Went in recently because they were hiring. The starting wage? 7 dollars an hour because “they have recently started getting tips.” I just find it very strange because I’ve been tipping since I’ve started going to this place and only recently have the baristas actually received the tips. (Where was the money going??) Absolutely ridiculous that they rely on customers to make up for their greediness. Especially considering every time I go there my coffee is 10 dollars. (They make Starbucks look cheap!) The owners can definitely afford to pay their employees more. They deserve it.

My absolute favorite coffeeshop in Omaha! It is a great place to study. Also, the selection of coffee is great and they have the best flavors in town (and the largest selection). The staff is very friendly as well, especially when you get to know them. It has a good rewards program. I would recommend making it a regular place, either to just run in and get a drink, or to study, or to hang out and play games or read. It is always a good time here. Also, very reasonable prices! Pro tip, when getting an iced latte get it in the hot cup so it stays cool longer and doesn’t spill.

A super chill and relaxed coffee place. Family friendly with books available. Wifi and restrooms available to customers. A cozy vibe with plush seats and an upstairs loft. Seasonal drinks available. Decent prices for drinks. They have dog treats.

Check out the panoramic photo of the Interior that I added to get an idea of the layout. Great coffee shop, this was my first time at 13th Street Coffee Company. There is more than just coffee here, there is tea, coffee, baked goods, soda, ice cream, granola bars and all different types of books that you're able to peruse through as you drink your morning coffee. The atmosphere is an old style and local feel. This copy shop definitely supports the local Omaha economy by promoting local bands and local activities with flyers and handouts.

An unassuming little shop. Not too trendy, very relaxed and comfortable. Has been a staple for as long as I can remember. Great service, excellent coffee. Reminds me of the coffee shop on Friends. Its kind of like your favorite shirt, might not wear it every time but it never disappoints, it fits just right and you always know what to expect.

This is one of the best places to get coffee in downtown, everything they have is absolutely fantastic. Personally, I am a tea drinker and I usually go for their London Fog with lavender. They also have food available, which is delicious.

This place is cozy and quaint. Staff makes you feel so welcome and it's great to have such good conversation. Love the loft space available too! I think I'll def be coming back for a workday soon because I could get used to this. Great location and great vibes.

Awesome local coffee shop near the little downtown strip of bars and restaurants in Omaha. We had a huge “small” serving of pistachio ice cream and a coffee on our way driving from Chicago to California and it was totally worth the stop! Spacious and nicely decorated space with friendly service!

Fantastic drinks and great staff. I stopped in here to have coffee with a friend. I love the atmosphere here; it is intimate enough for conversation but not cramped at all.

Cozy place to enjoy coffee with very lovely staff. Prices are cheaper than coffee chains, happy to support this well run local business.

I was able to rent out the space. It was wonderful! The people working were awesome, and everyone loved the drinks they ordered. It all went so smoothly, and I received lots of good feedback about my choice of venue!

My first time going in and love that they had kool themed seasonal drinks! The space cadet was yummy as well as the gameboy. :) I also loved the different vegan baked goods available we tried the apple cider donut and galaxy cookie ♡ Would recommend this place to anyone looking for vegan treats.

No taste to pumpkin spice coffee. Advertised as baked goods, cookie donut hard cold and dry. Price for 2 people $25. Absolutely not worth it. Regret driving around looking for it.

Really nice coffee shop and I've never seen a Deadpool barista. Stop by and you won't be disappointed!

Food and coffee was good. It was busy but need to train how to process orders accordingly. I ordered a panini and two coffees. At that time, I was the only one in there. She made both of my drinks and while she was making my drinks several people came in. She helped them and then made my panini. I am not upset or angry but did wait a while. So I'm just wanting to share that she should've started my panini first then start my coffees. The panini takes longer of the order. Get that cooking first, then make my drinks and then their all done at the same time. I almost said you should start the panini first but didn't.

Woweee! What a great coffee shop! I had the blueberry cobbler drip coffee and an O’Pumpkin’O (pumpkin spiced cookie-donut). Sat up in the loft, there’s a lot of great art on the walls and also a bookshelf. Beautiful space and super nice baristas. 100% recommended.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful barista! She is the one with green short hair. She treated every single customer with disrespect and asked everyone to leave because a kid was crying. She said kids are not allowed in this coffee shop. The owner of this place should be ashamed to hire an employee like this. No wonder this place is empty

I asked for a surprise latte. She gave me a Mexican. Coffee, cinnamon, and orange. Great place.

Charming local spot near the old market with delicious drinks and laid-back ambiance. Try the creamy kiss. Easy on street parking.

Quaint coffee house tucked around the corner in the old market district. The upstairs loft is quiet, great for reading. The coffee was good, the service was very friendly and happy. I haven't had their food. My boyfriend had a cookie, it was sweet for his taste but would probably be great for someone else. Second time visiting this shop while in Omaha!

Super cool spot and great atmosphere! The barista was so sweet and made us amazing iced lattes! The Love potion and WM pistachio lattes were both amazing!

13th Street Coffee & Tea is a great addition to the Omaha community. The staff is wonderful. The coffee is outstanding - I even took some of the holiday blend to my coworkers in Abu Dhabi (they loved it!). The vibes in the shop were relaxed and cozy. You can definitely spend a few hours here getting lost in a cup and a book.

Perhaps I missed the notice where it was identified, but paying a dollar for a refill on a $2 cup of black coffee was a surprise for me. I like to support small businesses and I did take advantage of their in house seating, restroom and wifi, but I've never run into this before. Overall it's a cool little shop!

Stopped in to get vegan desserts. My person enjoyed theirs, but my coffee cake muffin was dry as sawdust. I ordered an iced javajolt which was good, but I ordered it large with oat milk and got a medium black. Overall it's a cozy place and I'd try again if I'm in the area, but I won't be going out of my way to go back.

It's a cozy space with quality coffee, bites, and service. Definitely worth making a habit of visiting. Edit: 1 month after this review and we've definitely made it a habit. My daughter loves the ice-cream selections and we've tried a few menu items as well as their rotation of bites. We walk from our apartment to downtown just for some time at this spot. This place is a highlight in our weekly routine!

Very cute place. Lovely setup and kind understaffed staff. We were visiting town and ordered two things for a quick lunch—the breakfast burrito was dry and not great, the panini was divine. … both took over half an hour to get.
