Rachel is AWESOME!!! We checked in and she handled everything with a smile and was genuinely happy to see us. I noticed she greeted EVERYONE this way! Such a great experience in this day and age and you guy's were packed due to a wrestling invitation. Thank you Rachael for making this such a great experience for us!

The hospitality staff is top notch here. Very nice people at the front desk. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The airconditioner cools the room very quickly. The bathrooms have some extra shower heads if you have anyone that's impaired or needs some extra help. The toilet was clean when I got in but had cleaning supplies and hair in the toilet from the cleaning person not flushing. The towel racks have some rust on them from being in the restroom with moisture. That doesn't take away from the stay but brings down the appearance a bit.

Not going to lie, my expectations were low coming into this, but wow did they blow my mind. Rooms are great like most IHG. BUT....the service was amazing. Rachel was so helpful and went way beyond he job description to help me. The manager was amazing also. Plenty of parking for oversized vehicles and RVs. Gas station and restaurant almost in the same parking lot. When coming to Omaha.....this is my spot. Thank you to all staff

Ahhh I enjoyed my stay here like I typically do every year. The young lady working Saturday (Left for the day around 11pm) was very pleasant and super friendly. Sometimes you don't know how much better your day could be and she made my day that much better (definitely deserves a raise!). Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and everything worked. Basically everything you should expect from a hotel was present. Id definitely recommend this hotel if you want a decent place to stay.

This is a nice hotel. Pool area is decent but lighting needs updating very dim during hours of darkness. The hot tub need a fresh coat of paint. The drainage in the floor needs checked (not really draining). Showers need to be checked pressure is low possibly hard water deposits in shower head. The breakfast is good . Staff is nice.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff found rooms for our large group last minute. Clean, comfortable and a good hot breakfast.

For the amount of money I spent to spend one night in this hotel, it was NOT what I expect it to be. I will never stay here again! The hallways smelled like mildew and mold. The wallpaper down the hallway was peeling. (hence the reason we saw mold) The jets in the hot tub did not work. There was only two towels in our room for 4 people and when we went down for extra towels Jackie said we would have to wait as they were out. Jackie, the hotel check in lady was so rude to me when I required why I had two charges on my account for the hotel, she told me when another party came through the door to check in while she was helping me she needed to check them in because they had a concert to go too. Their concert is no more important than my concern in my opinion. Speaking of that concert, the parking for the event center took over the parking lot for the hotel and there was no parking in front of the hotel so we went to the back of the hotel, that lot was also filling up. The back door to the hotel was not latch so anyone could walk in so No safety at all.

Front desk staff was super nice and helpful though we were disappointed with the pool. The indoor pool is advertised as heated but it is not. The water was freezing! Tough when you have littles that were looking forward to a night of swimming. We asked prior to our visit if the pool was open and running and we were told yes. Maybe the heater is broken and no one chose to tell us this.

Hotel looks great on the inside! My stay was not enjoyable because of the staff. The front desk staff are not helpful whatsoever will overcharge you for a room and then still not even give you the room you reserved online. Management is not available in person or by phone. Room was unclean and untouched our entire stay. Will not return.

The headboards on the beds in my room had spray marks on them and the room didn't look like it was cleaned thoroughly. Walls were paper thin. I accidentally left a bottle of perfume and called to report it to the staff. I have had no call back. Check in lady was very nice.

The sales director Tim or whoever works in the front office came into to my place of work weeks and weeks ago and gave me his business card. At that time my family was planning on making a trip out here. I told them hey try this place it’s suppose to be nice. Well I regret ever telling them to go here. There stay was miserable, the first room they got put in was gross. The lamps are rusty! There was marks on places and my family member started cleaning stuff. The lady at the front desk then reluctantly put them in a different room that was dusty but not as bad. The cleaning people never came in to clean anything, their toilet made loud noises that kept them up and it wasn’t fixed until the night before they left. The elevator wasn’t even working on one of those days either. Anyway, I won’t ever recommend this place to anyone. I feel bad for my family and wish I’d never have taken the owner or whoever up on recommending them. No way. Do better and why are your lamps RUSTY. Get new ones man.

Clean rooms. Going through remodel right now at pool and weight room. Very personable and friendly staff. All were very pleasant. Comfortable beds. Nice tub! Was deep enough to take a bath.

Clothes washer was broken for a week. The staff did offer to finish my laundry in the hotel’s large commercial washer and dryer. Breakfast needs more variety. Practically the same thing every morning. If you’re looking for a quick and convenient place to stay, this should suit your needs. A long-term stay and you will get burned out. 4 stars because the staff is great and accommodating. I appreciate legitimate effort in customer service.

My family and I are currently staying at this location and by far are having the worst experience we've ever had at any IHG affiliated hotel. As an Orange Lake Timeshare owner I'm highly dissatisfied with the customer service and we've stayed at plenty of different locations over the years. Our biggest areas of concern are the fact that on the first floor where our friends are also staying there is an absolute horrible smell, the material on the wall is peeling off and there is visible mold. It's almost impossible to walk down that hallway. Our second most important concern is the lack of professionalism with the current staff on duty. I believe she said her name was Jackie. My mother in law was trying to help resolve an issue with her credit card and accommodations made when another guest entered and she was told "I'll have to deal with you later". This employee was very rude the whole conversation had at this time. It was also very discouraging when we politely asked for towels in the pool area so we wouldn't track water everywhere and she seemed very bothered by the fact that someone simply asked for towels. I've never had major concerns with any stays with Holiday Inn. I most certainly hope these issues can be addressed and resolved so that people who stay in the future have a much better experience than we have. It's unfortunate we're made out to be an inconvenience when we are the guests paying a good amount of money for a one night stay. I'm sure there are plenty of good qualities about this hotel but our current circumstances have made this a miserable stay.

Christine is who you want to talk to 😎. As far as the room goes it was good. The noise from the 2nd floor reverberates like crazy. You hear everything!! If you are a light sleeper, you won't get any sleep. Breakfast was good just don't forget to toast your bread lol. Other then that I wouldnt mind coming back since I don't live far from here. Don't hesitate..do it! This place so far has been very busy so make an attempt to get here and check in as early as possible.

2 stars cuz staff there is great. The place itself needs work. Hands down the dirtiest room I've ever seen at a holiday in. The bathroom had rust/mold in it, the bathroom drain smelled so bad we had to cover it with a wet rag which helped little. The floors were filthy, found a baby bink and a crayon under the bed with numerous dust bunnies. 2 of the lights did not work. When i turned the tv on it was frozen on fox news. Thankfully after resetting the tv box we were able to change the channel. The swimming pool door wasn't locking either so some safety issues there too. The breakfast buffet was much better than i thought it would be. The staff is amazing in all regards to friendly and helpfulness.

Stayed there for the convince of the concert being next door. First had issues getting into the room was unaware door only opens by lifting up on the handle, attendant was rude about it, get into the room, it was dirty. Sheets were messed up one bed and the other bed was bear except 2 pillows half of that bedding was on the chair other half just gone, alarm clock laying on floor Took a photo and showed the other attendant at desk she gave me the complete bed set to put on myself and asked for my information to sign me up for reward and give me enough points to earn a free stay. Never got the email for rewards or points for even staying there. Attendant told me our room would be on the list to get cleaned, was gone most of the day get back room wasnt touched. Pool was cold and had food bits in the bottom.

My kids and I stayed here last weekend. Every staff person we interacted with was wonderful. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good. Couldn't ask for much more!

After our reservation was made, hours later we received a call from them to let us know there was construction happening in the front of the building & we needed to park out back & use a back door. There was no up front parking near the back door so we had to carry everything through the parking lot to reach the dumb waiter on the side walk to get our belongings to our room. Pool & hot tube were great.

Very clean!! Pool and hot tub were also clean and such a nice amenity! Comfy bedding and pillows. We stayed 2 nights while passing through. Walking distance to some restaurants and very close to anything else you may need (food, Walmarts, gas stations, etc.). Excellent choice! Would absolutely return when in the area!
