Upon arrival the guy at the front desk was nice but the maintenance guy didn’t greet me back with my wave or hello. We got up to our room and everything was sticky from the door handle in the hallway to the window on the other side. Even the Bible was sticky. The room had a hell of a odd odor and we found enough pubes to put a 70s bush to shame. After we got over how gross the room is it’s time for bed and we pull back the sheets to find stains everywhere. We paid good money to stay here and I am very disappointed. Safe to say we will NEVER stay here again.

A/C does not work after sundown. The fan will blow all night but the actual air conditioner stays off. Pets are allowed at a price of $11, but they are not pet friendly. Guests with pets must pay for a smoking room whether they smoke or not. The management is extremely rude about pets being in their hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope for all who read customer reviews to keep looking for a better hotel than this one. Safe travels to all.

The staff was kind and helpful...but we were in and out within 10 minutes. We walked into the hotel and it smelled of cigarette smoke, then we proceeded to our room where there was tape all over the ceiling, garbage bags over our smoke detectors, and urine stained sheets. The room was definitely not clean. Typically not super picky about where we stay...but it was absolutely disgusting and I do not recommend.

I went in to to see their prices for the week. And I asked about service animals. I told them I had paperwork for my EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. That women up front told me in her own words: "emotional support animals don't count as service animals" are you serious? Just say you don't accept pets or service animals. This place is ridiculously unbelievable. Don't waste your money here if you have any sort of pets or services pets.

We booked our room online and it went without any problems. We got to the hotel and it was raining but they had the Porte cochere blocked so we couldn’t get out of the van without getting rained on. So in we go and checked in. The lady there was very nice and gave us directions to our room. Now I have difficulty walking and balance issues and there were no elevators to our room on the second floor. We got upstairs and to our room. The ceiling in the hallway was damaged, peeling, and cracked in several areas. We go into the room and there was a sofa bed there in the first room, then the bathroom and then the main bedroom with the hot tub in the corner and fireplace in the opposite corner from that. Now we set up the sofa bed for the kids to sleep on. The mattress was horrible. You could feel every spring and every lump in it just with your hand, not even laying down on it. Laying on it was misery. There were no blankets or pillows for it either. I had to go down to the front desk for those. So using the bathroom we noticed that there were baseboards missing from several spots, the exhaust fan was rattling really bad, and loudly, there was no drain for the tub so our son couldn’t bathe as usual. And several of the floor tiles were loose and moved about as you walked on them. The hot tub wasn’t even your typical size hot tub. It was a one person jetted tub. The outside edge was broken and had a chunk of fiberglass missing. The fireplace didn’t work at all. The carpet was threadbare. The mini fridge was all iced over. Just overall a big disappointment especially since we paid over $220 for one night there. The only nice thing about the room was the king size bed was super comfortable. My husband and I slept good. I was so let down over this adventure. The picture on their website of a beautiful room with a large dark green 2-4 person hot tub was not anything like what we got. I would not recommend going here.

This place deserves a 0 star so everyone visiting the Omaha area knows not to stay here. Very uncleanly environment with a terrible staff that shows no curiosity or hospitality once so ever. No accommodations of any kind and the bed had bed bugs. There were stains everywhere as well. Please be advised of the poor conditions before going just so you are warned.

Customer service was awful. Room I stayed at hadn't been cleaned, there was still leftover food from previous guest. Was not able to shower because there was mold growing in the shower. Breakfeast was awful. Price was too high for the conditions of this place

Most of the one star reviews are true. It smelled like an ashtray when we walked in! The gentleman that checked us in was really nice and helpful though. That was the ONLY positive thing about this place. The first room we were assigned to the fridge was warm and wouldn't close so I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a new room(I had to have one for my babies milk). Which he did with no problems. But the new room smelled very musty when we walked in. It had stains on the carpet and a dead bug in the corner. The toilet clogged with first use, thankfullyit fixed itself. And the air-conditioner leaked water so the floor was soaking wet. No pool.

Deadbolt on the door to our room did not work. The hall smelled awful. The pool is closed. Breakfast is in a bag. The door to our room did not shut by itself. The light above the sink took over 15 minutes to warm up and come on. Could not see out the window through the filth. The carpet is filthy. The only positive is the bed was comfortable but they do not have extra pillows.

Stayed here for 1 night in July 2021. Check in was easy and painless. Requested first floor room and got it. The man that checked us in was nice and friendly. Room was somewhat dirty (a few stains on the floor) but the bed was clean and very comfortable. Great price and a good place to stay for a night. Would stay again if I was in Omaha.

horrible. it was a late night and we were all tired ready to go to bed. as soon as we got there the smell of smoke overcame you. we didn’t think much of it because we just wanted to get to bed. when we got to our room we noticed red stains all over the walls, holes in the walls, smoke alarm all messed up, and mold in the bathroom. we finally had enough and just wanted to go to bed and we pulled back the covers and started examining (just a habit) i notice tons of bed bugs and a spider. at that point i just wanted to through up. i took my stuff and bolted. i wanted a refund and the rude old lady at the front didn’t me me a refund. i didn’t look back and left because i didn’t wanna be in the place anymore.

Great location! Breakfast was good, standard for most hotels. The room itself was not the greatest in regards to appearance, the wallpaper looked very unprofessional and the curtains were stained horribly and coming off the tracks. However for the most part clean. The pool area was good however the hot tub was not working but not a huge disappointment. The best part of my stay here was the staff. They made me feel at home. They had a sense of humor and did not shy away from sharing that with me. I would pick this hotel over any other because of that. I look forward to staying again with them!

After over a week and a half of traveling and dealing with overpriced, loud, dirty rooms, with awful food-this place was AWESOME!! A room for $60??? YES! Its not fancy, but well priced, and my room was very clean, great beds/pillows, and quiet. It was the first included breakfast that was actually good, and lots of options. I normally never eat biscuits and gravy in a hotel, but these were the best. I will come out of the way on my travels to stay here again. It is hard to find, reasonable priced rooms while traveling, with a pool, breakfast, and clean and quiet. The hallways were a bit smoking so I was nervous about the room, but it was non-smoking and perfect, no smoke smell (and I am extremely sensitive to smoke). Only thing, they do NOT take cash, so you need a credit/debit card.

👍👍 Hampton Inns are exceptional and this one is no exception. This is a beautiful oasis off the road. Every staff member is wonderful especially their Breakfast Ambassador! Superb room and shower and fourth floor views. Loved morning workout in the fitness room followed by a full breakfast and leisure...
