I wish there was a zero star option. Last night we went to this location WITH A 3X CONFIRMED RESERVATION for 20 people. When we arrived we were sent to a preset table with waters and menus.... so far so good. After 20 minutes a waitress comes and doesnt introduce herself just says "are you all here?" We told her 2 we're parking and she walked off saying nothing. We tried to flag her down and the owner as well and we're ignored. Once we finally got the owner to come over, it had been about 50 mins. When we asked to be served and to have our orders taken (mind you l, we weren't even given drinks other than the preset waters after 50 minutes) he YELLED at us for sitting ourselves which we didn't. We were sat there by staff. He yelled at us and said he never would have taken a 20 person reservation and then yelled at us and told us he didn't wait on us because he had other people to wait on. After the entire party left besides me (trying to resolve the problem) he told me to get everyone back in and he would see if he could get to us 😂 I've waited tables, I know how this works. I was going to actually take the orders of our party to help our server because they were short staffed obviously.... but I have NEVER been treated like that or spoken to so condescendingly in my entire life and you should avoid this place at all cost! Especially if you have a party

If I could give this place a 0 I would. We made reservations a month ago for a bachelorette party and confirmed the reservations yesterday. We were seated by the bar tender and some girl with long dark hair when we got there. The girl asked if everyone was here and we said no there are a few stragglers. She left our table and never returned and completely ignored our table for about 45 minutes. We flagged who I assume was the manager down and he argued with us stating we sat ourselves and he would have never sat a “20 top” instead of trying to find a resolution he continued to smirk mock and speak to us very rudely. I would never recommend this location or the staff that works at this place.

We really used to like this place but will never return. Last night at 5:07 we went in to eat. Manager? Looked at us when we walked in and proceeded to ignore us. Then told us we shouldn’t be in the restaurant because other customers were waiting. Huh? 2 other staff members looked really confused. They clearly were not ready for business. Unfortunately we seated ourselves on the patio and ordered. No staff spoke to us. We should have just left w/o ordering. Chips and guac were good. Tacos had a tiny bit of meat. I don’t think there was any alcohol in the margaritas. Dismal food and drinks with unbelievable poor treatment by all staff except Adrian. Don’t waste your time or $ here. Not sure what is going on but they really need to work on their customer service and the food.

Atmosphere is cool. Service was average, guy was nice and helpful though. The Al Pastor street tacos were really good and the rice was ok. The 32oz Modelo's are clutch. Now, what I will say, is the house margarita was terrible, absolutely terrible. Soda water or some kind of carbonated water isn't good for margaritas. Server said he's mentioned it and agrees. Please fix that. Lol Beans were a little "watery", I'm a big fan of beans and those weren't the best. Overall, I'd still recommend it. With a couple adjustments, this place could be awesome.

The drag show is the only good thing about this experience. I had "chilaquiles" and it was as plain, dry, flavorless as I expected them to be. The drinks were also awful. No flavor in the "hibiscus" margarita; tasted more of bitter water w some vodka. I was not told I had to pay up up front, that the waitress was not coming back again w the bill. Unless a sign was posted somewhere and I missed it, as a first timer, I had no idea. Averall, I wouldn't come back. I do not recommend the place.

We had a reservation weeks in advance. We called the day before our reservation to confirm. We were seated. The manager then came to our table and asked our group why we were sitting there and that he never would've taken a 20 top reservation. Well, guess what. You just lost 20 customers for life. Plus our family and friends. What a joke.

We visited this establishment on recommendation from many people that my wife knows, but all things considered will likely not be going back. Nothing bad really, but nothing special either. The inside was too industrial for my wife, though I found it nice. Our server was doing double duty as a bartender (it was late afternoon when there) and we had to wait a little too long for our drinks (as he served four others at the bar that came in after us). The trio appetizer was very good as were the chips, but the much heralded street tacos were not worth driving from Elkhorn.

My sister went with some coworkers here and while standing in line waiting to use the bathroom, she asked if someone that was preoccupying the stall could please stop talking and be considerate of the fact that people were waiting to use it(they had been in there a while and were just talking and No she wasn’t rude about it). This person along with a friend didn’t like being asked that so they busted the door in on my sister while she was in there and physically attacked her breaking her arm and giving her a concussion. The restaurant proceeded to protect the 2 people that did that. I would like to know what is being done about my sister being attacked last night in your establishment. Because she feels like she’s getting the run around as if the people responsible is of importance to somebody there or to someone in law enforcement. Regardless, if that is the case, the people responsible NEED to and WILL face the consequences of their disgusting actions. And we won’t stop pursuing this until they are in jail.

This a good place to hangout with friends and watch a game. The food is average, but great presentation. The workers are all super nice.

This Capitol district find is located in a new complex adjacent to the Marriott near the CHI center. It’s a simple eatery and bar with outdoor seating and a chill vibe. I stopped in for an early lunch which happened to be on their taco Tuesday. $2 meat or veggie tacos. I tried the beef brisket, al pastor, and pollo asado tacos and they were tasty. The beef was a little salty for my taste, so the pollo asado was my favorite. I also got a side of rice and beans which were both very good! The owner was friendly and welcoming and it was clear he took pride in his business. For being in the Midwest, this was a pleasantly surprising find for good Mexican food. *I happened to be looking up info about Disney as I was waiting for my food, so when the dishes came out, I had to arrange them to create the Mickey ears.

Disappointing. Nice looking place but the food wasn't for me. The $11 house salad is all iceberg lettuce and cucumbers with a teeny bit of cheese and 3 skinny slices of avocado. The barbacoa taco didn't have much flavor and the carnitas taco was so salty I could barely stand it. Since it's in the Capitol District I'm guessing their goal is to be more of an alcohol than a food establishment.

CWS fans avoid this location. Service is horrible. The bar tender and manager very rude when asked seating details… they kept us waiting outside while tables were free inside. Upon sitting on the bar - manager instructed bartender that bar orders were the last in their priority… visit other more friendly and proper managed locations..

My first experience in Omaha The server lied to us: only one scoop of ice cream, he said!? He actually was amazing and the churos were the best. We weren't able to finish them haha Not pictured here are the tacos. They were simply great!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fast services, amazing food and drinks. The flavors are amazing. Definitely a restaurant the family and I will visit each time in Omaha. Spacious seething with an outdoor patio that has bar access.

Was approach by what seemed to be the owner? She told me to "MOVE!!" Then proceeded to check the reciepts from the bar. No excuse me, no pardon me please, just a "MOVE." Would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to be treated with respect. I took my money else where. Atmosphere was great however.

Stopped by here randomly before a night downtown. It was pretty slow in there. Food was good and drinks were good. Wouldn’t run out of my way from west omaha to go, but not a bad stop if you’re in the area.

The food was decent but the margaritas are horrible. It was like a sprite seltzer with a splash if lime. The atmosphere was neat but they need to change their margaritas. To top it off they were out of salsa. It was 630pm on Friday night. No Mexican restaurant should be out of salsa!

I was with a group of 20 for a Bachelorette party. The ladies made a reservation a month ago and the manager was so condescending when we asked if we could place our order. We waited 45 minutes before someone even came over. Horrible experience and super unprofessional. Will never go here again

$10 for this small margarita which is one of the worst margaritas I have ever had. Very limited menu and a dj playing music so loud you can't even have a conversation. I won't be back.

Food? They got it. 10/10 best food, they also have two other restaurants called bomb taco, the name speaks for itself. Customer Service? Amazing. Very friendly, have heard great things about employment as well. Drinks? Try the AMF if youre trying to have a great night or if youre not trying to remember the night... up to you on how youre feeling. Nice cold beers, refreshing to have after all that dancing or just after a hot day. Fun? I think my friends have become regulars there since introducing them to this club, you'll have the best night dancing and having lots of fun. Remember to schedule your uber before your nights over, be safe :)

Went here for dinner. We spent $60 on margaritas. They had little to no tequila in them. Thanks for the vitamin C from the skinny marg tho. Don't get the protein bowl. Very wet. Tacos were delish. Recommend the corn in a cup. I think this place is better for night club/bar. Not so much food.

The food was great. The customer service, on the other hand, was not good at all. The server went missing for about 20 mins.... They weren't professional at all. Went back a few days later , and the service was 100% better. We actually sat on the inside this time. The food is still awesome 👌🏾...

The food here is good but the hours are impossible to work with for me. We finally found time to come in around 825 on Saturday and they said the kitchen was closed but online says they close at 9. Makes it hard to support.

Went here to celebrate a birthday and my lord this is one of the worst services I've ever had at a restaurant. Start off with the server never giving us his name so we had no idea what to call him, he only checked on us to see if we needed drinks refilled, brought out 3 of the 4 dishes ordered and didn't explain why the 4th was missing until flagged down and asked why. Food was good but very small portions for the price, mixed drinks had barely any alcohol in them, so honestly not really worth going to visit imho.

Friday, November 10th, 2023 I decided to take my sister here to have some fun in celebration of her birthday the day before. We only paid $5 entrance and I spent around $80 in drinks by 12:30. The place was unusually empty. I have visited the place so many times and it is always full!! They decided to close early and no one notified us before they started kicking people out. As customers that paid for entrance and spent money on drinks I requested to use the restroom one last time before leaving since my Uber would take 30 minutes to arrive. The 2 body guard said “no” (by the way after asking several times they said their names were Mach and Luis) I really don’t know if these are their real names; I have the feeling they lied to me. I was requesting to please let me speak to the person in charge or the manager so I could handle my situation in a proper way with the correct person. They kept telling me that they didn’t know who the person in charge was as they kept pushing us out. A 3rd guard came walked into the conversation and I asked him if he worked there to what he responded “no”. The other 2 guards let him take control over the situation while they slowly stepped away! As I was trying to explain to this 3rd guard that I was only requesting to let me use the restroom because I wasn’t gonna be able to wait 30 minutes before my Uber got there, he kept interrupting me and talk down to me as if anything I said was just not of importance after I had a couple drinks. He said that I could use the other restroom and pointed at a door (This was a public restroom in the area; I tried by the way to use it but it was also locked) They didn’t care they were just trying to say anything so I could turn around and if I came back they would act like I was giving them probln By the way it’s incredible how good they treat you when you walk in and poorly on your way out. They just assume that any customer will cause issues on the way out. The lack of training and common sense they have when it comes to handle different situations is what surprises me!! I never got the managers name. I don’t know if he was hiding inside but I sure hope the owner (I got told by a friend that his name is Juan; again I don’t know if this true) checks the cameras and analyzes the situation; sees that at any moment I did not disrespected his staff or raised my voice, or called anyone names. I was simply asking for the person in charge to request using the restroom before leaving. It was not my fault they had to close early because business was slow, and I do think they could do better when it comes to treating people that choose to spend their money at this bar. I’ve been a manager for 8 years and I understand the pros and cons but I surely know that having work ethnics are very important! By the way the guy that wasn’t letting me explain the situation to him told me that the security company’s name was Noble. I don’t wish anyone to loose their jobs but I sure hope they take accountability for what happened on Friday night because customers don’t deserved to be treated that way specially if they are behaving!! The guard even told me that if I don’t like how they were handling the situation I could simply not come back. I think I will take his advice if I as a customer mean so little for this business and will go to my second favorite place L street Longe (I will make this place my new favorite place to spend my money with friends and family) I highly recommend it; i should have taken my sister there to celebrate instead of ruining my and her night at the época on Friday. I am not posting my review because I want special treatment or anything free. I just hope they fix the way they treat their customers and train their staff better! I have money to spend and I expect good and fair service anywhere I go as long as I am also a good customer. I hope I can hear from the person in charge to know who these guards work for and their names (again I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs; just to take accountability for handling the situation so wrongfully).

Went here on a Thursday night with friends and noticed right away the outdoor seating area was littered with garbage and cigarette butts. The tables were extremely wobbly. The margarita I ordered was probably the sweetest beverage I’ve ever tasted. I felt like I was drinking pure sweet and sour bar mix. Despite being one of about 5 occupied tables total in the restaurant our service was slow and my husband waited 15 minutes for a club soda and lime drink order. They were out of guacamole. I ordered the taco trio and the meat in the tacos was just okay the brisket being the best compared to the asada and Al pastor. The rice was dry and flavorless as were the beans. The taco bowl my husband ordered was iceberg lettuce, flavorless beans, no guacamole and carnitas which was the best thing about this sub-par bowl. We won’t be returning.
