I don't normally write reviews, but need to warn future guests and hopefully management will make changes. Do no stay at this hotel as the cleaning crew is completely incompetent or maybe even non-existent!!!!! I stayed here previously for work and was a little put off at the cleanness of my room, but thought I would give it another chance. I checked in and went to the room, and went to put my items down on the desk, it was completely covered in food crumbs like someone ate a chocolate muffin. I turned around and went to the front desk. If the cleaning crew isn't even wiping the obvious mess up, you know they didn't clean the room well. Figured I give it another chance, they put in a different room. The carpets had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, the mirror in the bathroom had not been clean, I had started to question if they just made the bed without changing the sheets, went to put something in the fridge and leftovers, so I was out. The front desk guy was great, and I checked out with a full refund and went to the Residence Inn down the road. Just totally gross. Not that quality I expect from Marriott. Don't stay here, until management confirms a turnover in the cleaning staff.

Many maintenance issues with our 2 rooms during our week long stay. Some were fixed; others not. All of the issues were brought to the attention of the front desk. Breakfast area was not kept restocked and food was not always replenished. Near the end of our stay, the one front desk associate offered to reduce the nightly rate on 1 room by $10 for all 7 nights, but then only did it for 2 on the final bill. Front desk associate (female) was doing child care while on the job. Honestly, one of the worst hotels I have stayed at because of the staff. This was not Marriott standard.

Breakfasts are horrible. They charged me $160 per night for the room. They do not bother to cook eggs or sausages anymore - they just take junk microwave food and heat it up. Rude lady who is in charge of the kitchen even said that I should be microwaving it myself. She should be fired. I do not beleive this is Marriott level - it is more Motel 6. I travel a lot and stay in many Fairfield Inns but Fairfield Inn Omaha West really has the worst breakfast you can find. Hope Marriott management can read this review and change it for the better.

Nicole was amazing helping me get set up with a reasonable priced room. Nice room, great bedding and a good hot breakfast too. Thanks!

I was here for a class. I only use the conference room. The conference was comfortable however the wallpaper was hanging on one side of the wall I could not concentrate much. I am a fan of the Marriott firm and I know they are very good about details. I don't know what happened this time but I am sure they will correct it soon.

Tiny room, but clean. Could not choose your room on the app(like you can in Hilton properties ) so we got stuck on first floor, just steps away from lobby. The lobby noise wasn’t noticeable, but the parking lot noise outside the first floor window was bad. The mattress pad was too small for the bed and kept moving underneath the sheets. I completely remade the bed, which helped a little, but still an issue. My BIGGEST complaint is that their exclusive internet hookup on the back of the tv meant I couldn’t use my fire stick. Front desk gave me a phone number for help, and I sat on hold for 8 minutes listening to the recording telling me I was number one in the que. Finally gave up. Won’t stay here or likely in any Marriot property again because of that. Going back to Hilton.

Greeted with free bottled water upon arrival. Clean, well maintained rooms. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Google maps shows turn off at last stoplight as Maple Drive, however that street sign is tiny and brown. The big green sign at the light is a numbered street.

This is your basic hotel that needs an update. Our room had a slow draining sink, broken microwave, broken remote and non-functioning bathroom vent. The pool water looked dirty. The breakfast and coffee is your typical cheap prepackaged slop. Folks working there looked miserable, and the women working the front desk during the daytime didn’t even greet us. She was too busy playing on her phone. We also requested a quiet room, and we were placed right by the elevator that dinged all the time right along with the ice machine. I sent my concerns to Marriott but there is no compensation or concern. The positives would be the beds are decent, and you’re in a safe area near plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself though is average at best.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel. The house keepers like to walk in to your room even after they are cleaned. their apology is not sincere. and the only offer points to make up for it.

Room had some spots that were not wiped down and didn't have that clean smell. However, everything else about the room was great. Breakfast was lacking in variety each day.

Great location. Lots of shopping around. We think the hotel room was just put back together without changing sheets or anything. Service was as good as possible for the amount of staff around.

Stayed one night. Got in late at night. Woke up in the morning with bed bug bites. More then 60 bites on my arms, neck, face and shoulders. Do not stay there, please. It’s been 5 days and I’m in a bad state with terrible itching and huge red bumps all over my arms and upper body.

Coldest night of the year and the heater didn't heat. Front desk lady came to room 3 times and attempted to fix it with no success. She ended up giving us an electric space heater. Replaced the heating unit the next day and it worked great.

Love the app, it was super easy to check in ahead of time which made actual check in a breeze, signed paper and got my keys asap on to the room. The room was nice and clean and the shower was great, big. The breakfast wasn't much, but just enough, the Jimmy Dean sausage egg and cheese sammy was great. Again I was able to use the app to request towels and bedding, whatever we needed for our 5 day stay. Check out was a breeze and the whole stay was eezzy peezy and the staff did great !! Thank you !!

Stopped there on the way to Colorado and liked it so much, we stopped there on the way home. Clean! Decent breakfast. There wasn't any fruit on the 2nd stop (we were late risers) but the breakfast lady found some for us - a nice gesture.

It’s ok, nothing special. I do want to note that the breakfast items are watered down coffee and watered down orange juice. Don’t know why they are being cheap on the beverages.

The hotel is really good and their service was great. Parking was only one observation from my end. They have a good number of parking spots, but people were having issue to leave the parking spot due to a bit congested specifically on the back side.

Zack is awesome. He understood the situation perfectly. And helped in resolving issues. Calm and relaxed front desk. Ecery hotel should have his attitude

Keep your man away from the front desk lady Alex. She is extremely unprofessional. When I’m not around she would hit on my boyfriend. He called to change his reservation from Sunday Monday Tuesday to Monday Tuesday Wednesday and she said in a very flirty girly high-pitched tone “you don’t want to come see” which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. I called her and did not disrespect her not one time I said do you think that’s appropriate you’ve seen me with him I’ve called up there you know he is a taken man I think you’re extremely unprofessional what you did and she got with another employee and the other employee contacted my boyfriend and said that he’s no longer allowed to stay there. He was staying there while he was waiting for his apartment to be ready him and his kids and they decided that they were going to be caddy school girls and no longer give him his discount and throw him on the streets all because I contacted her and didn’t disrespect her once.

We had booked at this location on August 27, 2022. As a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program this was a logical choice. Ended being a big mistake. While the hotel was overtly clean, bed however was infested with bed bugs! We had room 328 with two beds. My wife and I were both bitten and my wife in particular was bitten all over her body. Horrible horrible experience at this location. It has but a serous damper on our road trip. They need serious pest control. Caveat to all those who are planing to stay at this location. Maybe it was just this room. But I now seriously suspect this Marriott brand as being reliable.

I read the reviews before checking in and thought perhaps I should of booked elsewhere and then that all changed when I checked in. The breakfast isn't the greatest but it certainly is not the worst. It was pretty good two of the three days I was there. The front desk staff are great. The room was clean. The internet worked great. I would stay here again.
