Literally disgusting, no other words. Our wings were absolutely terrible and itty bitty and seriously so burnt that no meat was left on the bone. Look at how tiny these are? How could anyone justify charging people for wings this bad? Our poor little server was so busy she never even returned to the table until we were paying. We bought extra to take home and left them on the plate not even bothering to get a box at that point Bc no one would eat them. Used to love coming here but clearly they have given up on their restaurant. Sad

Service absolutely sucks. Google shows hours open until 11pm. We walked in at 10.33pm. Both the male host and the female manager were rude and snotty and said the kitchen closed at 10.30pm. However while we were standing there there was a large platter of food brought out to one of the numerous tables of people that were all still eating. So obviously they lied about the kitchen being closed. I showed them my phone that Google shows them being open until 11pm. The female manager said in a snotty tone she didn't care what Google says, that it's wrong. We go there all the time but unless this is made right with us we will never be back.

Waiter was really friendly. No wait. But what happen to the wings!? Larger wings on a Walmart chicken! Tiny, tiny, tiny! Our bill was over $65 for 1 beer..1 bloody Mary, 20 wings in lemon pepper(couldn't find the lemon pepper) and 6 salt vinegar wings! Feel like the quality has greatly diminished! Will not be back!

Waitress was amazing!! All the stars to her! She was amazing. It was insanely cold…not the food; but the restaurant’s temp. So cold we had to keep taking the littlest out to warm up outside. The food delivery was strange. No food came out at the same time…like 10 minutes between entrées. Some of us were completely done with our food before others food came out. One appetizer was delivered between two 2 of 6 entrée deliveries. Really awkward.

I can understand being shorthanded. But when it was as slow as it was and then I get charged for what I should have actually gotten with my meal. A single dressing and a single sauce full. But the $2 overcharge was just a point to have a manager be that rude. This has been my worst experience at a hooters and I have eaten at hooters all across America. I am a welder that travels from plant to plant power refinery and chemical.

Poor excuse for a salad I paid $10 for. Do not go to this location. I’m a long time BWs lover but that is pathetic. Everyone’s to go orders we’re 15-20 minutes late and it wasn’t busy. I would’ve said something about my salad but I’m not causing more delay for everyone behind me. Save yourself the time and money and go to the Bellevue or Omaha locations.

The food was fair, I ordered traditional wings and received boneless but I did not complain. My husband ordered a Pepsi and it tasted funny, I believe they put whiskey in it. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR, TOOK FOREVER to get my husband another soda. We originally wanted a booth but was told no server for the open booths, then they started seating people at them. Idk if people were new but I will not look forward on going back.

She didn’t really deserve the tip but we still left our server something. I don’t know if she only checked up on us once in the hour we were there because we were a Latin. Every time we come here they are really nice but this time it’s like we weren’t there. The name of the server is Brookelin, I would’ve liked that she treated us the same way she treated the teenagers

I haven't been to BWW for years. I miss how they used to drench the wings in the sauce. Our wings looked like they barely had any sauce applied. Still tasted great, just lacking sauce. Service was great.

We were in a hurry to get to the airport. We walked in sat right down and our server with us in minutes. Our entire visit was 30-45 minutes for 4 people eating. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious and as we ordered it. The street tacos are what I ordered and they are my favorite, I will definitely order again. They aren't spicy but do have a kick.

This place should change its name to "permanently short staffed". The men's NCAA championship sweet 16 was on and they only put one game on the TVs. I asked for another TV to be turned to the other games and they couldn't figure out how to do it. They left the sound from another games commentary on then played music instead of the NCAA tournament sound. It is clear the manager is out of touch with sports and their demographic. My Nachos were horrible. The boneless wings were almost inedible. I'll go to a different sports bar for sports from now on.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food while tables around us were all getting served. One of us got our food earlier but my food came 30 minutes later! The manager wasn’t even apologetic and only offered to take a few dollars off our bill! Usually I have good views of this Buffalo Wild Wings but tonight was not it.

I don't usually give bad reviews so I feel uncomfortable doing this. I ordered the brisquette tacos. They were luke warm. Soft taco shells were browned in appearance but were cold and dry. My husband got bone in wings and fries. Fries were dry and cold. Wings were dry and small. Sat at bar. Bartender was new. Very friendly, but seemed more interested in getting glasses washed than waiting on customers. It wasn't busy.

Fun place to watch sporting events. I realize it's a wing place, but the menu is really limited besides wings, burgers, & fried chicken breast sandwiches. No grilled chicken. Salsa with the chips was bland, and they have no hot sauce like Tabasco, just hot sauce meant for wings. My server did a nice job and the energy level in the place was high and fun.

This is a fun place. The honey garlic wings are amazing and the burgers are good too! Just a fun, cool, casual place.

We always have a good experience when coming here but this time my wife asked for BBQ sauce and the kitchen messed up and gave her Mango habanero which made her lose her appetite. The manager corrected it and gave us another and didn't charge us for it but the kitchen needs to be more careful with that.

So i love buffalo wild wings, so does my boyfriend so we eat there pretty frequently. Every time we go there, and i mean every time they either forget something, or mess something up. Literally the past 4 times we have been there our order was messed up. if you want buffalo wild wings go to Omaha, dont spend ur money on this place for food u wont get/didnt order.

Went with the family tonight. Waited over 10 minutes for drinks. Got my food, the fries were cold; I also found a hair in my burger. My husband didn't even get his food til everyone was almost completely done eating. We never received our tots. The waiter touched my husband's shirt talking about what was on it, very unprofessional over all. I was also sitting by the wall and there was a crack and was blowing cold air inside. Was ridiculous.

I ordered to go. Don't understand why they put dressing and carrots and celery in a separate bag from the hot food. But put salads with hot food. When I got home to eat the salad was very like soggy and warm. Not good at all. Which is a bummer as I was looking forward to that part.

Haven’t been to This location in about 3 years. Today went for lunch. Attempted to order an appetizer of onion rings for about 8 bucks. Was informed I could not order this as the onion rings are now only served with the “sampler” which is 15.00. I only wanted the onion rings….was told that this is exclusive to this BWW. Guess I won’t be back. I don’t like to feel bullied into buying more, spending more for food I don’t want.

The menu has changed. Several items were removed including basic fares like chicken quesadillas and my go-to chicken sandwich. Unfortunately we had already ordered drinks before we discovered this. We paid for our drinks and left. The wait staff was friendly but the menu changes mean we won't be back.

Started off being told we would have to wait 20 minutes but look and see the building is only half full no worries. Get seated and place an order. After about an hour they came with my wife and my kids food which was cold and said they were going to check on my food. 15 minutes go buy and I finally get my wings WINGS mind you but not my fries. Time wasted and money wasted food was cold and not good will not be coming back 80 bucks I could have saved....

I took my grandchildren for dinner, they wanted chicken "nuggets". It took awhile for someone to come up and take us to our seating, no problem as it was a Saturday and game day. We placed our order and got settled in. They brought out one grandchild's meal first , then later another grandchild's. By the time my pizza was delivered my grandkids were done eating and we had not gotten our appetizer yet. I tried their new pizza and was disappointed, the bbq sauce was over powering for me. When asked they then brought out the appetizer, onion rings. They were void of flavor and I felt a bit undercooked. Overall I was not pleased with the timing of when the food came out, we were not able to have our meal together. Nor was the overall flavor of the food enjoyable. Our server and other personnel were friendly but in the end this location will not be chosen again.

I should have learned my lesson when he closes store down so he wouldn't have to do any VA free meals. By far worst dining experience of my life. It started off with the host would not give me the the both that I asked for. There was nobody sitting there , it was not reserved, he just wouldn't give me that one. No excuse why. I ordered a Dr Pepper it came back all carbonation no no syrup and then to get a new one it took almost 30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece medium I know what medium should be and how hot it it was way too hot I don't know if they're trying to burn the waitress to get rid of her since she was new and this was the way they figured to do it or what but I've been eating hot wings all my life and man that was way hotter than medium. The nachos I ordered were great jalapenos and everything just wonderful. Will not go here again. Will not recommend, to anyone.

Our waitress was amazing. She always checked in and made sure everything was okay. Our food in the other hand was terrible. The wings were dry and cold, even looked they were old and sitting out. And there was even a piece of hair somehow wrapped around one of the wings. The waitress did try to make it better but we lost our appetite so it didn’t matter. This place used to be the best, but it’s went really downhill.
