacation activities.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of foods. The night clerk, Heather, was awesome and helped us with several situations during our stay.

I was supposed to stay in the Home2 hotel. Michelle at the front desk calls the same day and said the room they set for me had a maintenance issue and if I can stay at the hotel across the street (Hilton Garden Inn). I accommodated their request, and I was told that I was going to get an "upgraded" room. I asked if I can still check in online and get my digital key she said yes. Of course, when I tried to check in it wouldn't let me. So, I called. The front desk said they had to check my ID... I said fine. I walked into the hotel, and they asked for my ID. They then proceeded to tell me my payment was cancelled, and I had to give them a new form of payment. I was extremely displeased as I didn't have the right credit card with me. I walked into the room, it was stuffy and old. There were no upgrades there. After a 14-hour drive, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. Overall, it was terrible experience, and I will not accommodate Hilton again for any issues that arise in the future. I am very displeased.

We rented adjoining queen suites. Large refrigerators with freezers, all needed furnished eating utensils, dishwasher and large microwave in room! Loved the walk in showers! Definitely staying again

I stayed here last night and had a terrible experience. The room next door to us was extremely loud from 2AM-4AM. They were screaming and slamming doors in both their room and in the hallway. The walls are thin and so we could hear everything and it woke us up. We called the front desk 3 times but they failed to do anything. Complained to the front desk in the morning and they didn’t try to do anything to make it right. Didn’t realize this hotel was just a party destination. I certainly won’t be staying at any hiltons anytime soon because of this and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is looking to get a good night’s sleep.

We stayed here for roughly 10 days and it was a nightmare our entire trip. Not Pet Friendly as they left a notice stating we cannot leave our dogs unattended at any time! The dog area is located in the back of the building which has been neglected for so long a yellow jackets nest is in the dog bag container. No bags for doggos. The side doors to the hotel were broken so you had to walk around. They said they had been waiting 3 months for a fix... They say no dogs allowed in the pool area yet directed us to use the pool as a walk through to the dog area. The ac in our room was broken set to 64 and whenever we adjusted it, it would go right back to 64. When we asked the fronr desk for help, he told us he is the only one there and someone else would have to manage that later. No one ever came. There was construction pretty much the entire time of our trip that started about 7 am every morning in the parking lot. There was very limited parking so we ended up parking accross the street. When we would bring up issues, we would just get "sorry about that". The hot tub has SO much debree at the bottom in every corner that you could bury your toes. Absolutely gross. We thought it be a good fit but turned out to be pretty garbage. No, never again.

Loved stocking my own kitchen during my recent trip. saved me time before and after work having my food ready for me in the room. Love Home2. decent cable machine in gym and has salt water pool and spa.

Overall nice, but lots of little problems. As with most Home2, the room was nice and spacious, with more amenities. That said, the size appears to cause some problems. There were 3 different thermostats/temperature controls throughout the unit. In the King suite, the door into the bedroom blocks the door from the bedroom to the bathroom, so I wound up keeping the bedroom door closed the whole time, and accessing the bedroom through the bathroom. One nightstand lamp had one 110v outlet and 2 USBs, but one of the USBs was broken- I couldn't get a cord into it. Neither nightstand had drawers or much space. Also, possibly the worst shower water pressure I've ever had in a hotel, and the water was very hard.

Very clean room. Superb hospitality. Warm Jacuzzi and clean pool. The only con was that the air conditioning wasn't good or I couldn't sort it out.

Not bad - not bad at all. It's definitely been a popular location as it definitely has that lived-in feel but it more than does the trick when you're away from home. The service is great - everyone with whom I've interacted has been friendly, efficient and engaging. Even the people I haven't spoken to do exceptional work i.e. cleaning staff. And there is a pool. And it's open. Hot tub as well.

First off we love Home2. Have used them all over the US. But, in saying that, avoid this place like the plague. The responses by management to other negative reviews on here should have been a red flag. Since it was a Home2, I unfortunately didn't check first. Second, the front desk attendant was horribly rude, as in, fire her rude. Three, the place was dirty, just generally dirty. Not we're working on a project dirty, just deep, we haven't cleaned in awhile dirty. An absolute avoid at all cost hotel.

Have stayed at the home2 a few time when we were moving into the area, I’ve recommended the stay for my family and friends that have come to visit. Friendly staff, the rooms are good and we were able to have the pets in the room. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at the hotel over a holiday weekend. Our first morning there, my child had a medical emergency and the staff jumped right into action with first aid. They followed up on how we were doing throughout the stay. Their attention and thoughtfulness will not be forgotten. Rooms were clean, breakfast satisfied all. Staff were great!
