The room was huge. It included a small kitchen area and a couch, which was nice. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. It lost one star for me because the shower didn't drain well, and there was only one set of plate and cutlery in the kitchen, but these are not deal breakers and I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. No carpet. Smelled nice. My room had a kitchenette and apartment sized fridge. Stayed here 2 nights a week for 3 months. Plan to come back for sure

The manager is awful. He will sneak into your room. He is lazy and will not fix anything. He pockets the guest rent money and gambles it. His name is chuck. He got very angry and tried to fight some guest. The plumbing is all backed up in every room. The electrical work is shotty. The laundry room has bugs. Location is nice. Building needs to be fixed and the manager needs training And needs to act professional. Do not rent there. Go to wyndam on 108th old mill. Very nice

The building was lil bit old and could hear nearby rooms talkings. But compared to its price, it was totally acceptable. There was no breakfast but the room was clean, especially the bed.

The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and seemed to be very friendly and gave the impression that this was gonna be a great stay. However upon checking in to the room furnishings seemed very dated and that isn't all that bad they also had no phone in the rooms I was told they removed the phones. Which is like ok how do I contact front desk if need be and vice versa. But the thing that made the stay unbearable was the place had roaches which was an immediate hard no. Tried calling hotel from my cell no one ever answered my calls and then they were closed till 6am or something like that. So it was just a lose lose situation for me

There were bed bugs in my bed and I am currently battling the itching of the 19 bug bites that I sustained. Besides that, the staff was friendly and the place was cute!

Do not book a room here! I just had the worst experience. I had made a reservation online and called the location to request a 1st floor room as my fiancé has a disability. The desk clerk thought he had put me on hold and I overheard him refusing to help a woman in the lobby and told her to get out and go somewhere else. Then after explaining my situation he refused to help me, started screaming at me for “arguing” with him. I called back the next day to speak to a manager and was told the clerk had cancelled my reservation. I explained that I never requested that and this employee also told said he couldn’t help me and to speak with the manager. I left multiple messages for the manager and when I called today asking for him the desk person on duty said “Why don’t you go somewhere else. We don’t want you here.” Of course I wouldn’t stay there after all I’ve experienced! Please don’t subject yourself to their terrible service.

Dated but comfortable. Lots of noise so probably not going to sleep great

I absolutely loved staying here. Next time I need to just get away I am definitely staying here. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect. It's been a couple weeks since I have stayed there and I still tell friends and family about it. I stayed a few nights and it was perfect for that. I was able to take a bath everyday and I had everything I would need just as if I were staying at a home. It felt cozy and warm. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you 🙂🙂

Room was big, clean and nice. Guy at front desk was very nice. Only complaints are tv had stations with tons of static and person in adjoining room was gone all night and left the tv on and we could hear it all night while trying to sleep…think the Andy Griffith theme song over and over.

Nice west Omaha location. Suite size room, very clean for an excellent price compared to other locations in the same area.

Price point and location were important on this stay. If needed I would stay again.

Cabinets and drawers were missing handles. Rocker was ol and broken down. Most of furniture was seconded hand. Bed was very comfortable carpet and bathroom floors had been replaced. Manager was very nice.

Rooms are clean and have kitchen area & refrigerator. Good basic hotel for those who are attending events in West Omaha area. Near lots of shopping & restaurants

The room was clean. Service was good. Many workers stay so be prepared for engines starting early in the morning.Reasonable costs.

I believe the positive reviews for this are made by the people that live there. The room we got was so horrid we didnt touch anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. Went and bought new bedding to put on top of the existing bedding so we at least weren't sleeping on the sticky floor. Took one bag in and left the rest in the car, even kept shoes on while sleeping. The smell of ammonia, bleach, fabreaze, and whatever else was so bad it burned in your lungs after about an hour. Had to open the door to let it air out every so often and kept the window open. Black mold on the lap shade and corner of a wall. And last but not least, a black spider the size of a 50c piece in the bathroom. That's all I can remember off the top of my head. Literally the worst hotel I've ever been to. I paid for 2 nights, stayed for 6 hrs. Requested but was not granted a refund.

Upon checking in gentlemen was very friendly and accommodating. Room was homey, had everything I needed for a night to rest comfortably. Location was excellent. Overall I'd stay there again if need be.
