Such an amazing restaurant 😍 the beef and steak pho is phenomenal- so much flavor and ginormous portions! The meat is tender, the noodles perfect and the veggies you get on a side plate to add (bean sprouts, sliced jalapeno, cilantro and lime wedge) are all fresh and aromatic. The stir fry beef my husband got was awesome too. Plus the crab rangoons were hot outta the fryer and loaded with cream cheese happiness.

Great food fast service. Was looking for a great place to enjoy some PHO for lunch and found this place online. When you walk In you wait to be seated a little awkwardly but wasn't much of a wait at all. Ordered a couple appetizers, crab Rangoon & chicken on a stick. Came out quickly, both tasted awesome. Then ordered our pho soups and they came out quick as well, tasted great and they had all the sauces/flavorings to add into the soup. Overall great place, will be back again.

Got the ipho special combo with extra tripe. Absolutely worth the 5 dollars extra for me, you can see they pile it on very well. Plenty of broth and the spicy chili made my lips burn so good. Overall all the components were there for a proper pho and I absolutely recommend it for a filling and hearty meal.

Delicious! I got a small and couldn't finish it (just a tip for those with small appetites like me). Tea wasn't the right one, but our server offered multiple times to bring me the one I ordered, but I ended up liking the Thai tea so I declined. Servers are young, but helpful and sweet. Definitely get something with their pho broth. So. Good.

The PHO was what I came for. The broth itself was very good. The fact that all of the spoon are already at the table was a great source of anxiety for me. My soup did have a slight floral flavor from something. Which threw me off a bit. The only other negative thing I have to say is that cilantro is the herb that is served and not Thai basil. Service was fast. And the environment was good. Maybe a little "fast food" vibe.

I recently visited IPHO#1 The Noodle House and had an overall disappointing experience. While the food was enjoyable, there were several significant issues that overshadowed the positives. Let's start with the positive aspects. The food at IPHO#1 The Noodle House was indeed good. The flavors were delicious, and the dishes were well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed their noodle dishes, which had a great balance of flavors and textures. The menu offered a variety of options to choose from, catering to different preferences. However, the negatives of my dining experience greatly outweighed the positives. The first issue was the excessive waiting times. It took a staggering 51 minutes to get our drinks after placing our order, which is unacceptably long. Furthermore, we had to wait for more than 35 minutes to receive our food. Such extended waiting times can be frustrating and dampen the overall dining experience. Our waiter, a young teenager, was distracted behind the counter and we had to ask about our food and drinks three times. Additionally, other customers waiting long periods got their drink orders confused multiple times. Another major concern was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors were very dirty, giving a rather unhygienic impression. Additionally, the state of the bathrooms was disappointing as they were dirty and seemed to be poorly maintained. These aspects negatively affected the overall ambiance and comfort of the restaurant. The kitchen area also left much to be desired. The atmosphere inside the kitchen was chaotic, and we could hear arguments and conflicts among the staff. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised concerns about the professionalism of the establishment. Adding to this, it was surprising to see that the place was being run by early teens who seemed immature and unprofessional. This lack of experienced management was evident throughout our visit. Considering all these factors, I find it difficult to recommend IPHO#1 The Noodle House. While the food was good, the excessive waiting times, uncleanliness, and chaotic kitchen atmosphere detracted significantly from the overall dining experience. Improvements in these areas, along with the need for more professional and experienced staff, are necessary to enhance the quality and reputation of the establishment. It's important to note that this review reflects my personal experience and may not necessarily reflect the experiences of others. However, based on my visit, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering IPHO#1 The Noodle House as their dining destination.

I haven’t been here in 5 years. I thought it would be nice to take my family to the Pho restaurant I always raved about. I am extremely disappointed. Staff were underage teens. Rice tasted like soap. Chicken tasted like it was frozen and thawed multiple times. Waited patiently for 10 minutes with no service. Had to stand up and ask for my check and boxes. Very very sad. Not sure how this place has a 4.4 of 660+$ maybe about time for some competition to open up or a revamp at the least? Smh

The BEST pho in the Omaha metro. Hands down! The only reason I gave a 3 on atmosphere is because the decor is simple, but you’re not here for decor. You’re here to bury your face in a steamy bowl of pho, and slurp away in a state of pure bliss! 🤤 Their broth is perfection. Be sure to also get a side of chicken skewers. They’re incredible as well. Enjoy!!!

Customer service was absolutely ridiculous. Ran by literal children while the grown adults sat by and ate their lunch. Rice tasted like dish soap, peanut butter chicken was most definitely chemically processed frozen chicken. I had such high hopes. I’m hoping it was just an off day for them. Edited to add: our total was 64$ and we left a 2 dollar tip(they are lucky they got anything) our card was ran for 66$ the next day it was processed for 74$! Take a picture of your receipt after you write the tip and keep an eye on your bank account.

First time trying pho tonight! I got the Thai milk tea with boba and the P11 (both size large), and crab rangoons. Since I hadn’t had pho before tonight I’m not sure I’m a good judge of the quality but there was definitely a lot of food! I am however a very experienced judge of crab rangoons and I would recommend skipping those here. The wait for food is a bit longer because they are pretty short-staffed, but they have signs stating this going in so we were aware that could happen. But the staff that was there was super nice and attentive in bringing our drinks and taking our orders (especially the tall young man with glasses, very solid employee!). All in all I think I’d be back for the milk tea and the friendly service!
