I came to the east location in Omaha because the branch in Lincoln closed down years ago. I decided I wanted to chance it and bring my family some Schlotzskys. The staff there were so great! They separated the cold items from the warm items in different bags so that we could assemble them unsoggy over an hour later! As a picky eater this means the world to me. The sandwiches were wonderful and the staff were fast and friendly! Couldn't ask for better service.

Good place. After having been here many times now I still feel that their food is amazing, and their jalapeno chips were very good definitely one of my top favorite jalapeno chips. The staff is generally friendly however they seem to often be short staffed lately which makes waiting times quite long at times.

The best sandwich shop in Omaha by far! Food is always (usually) fresh, delicious and fairly reasonable. They need more location's so everyone can enjoy their food! UPDATE: 4/18/2019 Totally messed up simple order asking them to leave off lettuce and tomatoes. Of course this was realized after getting all the way home. I love this place but have noticed a slight decline in service and quality lately which is very disappointing because I love this place!

First time going and the food was pretty good! The sandwich was good and the chips are unique (their own brand of chips). I would have left a better review except for one issue I had with parking. I am in a wheelchair and intended to go in to order in person (and check the place out since I have not been there), unfortunately the only handicapped parking space in their lot was taken by a vehicle without a handicapped placard. After inquiring, it seems it is an employee of theirs who forgot his placard. Which is no big deal (happens sometimes), except for, there being there only handicapped spot (many people need the designated room for a side ramp to descend), which means if this employee is working, it is more of a personal parking spot, leaving absolutely no handicapped parking spots. I know it is a very unique scenario, which will not cause an issue with most patrons, however, left with no option to even enter to order a meal, it did not leave a good impression upon my first visit.

Waited 13 minutes in the drive through before 1 single car moved. No I'm sorry for your wait or anything. Won't be coming to this location again. Went inside to inquire and I was told I'm the only one taking orders and he walked away from me. Not worried about customer service at this location. Total time in the drive through was 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Closed at 5 pm when clearly states hours are until 8pm and when I called to ask why they were closed, response given was "why does that matter?". Maybe the one on west center is more customer friendly and professional, and open during hours they advertise. Great response from the "owner"! Sums it all up just right! Good for you, consistent!

My sandwich was great. My husband had asked that his be sent thru the cooker twice and they didn't. But when mentioned the quickly made him a new one done the way he wanted. Staff was nice and the place was clean.

Service extremely friendly but physical establishment desperately in need of structural repair. Surprising since this is a fairly new building. Food was okay. Ratio of bread to meats/toppings needs to be revamped. Signage needs to be updated to reflect accurate pricing.

I've always loved this place their sandwiches are absolutely spectacular took my best friend there and she loved it. They are a little on the pricey side but every bite is worth it.

One, "1" customer in the whole place! Car in front of me occupied by only a driver. Getting a sandwich? A small bag presented. I waited in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for 1 roll only to be "served" by a rude young boy. I would think businesses would be happy to be getting "any" customers...pretty much across the board..we are seeing prices increasing and service sub-par.

Great food. I love these sandwiches. They need to update their hours and days open. It sucks driving 45 minutes and reading a sign on door. Closed.

I used to love this place but the workers have became very rude recently. My favorite thing on the menu got discontinued (not their fault) tried the Fresh Veggie instead and it was a mess nothing was on the bread, toppings were all in the paper wrapping. They have also forgot to give me my chips 3 times now, truly sad.
