Wonderful bartender and the absolute coolest atmosphere - you go through a liquor store when the woman opens a full bookshelf from the wall - hidden door! Some of the drinks, like the “zombie” get set on fire 🔥 so you have cocktails and a show! Many non alcohol and mocktail options as well. No food. Great vibe and so unique. Would highly recommend even just for a quick stop in!

Nestled at the end of a liquor corner, is this gem of a speakeasy. I’m so glad I found it. Quiet, chill, tranquil place with some pretty amazing drinks. First, I believe I had the El Diablo: ‘twas entertainment just watching her do her magic on the drink, as it approached me with fire. It tasted good. I then ordered the Bees Knees—that p led a punch and it was absolutely delicious! When I’m in town again, I definitely will be back!!! Oh! The gentleman on the front greeting at entrance, was dressed so sharp!!

Amazing experience and delicious drinks. You may have to wait a bit to get in, but it's worth it. Unique drinks with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Awesome drinks ✔️ Cool Atmosphere ✔️ Sets things on fire ✔️✔️🔥. I tried coming here before but it had a crazy wait and finally got in this time! Awesome speak easy that has a whole page of drinks that come on fire. I had the el Diablo which was fantastic… the ginger beer they used was delicious with a nice bite. I thought it was impressive that this place makes all their own fruit juices and syrups for their drinks! Cocktails are priced very well in my opinion. 10/10 highly recommend a visit

Been here twice and both times the staff went above & beyond to make the experience a great one! Big shout out to Chris for making going out for drinks a very memorable experience! Very knowledgeable, and creative. Also, we had a little bit of a wait outside since we were a bigger group and the women working the liquor store counter (sorry I didn't catch your name) was extremely welcoming and made the wait fly by! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try! It will almost certainly become a new favorite. P.S. The Banana Cow is really good! Deserves a spot back on the menu. Date Visited: 7/9/22

Great place to get drinks. Bartenders there are great and very friendly, more than willing to explain things and recommend drinks. The door you walk into is called The Looking Glass. Let me know if you need the password

I’m glad I tried it. Bartenders were nice and the drink was good. Be prepared to wait awhile to get in and possibly get bumped by people the door person thinks are cooler - not they different from a nightclub in that way. The assigned seating was a little peculiar.

Great spot for a date night. Quite hyped up in the Old Town area and for sure is a good experience to have in a small town like Omaha. Easy to find, easy to like and so nicely decorated. Unfortunately the menu did not really meet the expectations. It is only based on classic cocktails and less in bar creations. Music is great and the atmosphere is magnificent. Definitely a must if you love classic cocktails and don’t mind staying in the menu range.

We stopped here while celebrating my friend’s birthday. The Looking Glass definitely fills up quickly, but we didn’t really have to wait long. We tried the Bee’s Knees. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff was fantastic. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My first ever speakeasy. It has a dark ambiance to it and was a very neat experience. The menus are unique (you’ll have to go see for yourself) and the drinks were delicious. The ones with a fire symbol beside them are lit on fire when served to you. If you visit Omaha, you have to check this place out for sure!

We stumbled across this place while looking to buy a bottle of wine for our stay at the Hotel Deco - and we visited every single night of our stay! Wonderful place, with great service and drinks ❤️

First come first serve speakeasy bar next to Hotel Deco. Staff was friendly and engaging. Drinks were top notch. Decor and atmosphere were intimate and low-light. My group really enjoyed sitting at the bar and interacting with the bartenders.

We got here right before closing. The staff was super accommodating. Can't wait to come back.

Whenever I travel, I try to find speakeasies in the cities where I'm staying. The more creative and/or hard to find, the better the speakeasy. The Wicked Rabbit is one of the best speakeasies I've been to. 10/10 for both creativity and quality.

Brilliant place with sparkling ambiance. The earlier you go, the more you feel as a gent/lady in the 1930’s, before the jean t-shirt/mini skirt selfie infused wearing folks show up.

What a beautiful mysterious speakeasy set up bar! The drinks and the menu were fantastic and delicious. The selection of alcohol is unbelievable and the staff were super friendly. The ambience is romantic, dark, and I wish I could stay there for hours! I have now since purchased a torch gun to set my cinnamon sticks on fire for my drinks at home😉

Great experience. We happened upon it while checking out its front liquor store and realizing behind the shelves was the entrance to a wonderful cocktail bar scene. To top it off we had the wonderful opportunity to chat with Bridget working behind the bar and watch her mastery of handling the scene. She was amazing.

I love this place. From the secret entrance, to the cool vibe once you are inside, what's not to love. Service has always been great and the cocktails are delicious. It's nice that all cocktails are one price. They have added a fee munchies to their menu if the hunger ones hit you. Sister location to the Alice bar, which you also need to visit.

If you like a very intimate setting with great cocktails (including a great selection of bourbons), you need to check this place out. It has its main entrance through a hidden door, but oh so rewarding if you stumble into it.

Met up with friends here for drinks after dinner and closed the spot down. We enjoyed everything. The bartender went out of his way with the drinks(his playlist was awesome!) and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Next time we are in town this is a for sure stop. And now I look for a penicillin cocktail everywhere although they’re never as good.

Beautiful and creative atmosphere! Service was underwhelming to say the least. Cocktails were okay, not really anything special. Waitress was overly rude and not attentive. Cocktails took 20 min. Do not go if you have plans after.

I love the atmosphere of this place. Very unique & fun! The server was incredible & the drinks are delicious. My complaint comes from the entrance host. We’ve been twice & he is extremely rude & seems bothered with every guest’s entrance. I was hoping he was just having a bad day on the first visit, but 0-2 thus far. Pretty discouraging.

A wonderfully charming speak easy style bar. Small and mysterious it is located behind the display in a local liquor store. The cocktail list is many pages long and the service is engaging and helpful. With limited seating be prepared to wait for a table to open up - perhaps buy a round of beers from the front of the house refrigerator.

Nice chill atmosphere with fun drink selections. The limited seating leads to an intimate setting and gets you away from the crowded bars of Omaha. If you get the opportunity to have Shannon serve you then you should definitely take it as she always has us leaving with some good laughs.

This cool and fun speakeasy stands up to any cocktail bar in the country. The atmosphere was lively and fun and our waitress had an awesome personality. The cocktail list is never-ending and our drinks were expertly prepared.

The atmosphere is so cool! The drinks were delicious and Dylan was very friendly and accommodating. I’m pregnant and couldn’t drink but he made sure to make me really refreshing mocktails! The next time we are in Omaha we will definitely be going back.

Really fascinating little speakeasy. I would recommend trying to go on a weeknight, as the line was always spilling into the street on the weekends, and the space is modestly-sized at best. Once getting in, however, it is well worth it! They have the most fascinating cocktail menu. Even if a particular cocktail wasn't to my personal liking, it was still expertly made and unique.

I have been looking for a new favorite bar in downtown Omaha, and just found it!! The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, and all the staff is amazing! The front room has liquors I have been looking for the past year. I cannot say enough good things about the Wicked Rabbit!!!!!

Loved the vibe/ambiance. The drinks were pretty good I got the bees knees and my wife got the planters punch, both very good drinks but the planters punch was so good I ordered us 3 more of those. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is cause the wait before going in was a bit long, granted it was a Friday night. Other than that an awesome place.

  • 5/5 Stephen R. 2 years ago on Google
The server was friendly and the atmosphere was really cool. My wife doesn't drink much and they were able to recommend a drink to her that she really liked. The entrance into the bar is also really cool. Although next time I go there I want to see if I could just buy something and walk out without using the password.

Abby was so fun! It was our first visit here and she made us feel comfortable and gave great recommendations from the menu. We enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks are crafted to perfection! Thanks Abby and team we will be back!

Shannon is the best server I have ever had in my life! She is amazing, and the drinks that she recommended were top-notch. SheW me away for a shot that my friends wanted me to do that was really bad.
