From check in to check out this HIE has their stuff together. Very friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. The lobby was well lit and very nicely decorated. Plenty of safe parking and easy access right off the Highway. Our room was very spacious and most importantly very clean. It had a nice sized TV. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet all night. Lots of breakfast options in the morning and the staff was doing a great job making sure that all items remained fully stocked. There was a fitness area and a nice indoor pool. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Hot tub was pretty dirty, fold out bed pretty uncomfortable, but they usually are. Didn't hear hallway noise or anything so that's great.

We visit Omaha several times yearly and have stayed at multiple properties throughout the metro area. This was our first time staying at this property. Initially, as we pulled into the parking lot we thought we had made a mistake. Several large shipping containers and construction equipment and materials in the parking lot made it difficult to navigate around and find an open spot. Evidently, a major renovation is occurring, which I understand needs to happen. As we walked in there was a very upset guest who, by her own explanation had made a significant reservation error through a third-party booking site. The front desk representative was handling it professionally and with a positive and pleasant attitude. I was quite impressed because I don't think I would have been as patient as she was. When we got to her the front desk representative was wonderful, friendly, and delightful. We were in and out for a good part of the evening as we were running errands and going out to dinner. Every time we encountered her she was cheerful and positive. We finally came in late in the evening and the night staff was equally friendly and engaging. The next morning the front desk clerk greeted us with an exuberant, energetic "good morning" and a genuine smile. As we ate breakfast (not the best IHG breakfast) I observed how he interacted with all the guests and it was textbook hospitality. I really want to communicate with management and the owner that your staff is all absolutely wonderful. They all seem to be not just professionally polite, but genuinely happy to be on duty at this hotel. Despite the obstacle course of a parking lot and construction equipment lining the entrance, we enjoyed this property more than all of the other stays around the city. We will be back in Omaha again this year and will definitely choose this location for our next stay. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Please convey to this staff that they are the reason for such glowing review!! The room was outdated, but clean and comfortable. However, they are currently under renovation so I am quite excited to see how it will all turn out on our next stay.

The staff was extremely friendly at this location however it would have been nice to be told that they were doing a lot of construction and it was extremely noisy during my entire. Saturday night they didn't stop working til nearly 7 pm! There was so much dust in the hallways and even the elevator that I had to check out early. I really like staying at IHG hotels when traveling but this left a very sour taste in my mouth!

We worked with Annette (director of sales) to create a wedding block for our wedding held nearby. She was attentive and willing to answer any questions we had. The process of booking a room using our block code was easy and accessible to guests. The rooms were clean and the suites were spacious enough for several people. The breakfast provided in the morning was convenient for guests who wanted to sit and eat and for those on the go. We highly recommend staying here and are gracious for the ease of booking a block.

The room was not very clean. I'm a diamond platinum elite and they put me in a room on second floor overlooking a patio with bright lights. The curtain did not block light so room was lit up all night. The next morning the restuarant never opened for breakfast. Do not come here.

Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms clean, bed comfortable but know that the hotel is undergoing a renovation. Rooms renovated but need new doors. I could hear all the comings and goings of the neighboring rooms which kept me awake.

We were not aware the hotel was under major construction when we booked our room. Debris was throughout the hotel. (Outside at the entrance, inside the lobby, in the hallways, etc) Upon checking in, we received our room cards. We went to our room, placed the card into the slot, walked into the room, to see people were already inside, and in bed. Back to the lobby to let them be aware of the embarrassing incident only to be told "the system stated it is empty". No apology.... No sorry for the embarrassment. Not taking any accountability concerned me. Getting another room, specifically requesting double beds, asking the person to go to the room and make sure it is not occupied. Upon entering the room, there was only a king bed. Back to the front desk, explaining we requested a double bed, as in our initial reservation. Finally, after 45 minutes (from arrival time) we were in a room with 2 queen size beds. After a long day of traveling, wanting to get into a room, shower and relax. This wasn't a way to end my day.

Very clean rooms with daily housekeeping service, and a great location in north Omaha. Thanks to the front desk staff for helping me with a room issue, and they were very courteous and professional. The hotel is currently being remodeled, so there’s active construction in the building.

First room had a dirty bathroom, with dry dirt, literally, & hair on the floor. Gross residue in multiple locations on the desk Had to change rooms. New room’s A/C was not functioning. New room’s bathroom floor felt greasy. HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS AGAIN. Bad experience. Being under renovation does not excuse the state of these rooms. I will not stay here again. You should not stay here. Stay at the Fairfield instead.

Waited forever for desk staff to check in. He insisted on a credit card even though I had paid for the room on an app. Then he charged me which is exactly the reaaon why I didnt want to give him a credit card. Air conditioner was broken. Wi-fi wasn't working and you can't call the front desk because ot goes through some sort of automated system. Room was nice and clean.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Second TV in side room did not work. Place under construction. And some areas are safety hazards. Loved the hot tub and pool. Not alot of rooms available due to sports tournaments.

Had a wonderful stay. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond in ensuring my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was amazing. This place will be my go to for Omaha stays!!

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean (minus stains on the couch). Why three stars? I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. I called to verify that my room will have a jacuzzi tub. My room did have a jacuzzi tub, but it did not work. Three stars for giving me a broken jacuzzi tub that I paid extra to have. Also, the couch had nasty stains all over it. Absolutely did not sit on it. But, they are renovating- lets hope they fix the tub and replace the couch.

I had to make a last minute reservation due to a snow storm. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been here since Tuesday, September 27, 2022 and the internet has not worked! It’s now Thursday, September 29th and it’s still not working. The front desk told us that Cox has an outage in the area, but I called around the area and no one is having issues! It’s ridiculous! Also the cabinets in the dining area of the hotel are so dirty and dusty like they haven’t been cleaned in years! The breakfast has also gone completely downhill. The cinnamon rolls are hard, the eggs are burnt and cold. We are so unhappy with this place.

Stay was great. Door knob was broke, and thermostat had dead batteries. (Room 110) These issues are just simple maintenance. Overall though, things were fine. Will stay again

Stayed at this hotel Wednesday night 8/17/2022. The hotel was clean and everything about the room was acceptable. The issue came at breakfast which is supposed to be ready at 6:30AM. We came down for breakfast at 7AM which was no where close to being ready. When we asked about it we were told another 45 minutes. I could have styed somewhere else for way less and received this.

Got a good night sleep.... But not after arriving to a room with a plugged sink. Nobody could come in on the weekend to fix it, nobody communicated this with me until I called the front desk. They offered another room but to be honest we were already settled into this one and could use the bathtub to wash their hands. But you think they would have someone or something on hand during the check-in window.

Very nice facility. Neat and clean rooms. Continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Pool room has a hot tub and was very satisfying.

Breakfast was delicious, hotel staff were incredibly kind, and hotel room was decent. Some broken items in the room (fridge stand and lamp) and the room temperatures were inconsistent (pool very hot, entry very cold, etc). We were able to get a room last minute.
