Most disgusting room iv ever seen. We were there for all of 5 minutes. Blood stains on walls,linen, and doors. That doesn't begin to explain the filth and dirt left for has to be months. The parking lot and people hanging out there a different story.

You get what you pay for I guess...the room was $65 per night, upon entering the room it was about 100 degrees being that it was very hot outside and the staff did not have the AC unit on even low which took about two hours to cool down to a barely tolerable temperature, and the dials were missing from the unit itself so I had to use pliers to use it. The room was not very sanitary as well, sheets had permanent stains, tile in kitchenette were dirty, and most surfaces could have been cleaner. Overall it's a cheap hotel in a sub par area but again you get what you pay for.

This is my go to place. It isn't fancy, but it is clean and homey and extremely clean, all at very reasonable prices.. It is also run by the nicest people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. They are also small enough to remember your name on return stays. Highly recommend.

Heater never worked, not enough TP. Ran out n no spare roll. Used towel. One towel. Then could not shower. Old dirty not maintained rooms. Looks like it should have bugs but never saw any.

It could have been cleaner in the fridge bed was comfortable but pillows abit flat . No bugs thank goodness cable was good cox cable IS the BEST THANK-YOU

We love this place. It is not overpriced. (GET A ROOM UPSTAIRS) The kitchens and bathrooms are always clean. Its set back out of the way, and a little tough to drive in to but so worth it. I recommend this little motel to many of my Out-of-town clients, because they are always reasonable, clean, and welcoming. Thank you Imperial for treating my clients (and yours) well.

This place was horrible... They had roaches crawling on the wall and bed bugs they had pee stains on the sheets and the fridge was nasty when I told them I wanted my money back because I wanted to get something else he yelled at me and told me I couldn't get my money back and that I'm a lier so I highly advise NOBOSY STAYS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE HOME BED BUGS

Our room had boogers all over the walls, mold on the shower curtain, crusty food in the microwave and brats and garlic bread in the oven that smelled bad and was moldy. Sheets had yellow stains on them and the curtains had stains all over them. The air conditioner had cigarette butts stuffed in the vent. What was nice is it was quiet.
