My wife suggested this stop before we left town after doing a little research online. I don't remember which location we visited, but if this is the standard I would recommend any of them. The service was friendly and attentive. We loved that they had cortados, which you can't find everywhere. The coffee was good and the food was tasty as well. Judging by the line that formed shortly after I arrived this is a popular little spot. Thanks for the nice little stop!

So many great options. I’d never tried a chocolate latte (as opposed to a mocha) and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are really good, too, and they are made with like sweet corn bread.

Cute coffee shop. There was a small assortment of baked goods. When we went they did not have gluten free options though I'm told sometimes they do. Ordered a decaf which tasted good, but I was still up until 3am. Staff was very friendly. Pricing inline with competitors. This bounces between a 4-5 star for me. If I find myself returning frequently I will bump it up.

Cool little coffee shop with an industrial vibe. The chocolate latte was very tasty. They have a good selection of beans to take home from different regions of the world. Everyone was super friendly.

My boyfriend and I are visiting town for the first time, we love trying out new coffee shops. Archetype had been recommended to us, unfortunately we did not even try the coffee due to poor service. We walked in and the barista had her arms crossed and was annoyed that we had even walked in the door. I asked what flavors were available and she was rude in her response. I prefer to go to businesses that welcome new customers.

Edit: The last 2 visits have been disappointing. I'll be back for one last try, but I can't in good conscience say the consistency is there. The drinks (both mine and others) from the last 2 visits were poured out due to an extreme bitterness. On top of that, the cortado and latte were the same volume...if you know espresso beverages, you know that's incorrect, and at this price point, the basics should be known. Original: Pretty chill space. They've got shirts, pour over coffee apparatus, bean grinders, and bags of coffee beans for sale in the front. The bags of coffee also include the "roasted on" date, which is extremely important in selecting quality coffee to bring home. The espresso drinks have consistently been above average, and I've found myself disappointed at seeing the bottom of the cup each time, just wishing for there to be one more sip. The scones I've tried have all been pretty good once warmed up. As far as pricing goes, it seems a little steep on initial glance. But given the area, and the quality of coffee, I'd say it's pretty well on point. I'll continue to be a repeat customer as long as I'm in the area.

Cappuccino is so good with coffee cake. The coffee cake had such a great texture. Nice and open place to relax sipping a good cup of coffee.

Very nice coffee. ☕️ very nice. Tasty, creamy, not bitter. I liked the decorations of the place too. Neat and cozy. I liked how they had plants and painted walls. The staff was friendly. I did not like the smelly bathroom though.

Fantastic coffee with a sleek vibe and friendly staff. My chai latte was wonderful, and I was able to grab a seat and relax on a beautiful Saturday morning. Highly recommend checking this place out in the Blackstone district. If you love industrial, modern design - this is the cafe for you.

A couple rude experiences here. There are far better coffee choices in Omaha that treat everyone with kindness.

Great coffee, but very busy during the day. I came at noon on a Saturday so it was probably extra busy, and they did get through the line fast, and the baristas were kind despite having a lot of stress. The seating is less than other coffee shops in omaha, but I imagine going early in the morning it would be nice! It'd be a good hangout spot, or place to stop by, but not a great study spot.

Best little spot for a treat, I had the same barista coming back 3 years later. Amazing. He makes the most delicious espresso, also shared that he's narrator on the side. Being a barista for 8 years, I often stumble upon disappointment. This however, an amazing coffee house. I look forward to visiting when I get back to Omaha. There's also stunning snacks. Reasonable prices too!

“Fast service” 😂😂😂 I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes and couldn’t back out cause of the people behind me. Made me late for work and still hadn’t gotten my drink after 15 minutes.. who knew that a smoothie would take 15+ minutes to make.. and they didn’t apologize at all.. very rude.. wont be spending my money there again.. and they don’t accept the scooters app either

Great location for a scooters but honestly not the best service. The employees seemed very uninterested in their work and seemed like they did not want to help. When I ordered my drink the girl seemed annoyed with me and when I pulled up to the window she was not happy and not helpful. Its also disappointing that they don't accept the Scooters app or coupons or anything. My drink was not made correctly (it tasted very watered down) and the cinnamon roll i ordered had no frosting on it! it was disgusting. I would much rather go to a stand alone scooters.

Cute place

This is an excellent Scooter's with the added bonus of an extensive food selection as it is part of a full restaurant and bakery. Only downside is they do not accept the Scooter's app at this location.

Inside Summer Kitchen Cafe. Better than Starbucks. The blended Snickers (not on the menu~just ask for it!) is amazing!

This Scooter's is hidden in a restaurant but I am so glad I found it. Great people and they do it right!

It was a cute place, with awards displayed. I have no doubt that this is a great spot for someone that likes fruity coffee. But for me, I hate fruity coffee. I am giving it four stars because I don’t think it would be fair to give anything lower just because I don’t have the taste for it. That all being said, this is the fruitiest coffee I’ve ever had.

The quiche was fantastic! Coffee was good. My cappuccino was more like a latte but still had good flavor. The price was great!

I m new to the area but not new to coffee at a coffee house. The Bristol was on mark. My cappuccino was delivered on the spot. The sip was rewarding to my taste bud. As I set among customers, I heard no disappoint remarks. I will adventure back to check consistency.

The coffee was good but it was LOUD. I met someone there to talk and we had to shout over the music. I think of coffee houses as quit places to work or talk. On my visit. Archetype Coffee was not one of those places. If I want loud I will go to a bar. If I want coffee I'll go to another coffee house.

I am from out of town and wanted a coffee and a breakfast sandwich for my trip back home. Hear me out - fun venue, a bomb chocolate latte, fantastic banana bread, but the breakfast sandwich was not my cup of tea. The cornbread and sausage were great, but the egg was an odd square, patty-like shape and was rubbery on the outside yet creamy on this inside. It threw me off and I couldn’t finish it. Everything else was very enjoyable - but if you get weirded out by eggs anyway, I don’t recommend this one.

Fantastic pour over - the natural processed Ethiopia was delicious with nuanced notes of chocolate and berries. Really nicely roasted coffee. I also had their traditional macchiato made with half-and-half on recommendation from the barista - delicious! Super friendly staff, tasty baked goods, and expert coffee roasting and preparation. I’ll be back next time I’m in Omaha!

Seriously incredible espresso and coffee. So smooth and flavorful, these guys know what they are doing. Cold brew champs! As for food, I very much enjoyed the strata while I was there. If you're looking for swag, they gottcha covered too!

I just got the pour over of their Ethiopian coffee and it was great! The coffee was roasted well and the flavor was fantastic. I also was able to get some ice cream at Coneflower that had coffee ice cream made with Archetypes coffee and it was incredible!

Seems like Omaha has a LOT of wonderful cafes and we want to quite a few of them on our trip. This place has to be my favorite though. Their coffee was top notch, I had to buy a couple bags to take home too.

We were traveling, and this was my favorite coffee shop in Omaha. There was a very cool atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing coffee and pastries. I got an oat milk cappuccino and oat milk iced latte. Would highly recommend!

It’s definitely one of my favorite cafe experiences in Omaha ☕️ service was friendly, the matcha latte was excellent, not too sweet, a creamy and smooth. delicious cup of perfection. Branched out and tried the strata and I was not disappointed! It was studded with cheese, kale, sweet potato and these tender biscuits pieces surrounded by eggs. I will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK!

What a beautiful coffee shop! I loved it. The coffee was delicious as was the pastry I picked. The baristas were kind and quick. It was our first stop for our monthly coffee club. I’m happy we picked this place! Absolutely will be back.

I felt like a fish out of water. The atmosphere was not welcoming. The menu was limited and they don't even have caramel flavored coffee, which was surprising to me. Service was subpar.

I love this place! It is a very calm place to relax, study, and enjoy a coffee. The coffee was great and the latte art was beautiful! Its a huge plus that they are in the Blackstone District as well because it is close to a lot of other amazing restaurants and cafes. Make a stop here for sure!

Seems like a really cool place. Coffee was totally okay, nothing special. For lattes, 2 flavors, vanilla and chocolate but only 1 with milk free option since they use dairy chocolate milk for that. Coffee is tasty and acceptable but not amazing.

My daughter's absolutely love getting drinks at Scooters but oh my goodness are they expensive! This location is attached to the Summer Kitchen Café Restaurant. The drive through is very confusing because the window where you pick your order up is very dark and isn't marked in any way so a lot of people just drive right by it. There really needs to be some signage at the window.

Archetype has set the bar in Omaha’s coffee scene. Thanks to Archetype we no longer have to settle for coffee-shop mediocrity! This place is old-school and all the best ways: craft espresso drinks and brewed coffee from beans roasted on sight. Archetype sets the bar and the results are amazing!

Tea was not good, but the coffee was decent

When in Omaha visiting family we always stop at Archetype on our way from the airport to west Omaha. They produce some of the best beans for miles. Though my in-laws have a sub-par coffee setup especially their blade grinder, Archetype's coffees are forgiving. I can still whip up a solid cup from their beans. I usually take some back to TX with me even though I have some award winning coffee in my city too. Their in store coffee is great as they have knowledgeable and experienced baristas who can brew and pull shots really well . Had a cold brew dirty chai and hot drip and all were good.

My favorite coffee shop in Omaha! The coffee is delicious, atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff is friendly. This is a good stop for a quick cup to go, quiet alone time, or a meeting with friends (although still usually pretty quiet). Breakfast sammies on Sundays!

Ethiopia on drip is excellent. I drink my coffee black only. Egg bake/quiche was delicious. The double chocolate cookie was not the best. Highly recommend for coffee and savory food.
