Selection wasn't bad for the time of day but the donuts were a bit underwhelming. Maybe I'm making them better in my past memories but the chocolate glaze was much thinner than expected and the cookie crumbles on top tasted kind of stale.

Guy with pony tail never said a word to.me after I waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to.the front. I told him I was there to pick up a order and he said nothing while trying to look cool.with his sunglasses on the whole time. Worst Krispy Kreme ever. Also when he gave me my donuts instead of handing it to.me he throws it on top.of counter and walks away.

When you ordered chocolate sprinkles on your donuts and not sprinkle. Dunkin was closed sadly that’s why I ended up there.

I know it's hard to find good staff with customer service. When a customer walks in 3 hours before it's to close, finds the staff storing the product from the display and makes you feel unwelcomed and rushed to make a selection, it's not a good experience. It's a shame, this place HAD better customer service and kept their available donuts in display till closing time. Not spending my money at this location anymore.

Clean establishment, fresh donuts..but they do not serve them hot and they have no way to heat them up

I had to stop by to grab my free dozen of glazed donuts for my birthday. My friend and I ran in to order and grab coffees. They were not crazy busy but steady in the drive-thru when we walked in. We had to wait a couple of minutes to order, but it appeared they were in the middle of shift changes as well. There was a guy weaving in and out of people trying to clock out I think while one of the another employee was trying to grab our order. Two other employees were making coffee orders and moving around the cash register. My friend ordered a black coffee while I tried the caramel mocha. My coffee was hot but tasted more like hot chocolate than coffee. It was very good tasting but surprised me buy the lack of coffee taste. Our donuts tasted great as usual. This location is a little further away from my home so I’m not sure if I’ll stop by here unless already in this area.

We ordered in the drive-thru for a dozen cookie butter donuts, which are so good. We get up to the window and show our military ID, and the female with a snotty voice said we don't do a military discount. When did this change?

I was so irritated when I went..I put through a mobile order for coffee drink and a set of 3 donuts. I go and pick up order and they stated they were out of coffee, then 😒 why didn't your app state so and I wouldn't have made the order because I want drink more than donuts. I was so mad and shouldn't matter if it was coffee day.

Best donuts ever. The original Krispy cream with the cream wrapped around it like a inner belt. I buy them every time my people at work are good. About 4 times a month

No to be cliché, but there was a hair on my donut. A short, dark hair that did not belong to me. Looking around, none of the employees were wearing hair nets. I also understand that it was very cold today, but all of my donuts were cold to the point of being slightly hard. Not room temperature, legitimately cold to the touch. They also tasted slightly off and foul to me, but I don’t know if that was just due to them being cold. We showed the donut with the hair to the staff and asked for a refund and were told that we could not get a refund, but that they could give us more donuts or coupons for next time. Very disappointing.

After my experience that I just had, I would give 100 stars. The young gentleman at the drive-through window at 10:30 on April 14 was amazing. He was polite and courteous and as I was leaving, I started to call my mom over my Bluetooth speaker in my car and he said hey tell your mom I said hi, this absolutely made my day keep up the good Work

Ordered 2 lattes, vanilla and mocha, no sauce in either. Went first thing, cold donuts. Looked like shriveled nuts instead of doughnuts.

Went through the drive thru for a dozen regular glazed donuts around noon. The donuts were cold and stiff like they had been in a refrigerator. Not my best Krispy Kreme experience.

Ordered 2 dozen doughnuts to surprise my employees and to be delivered this morning and received one dozen. So what do I do with 12 doughnuts for 22 people? Cut them in half. Ridiculous. How sad is it that a doughnut shop that only makes doughnuts forgets half the order. Incompetent management that can’t even train employees to read a piece of paper and then not even double check the order for the delivery before it leaves. What a joke!

Cold 3count donuts for 5usd??? Seriously, I'll just go to Walmart next time if I want to be served cold donuts and for a lot less than 5usd.

Being a donut expert (not really) KK is still the best. I tried Hurts Donuts because of the hype. Not impressed. I like knowing my donuts could be the cause of my future heart attack. Sugary heaven.

We ordered a dozen donuts and asked for a powdered strawberry filled donut she took are order and then we looked in the box and the donut wasn't there we asked her about it and she said that they didn't make powdered donuts, the girl that took are order was Maddison and she was on her cellphone..not good customer service and lied

The donuts are fresh and always tasty! They do tend to run out if you do not get there earlier in the day.

I always get my son in law a Krispy Kreme gift card every year. For his birthday. He loves his doughnuts from here.

I just stopped after having surgery really wanting a donut. Pulled in at 9:48pm told us to wait. Then told us they weren't serving no longer! Nothing is more irritating then lights on and open and not serving.

The staff there is completely amazing especially the manager by the name of Grant very professional, friendly, and very kind hearted person. If possible he should be general manager because he’s amazing and out of all other branches I have been to this I’ve been the best Krispy Kreme location with Grant. All the staff is amazing!

They had no donut holes and no mini donuts ! The new maple pecan with cheesecake filling was not very good

Literally bottom of the barrel… Sad state of affairs for Omaha Krispy Kreme’s… Lobby closed because of “staffing reasons”- really? If I could have been inside to pick these out this wouldn’t have happened, but no. So here I am, with over priced trash donuts. Should’ve just gone to Winchells. Or DUNKIN. Ffs…

Best. Ever. If you love your donuts fresh or consider coffee liquid gold, this fresh shop is a must. And the crew is as winsome as their sweets! I walked in bleary-eyed at the crack of dawn, and Emma’s full-wattage smile and cheery professionalism ushered the sunshine. There’s no better way to brighten the day than with a Krispy Kreme—specifically this one. Warning: If you’re planning to just “check it out,” don’t be surprised if you become a regular. (I’ll have to take better pics sometime…it’s hard to focus with the sweet aromas beckoning!)

I made an order on UberEats for 12 donuts at 7:30pm ish and there were 4 drivers that went up to this location but my order ended up getting cancelled for some reason. I call 3 times to see what went wrong but no one picked up the phone. Such a disappointment, you close at 10, not 7!
