Omaha's premier German fest hall. The main hall is decorated in authentic German stylings with flags and crests and a giant fireplace with rock walls. It's big and the acoustic sound is great for live music such as a polka band. The rest of the site is also well suited for various different gatherings and activities. It's the perfect place to experience Oktoberfest! 🍻

Had my wedding here and it was amazing! Everyone I worked with along the way was so caring and helpful, always took the time to answer any and all of my questions. They really took off a lot of the stress of planning a wedding. The day of all the staff was phenomenal and the food they made was OUTSTANDING!!! Seriously couldn't have gone any better. Laurie and Darcy are some of the sweetest and kindest people to work with ❤️

Went for Oktoberfest, beer is delicious, you can bring your own stein! Maybe add more attractions next time, like old classic cars, music outside (inside music was great!), make the child attractions not seem like an afterthought, more fun souvenir’s ie stickers

I wish they had more of these fun festivals. It is such a good time when they have events - good music and good food (the bratwurst and soft pretzels were delicious). Fun for all ages.

I go every year for Oktoberfest. Such an authentic celebration that never disappoints. Food is spectacular! The people are always so friendly and inviting.

I got married a few weekends ago and had my reception at the German American Society. All I can say is AMAZING! Everything was just amazing! Darcy was so kind and checked in throughout the night to see if we needed anything. His daughter was also so kind to us. All of the staff was wonderful. Everyone kept raving about how wonderful everything was. The food was DELICIOUS and some of the best I’ve ever had at a reception! The night went smoothly and I can’t thank them enough for making my day that much more special! If you don’t know about this place, go check it out! Thank you to everyone who helped make it the best night ever for my husband and I. ❤️

Such a fun place for events. They have both Octoberfest and bock fest. I highly recommend both

Attended Octoberfest here, really had the feel of Munich. Bands playing lots of classics, home cooked brats and pretzels, good beer flowing and many people dressed in their best leidahosen.

Oktoberfest, Christmas in Germany, New Years Eve and Friday Keller nights are just a few of the events that the German American Society in Omaha have to offer. You can be a member and take German lessons or try cooking German food. It’s a an Omaha Gem! The people are great.

Went for German schnitzel meal. We were very disappointed with the schnitzel and the fish meals to the point that we will not return

Went here for Oktoberfest. It's a decently large building with a good outside area and plenty of parking. I can't speak for other events, but Oktoberfest was fun with plenty of food and drinks. Lots of vendors showed up for the event including some German breweries. The food and drinks are expensive however.

We had the opportunity to DJ a wedding here for Stephanie and Kevin! Beautiful event venue! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding event.

Attended the Christmas in Gemany celebration and had a great time. Good food, music, and beer. It was fun to connect our family to our German roots around the holidays.

Good family-oriented Oktoberfest. Several stages and gathering areas, indoors and outdoors. Be patient with the volunteer workers. Enjoy some handmade brats from the "wurst club"

We had a retirement dinner there. Some of the worst food we have eaten at a place that is supposed to serve good food. Pork was pink, not fully cooked,. The chicken was tuff. The iced tea was the worst we ever had. We will never go back there again.

We choose to have them host our Delta Waterfowl banquet. Amazing service! Dinner was great and the bar staff helped a ton. Excited to be back next year!

Attended an event. Friendly staff. Clean. Plenty of parking. PA system malfunctioned, leading to vocal cord strain on the speakers. Lighting is improved from several years ago. I find that if I have to stand and scan the room, the pendant lights strain my eyes.

Nice building, I'm not German but will visit them again on Oktoberfest. Hear it's one of their best get togethers

The hall was Amazing. I wish had taken pictures. This particular time was a employee-party. The food was delicious and well presented, even the desserts were great. Highly recommended.
