The food is great! The staff is very friendly. Restaurant is one of the cleanest I've ever seen

People inside eating, sign on door saying the dining room is shutdown to plz use drive through. How about you take care of what ever needs done outside of business hours so you can keep the dining area open. Just a though.

So I brought my family here for dinner tonight. Order everything we need and I said go ahead and add a jalapeño popper. The kid behind the register says "I'm sorry we are down to 1 bag and we are saving them for Doordash customers only. But we will get more tomorrow if you want to come back" why not just tell me you are out?? Very frustrating

Great place all around but unless I am completely wowed I don't give 5 stars but it comes darn close!!

I enjoy Arby's and haven't had an issue with their food until tonight. I tried the brisket sandwich for the first time. After several bites I ended tossing it as I bit into a slab of fat. I know brisket can be a bit fatty but please this should have been cut from the meat and tossed.

They had a really friendly staff there. I always enjoy an Arby's sandwich. The sandwiches are pretty consistent across most Arby's. Anyway, I was happy to find this place while I walked around Iowa for a few minutes.

Went through the drive thru to grab a late dinner after a busy day. It was about a 5 minute wait, which I never mind because the food is always hot and fresh. The employees were nice and our order was perfect. I do miss the potato cakes though. I wish they would bring them back.

Great 👍 place, great employees, great food. Too bad the two young girls were allowed to run around as if they were at a Romper Room play ground. Mom & Granma couldn't care less. Employee had to tell the one child to quit climbing on the barriers. Granma just made the excuse, she's hyperactive. If your children don't know how to behave in public, PLEASE, leave them at home with a babysitter.

It's a Arby's you get a craving go here I your looking for 5 star dine in with a movie then don't look here. Your wife wakes u up 11pm at night then go where her cravings want you to. Doubt she wants a beefs sandwich

I enjoy sitting down in the lobby with my kids. The atmosphere is comfortable. The food is pretty good. We like the sliders. I wish they still had mountain dew. Their pick up service is pretty awesome.

Gyros is delicious. Fish sandwich not so great. Friendly staff and fast service!

My husband picked up a roasted turkey sandwich for me. I've never had one before. The bacon was so hard it was really inedible. On the website the bread did not say toasted. Why are you toasting this bread and not asking if the customer wants it this way? Bring it back...? He couldn't b/c he needed to be on time for an appointment. If he hasn't called already, he will.

Fast friendly and fresh. Came late on a wed night. Orders through the app and food was ready under five minutes. All very fresh and service was polite and efficient. Perfectly cooked curly fries and jamocha shake was superbly made.

The manager was completely dismissive of me because my old lady used to work there and was with me. She asked about sauces noticed her then shoved the bag at me a slammed the window. Not very professional if you ask me. And we wanted sauces even asked for them to the first lady at the window. The first lady though was very nice!

I recommend this Arby's. Everything is made to order. Food was hot and correct. Employees were pleasant & helpful. Have been here twice. Will definitely be going back to this one on 33rd & Broadway.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes like we were invisible. So walked out . Your employees need to do better. They need to acknowledge a customer. Insted I feel like we were just ignored.

Friendly and entertaining crew! I was greeted as if they had known me for a long time. From start to finish I think I waited about 7 minutes but she apologized for the wait as if it had been an unreasonable amount of time. Order was exactly as I wanted it plus hot and fresh.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. I entered the store and made my to the counter. No one else was in line. I stood there for over 7 minutes without being addressed or spoken to at all. Then when I was my first interaction was being told to move out of the way. Because she needed to hand someone else something. I asked if I could get some assistance and was told that I wasn’t a customer and could wait because she assumed I was there for door dash. (Why would this matter?) I asked to speak to the manager at which point another woman that happened to come around the corner was told door dash wanted to speak to them. I was addressed with what is the problem we are clearly busy. I was like wow. Okay so I would like to be spoken to like a humane and I don’t think asking for respect Lu saying welcome in we will be with you shortly is to much to ask. She informed me it wasn’t her problem and I would be helped when I was helped. I asked for the corporate number and was told she wouldn’t give it to me and didn’t need to listen to the issue. I asked again to be told she didn’t have it. I asked how a manager wouldn’t know the Corporate number and she told me she wasn’t the manager just a manager and I asked for the store manager and was told she would not inform them of my problem or have them call me back she also wouldn’t tell me when they might be I. Or their name. That is insane! When I was leaving I again her her say she didn’t care because I’m not even a customer and it doesn’t go against their times. Excuse me but even a door dash is a customer!

It's good. The manager is a hoot. She has been there for as long as I can remember. Well worth the stop.

I mean who doesn't like Arbys? The roast beef is my favorite here with Mozzarella sticks. It is what it is. No memorable encounters with employees on this visit. We do like our Arbys!!

All of the restaurants all over are struggling to keep up these days! This Arby's is a ray of sunlight in a dark restaurant world lol! They try to hustle and get orders out great store, great employees. Thanks

I only came here as I was headed into KS and this was on the way. By far the best service I have ever had with fast food. Cleanest location I have been to ever. And despite how busy they were this place was super fast and got everything out as you'd expect from a fast food place. No complaints here at all great place and would stop here again if near by.

If i could leave 0 stars I would........ I was just at arbys getting some food & when I asked about the 6pc wing if we could have it without sauce & she said no I'm not giving you a discount, then preceeded to call me a name shut the window & flipped me off. Now this is the 2nd or 3rd time I have wrote to corporate about Makenzie & her attitude still hasn't changed yet. Now I don't know if Arby's has changed how they train employees but I'm 150% positive Arby's don't train them to flip customers off not once, not twice but 5 times she flipped me off!!!! An employee flipping off someone is one thing but for her to be a manager/supervisor flipping off customers & calling them nasty names I don't think that's very good for business!!!!!

Clean and friendly service, food was good but fries were a little over cooked. Was nice to actually dine in an enjoy your food.

Someone in front of us had pulled off from the drive thru lane. Confused the young kid at the window a bit hus manager was quick to come to the rescue it was my daughters first Jamocha shake she loved it. Drive thru line moved very well.

When house sitting in CB I go to Arby's because I love their sandwichs. I was here 2 times last month. The drive though was SO SLOW. 10 min in line. I went back today and it's the same. I sat at the window to get food for 4 min. Adding 5 additional min to the time from when I ordered. I've worked at Arby's a couple of years ago and I know how fast it is to get things made and in the fryer.

I didn't think the food was there., im going back to my DQ next time.
