Great playground. The kids (5 and 2 yr old) have a great time. Lots of sand for their buckets and shovels. There are swings for babies and big kids. Monkey bars galore. Not a lot of playground equipment for toddlers, but enough of a mix for my two.

I went on a stroll with my kids, 9yr old and a 3mo old, and there was people sleeping all over the place...it was dirty, the neighborhood was loud....granted they were college kids but still. The park was okay but there was way too much loitering for my liking. My kids and I will NOT be going back.

Sand is a bad choice for a playground IMO. Playground is a little dirty with trash but the equipment is great and colorful! Our 3 year old loved it.

I've had 4 different apartments in the area and I would choose the same area, it's safer and has room enough to move around in apartments.
