What service with a smile and laugh- incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Our Lavazza coffee and cannolis were amazing! It was hard to leave without all the delicious treats! Thank you

This wasn't the BEST ice cream I've ever had, but the flavor I got was VERY similar to Dairy Queen. The catch is that they gave me more ice cream, same flavor and half the price. The employees where very nice too.

Dolce in Downtown Omaha has many tasty unique flavors that feel familiar. I highly recommend them! Yum 😋

When I stepped in the store and saw the menu I highly doubted if it’s just a average store for tourist . It’s not like any high end fancy ice cream store with modern outlay and atmosphere. It’s just a small store with friendly owner. The ice creams were great and not very sweet. Cannoli is so much better than I had at other fancy Italian dessert store.

We traveled to Omaha for the first time and had four kids in tow. Right across the street we saw the Dolci ice cream shop and knew we had to try it out. The kids loved the ice cream here! Even one of my kiddos who isn’t typically into ice cream said it was the best he’s ever had! Attached to the ice cream shop is a candy shop with both brand name and homemade candies. The truffles here are the best I’ve ever had. It was fun to let the kids pick out their favorite candies and prices were on point. The staff here is friendly and attentive.

Great little candy/malt shop. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and quick to serve us! Super cool shop with a great vibe and amazing looking Cannolis. I had a soft serve float and it was great!

The soft serve cookies and cream ice cream was good! The ice cream shop is attached to a candy shop. Pretty neat.

This place was awesome! They didn’t have a peanut butter shake on the menu but the staff was more than happy to make me one. The ice cream here tastes great. I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stop after dinner with the family. Super friendly and attentive staff. Quick too. Great ice cream and waffle cones. Definitely recommend!

2 stars because I get there at 10 minutes till close and the girl working says, "oh we don't do shakes when we close in ten minutes." Yeah that was fun explaining to my pregnant wife. We love getting ice cream here, have for years. It's sad the workers are just lazy.

Decent coffee, was lukewarm though, cakes and pastries are not house made, they are frozen and extremely overpriced. I'm okay paying a lot for a nice place, but this was a rip off honestly. I cant give anything higher than 1 star when I feel swindled.

My friend and I enjoyed the ice cream while we were there and can't wait till the next time we come since the servings are quite large. We finished most of it by the time we got the photo taken since I couldn't wait to enjoy it.

The best desserts in town We were looking for a birthday cake and stumbled upon this gem which had the yummiest small cakes They also have yummy coated nuts and popcorn

Excellent desserts here. We had red velvet cake, german chocolate cake, and oreo cheesecake. They were fantastic.

This is the kind of service that is worth sharing. I’m from out of town and randomly visited this place. I ordered a german chocolate cake but only liked the chocolate frosting on top. Didnt notice the coconut on the bottom which I don’t like on my desserts. The clerk notices that I did not finish so to satisfy the rest of my sweet tooth, I ordered a Canoli. He brought it to me. I gave him my card and he said, please…. This one is on us. This might seem like no big deal but for the $2 the canoli was worth, he bought a customer for life. That’s what most businesses don’t get!! It costs you way more to acquire a new customer than to keep one. Thank you for your excellent service. The canoli was awesome and so were you!!

Extremely polite and helpful, I’m visiting Omaha and they told me the best places to go and were super nice. I ordered way to much stuff and they got it to me faster than I could ask for, very good experience.

Don’t let the photos fool you. Was super disappointed. Pastries in case looked old and stale. The ice cream was blah and honestly, unappealing. Pretty bad when a kid won’t eat it. I’m fine with having young kids work for you, but train them proper job ettiequte….ie put the phones down to help people. Go elsewhere.

I had such a great experience. I don't normally write reviews, but I came here to rant and rave about this place. I didn't catch the name of the young lady working Thursday night (8/16) but she was FANTASTIC. She was so pleasant, and patient. She helped us figure out our choices. I got the vanilla heath, on a sugar cone. My fiance got a vanilla oreo, on a waffle cone. Both were delicious!!! The vanilla base might just be the best i've had in omaha. She then peaked our interest in the glass cooler full of goodies. She sold us on the IN HOUSE tiramisu. I now have a new obsession. DOLCE can take all of my money!!

We had a great dinner while visiting the Old Market and stopped at Dolci for dessert. Wonderful, friendly staff that were very quick for being so busy. Ice cream was excellent and tasty waffle cone! Highly recommend!

Cute little spot. Not sure if the lady that was there was the owner or not but she was very nice and patient. Kiddos got ice cream they said it was good. Hubby ordered a raspberry chocolate cake and I got tiramisu. His was okay and mine was still frozen so couldn’t really enjoy it. I let her know and she gladly exchanged it for an apricot tiramisu. Tasted much better but not amazing like I thought it would be. Slightly disappointed.
