$4.50 for a drink. Service was impeccably slow. They were “sold out” of boba. How is that even possible when this is a boba tea store. Didn’t get the hype. All highly processed sugars and powders, they pored out tea from big jugs, but I wish I knew what was in them though, as everything else here seemed to be processed. Overall, this place was Loads of Sugar, Powder, and syrups. If you think this is anything like Japan, or Taiwan - please, think again - my experience here, compared to actual boba places differs drastically. This is very American, sugary, unhealthy. But all the college kids are here, and line up for 20 minutes just to order. Last, For how much plastic this place uses it would be nice if they’d have Recycling bins. Everything this store produces is plastic? Just recycle instead of trash. ♻️ like actual tea places in Japan and Taiwan, maybe because those country’s care about the environment. :/

Returned recently. Tried the takoyaki and the onigiri Takoyaki was a 3.75 Onigiri was a 4. We had the seaweed. Need to return and try the boba to see if things have changed. This goes from a 3-4 star for me. The reason why I ended with a 3 star was, I didn't finish my drink by the time I got home. I didn't want to. It was ok, but not like some other bubble tea that I've had recently that was superior. Maybe it was the kind I asked for. It was a jasmine with boba. The jasmine was a bit more bitter and not as fragrant as I'd like. I'm hoping their other offerings are better, but I'm not that inclined to return. The seating area is nice, but service was very average with staff that looked tired and not happy to be there.

Really good boba tea! They have many options and a lot of it is real tea vs powder. I like it. It does take a few extra minutes to prepare but it’s great.

Staff was rude and don't know how to apologize. The plastic cup was leaking and ruined my friend's clothes. Bubble tea is okay, little bit sweet.

I love this place! Great tasting teas, appetizers available their jelly is shaped (stars & hearts) which was really cute. They get pretty busy, expect to wait a little for your drink during peak times. They have a frequent buyer punch card available.

Good drinks and snacks! A large variety of flavors to choose from. A great place to stop before a walk around the park!

Best spot for bubble tea and onigiri! I make sure to stop where whenever I am in town or even passing thru Omaha. This is probably my favorite place in Omaha given how often I come here. There is so much variety to their menu and they prolly have the best prices for bubble tea!

They messed up my drink by giving me half drink but I went again and they fix that so I take it back good, they spam onigiri and the sauce is good

We have visited here numerous times and the drinks and service have been consistently great (we've never ordered food). Unlike other local bubble tea places, you do not have to pay extra for the boba, unless you want add-ons. Between my husband and me, we've tried almost all of the milk tea flavors and haven't been disappointed by any. Sometimes there's a wait for your drinks (15-20 minutes at peak times?) but it doesn't seem much different than the wait at other bubble tea places we've been to in the area. The location is good too- it's nice to get drinks and then walk around Turner Park.

Initially planned to order a tea on door dash, which was great by the way, but I am so glad I found gyudon beef bowls on the menu! When I lived in Japan, I would buy them from Suyika all the time. When I came back to the states, it was hard to find beef bowls that tasted the exact same with the same type of beef. Everything was good!

We ordered the strawberry lemonade with popping boba and the milk tea with boba. Both were great! The service is a bit slow, but worth the wait. Boba texture and taste was some of the best I’ve had. The tea base was delicious as well.

Been going here since 2016 and never had an issue. Staff is always kind and helpful. Dog friendly environment.

We ordered their strawberry Boba drinks and it tasted like someone sprayed body spray in it. Which was very disappointing since I spent quite a bit of money on our drinks.

Everything about the place is great, always great service, food is always spot on, Boba is amazing (especially love the Vietnamese coffee). This is one of our go to places for date night and one on one time with the kids

I’ve been getting thirst tea for a while and I loved it, but my last visit I found a BUG at the bottom of my drink. NEVER AGAIN will I get thirst tea. I think the midtown location might be more gross than the other location, although it completely ruined my experience for this place. I will never buy it again. I got the milky coconut drink with strawberry popping boba, maybe the bug came from the ice??? Idk but be aware you may have a surprise at the end of your drink.

This was my first time getting Boba at this location. The prices are very reasonable for both the drinks and the snacks. However, when we were there it was quite busy and it was very hard to get in and out the front door because of the line and also it was really hard to tell where the line ended and many people were confused. So that definitely needs to be addressed. Also there were no tables to sit at to enjoy our beverages. The three people working were fast and got our drinks out in a timely manner despite the crazy number of customers.

Ordered a variety of drinks and all were good. I personally got the Thai tea and it was sweet, if that is your liking. Ordered food and it was good as well. I would definitely recommend the onigiri because it was delicious. Will be going back for more. I got the spam and spicy crab meat. Will be getting the tuna next.

Before covid; I came here all the time, I do not come as often but when I do it is always so good. I love their food and drinks. I haven't had everything on the menu, it is a pretty large amount of options and you are sure to find something you like. Their thai tea (cold), taro tea (hot), Lovely (cold) are all things I have tried and were all good. I have had every onigiri type and the takoyaki and they are so good and filling. The sauce is also good.

This location particularly has a pretty rough layout. There’s a tiny corner where your expected to somehow make a line? But other than that the drinks and food are delicious! The prices are the best in Omaha for boba, and staff is friendly. Wait time is little bit on the longer side.
