I had the pleasure of staying at the West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA campground, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff at this campground were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their helpfulness was truly commendable. The facilities were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to use them. It's clear that the management takes great pride in keeping everything in top-notch condition. The amenities provided added a touch of convenience to my stay. One of the standout features of this campground was the serene atmosphere. After a long day, the peacefulness was exactly what I needed to unwind. It was remarkably quiet, providing a tranquil environment for a good night's rest. Moreover, the location of this KOA campground is a major advantage. Situated almost equidistant between Omaha and Lincoln, it made it incredibly easy to travel to either place. This convenience added a practical dimension to the overall experience. All in all, my time at the West Omaha/NE Lincoln KOA campground was outstanding. The staff's friendliness, the clean and well-kept facilities, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient camping experience

Campers are packed in on top of one another. A lot of the sites donโ€™t have full hook ups either. Some of the sites are no where level and have no parking. Staff complains about parking on the grass but the overflow parking is full. As for the grass, itโ€™s all weeds and the whole grounds are poorly taken care of. Some of the sites have the sewer hookup right next to the table. For this amount of money, might as well stay at Walmart. We had family come visit and they charged them ten dollars. I would never stay there again.

Excellent staff and facilities! We stayed here while traveling through. I was impressed at how friendly the staff was. The sites are big rig friendly, and they mean it. Plenty of room. The shower house was well kept and clean as well. Anytime you're in the area I highly recommend this place as your travel stop. There was also plenty for the kids to do. We would definitely return.

Great place to rest for 2 nights as we make our way to Oregon from Chicago. Friendly. Quiet. Very close to I-80. Clean. Nice pool. Bathrooms spotless. Yes, there is highway noise but itโ€™s not anything that would keep you awake. We donโ€™t have children but there is a lot for kids to do here. Fast check in. Escort to spot and help parking. We are in a 43 foot 5th wheel. Many different types of rigs here and accommodations for all. We would stay again.

I had booked a cabin for 3 nights and was only able to stay for one. I still have not been able to get a confirmation from them that I checked out early so Iโ€™m not sure what happened there. My cabin was clean and I appreciate that the cabins are all together and very handy to the office and showers. I think they need to tighten up the administrative issues but overall this is a nice park.

We have been around a lot of KOAs. This one has good parts and bad. They have nice bigger sites if you are staying longer but they lack shade, they are trying to work on that. The other sites are so close, I would not use a tie-out for our dog ( yes even when I am with her). The kid's area is great. Fast food is close by. We had their wings and pizza. We had no issues. The only downside to this place is there were what we call lots of people-watching going on.

We are VIP members, so we camp at a lot of KOAs. This was a nice campground. There is plenty for kids to do. We were in a pull thru site that was nice and level with a wood patio area. Even though this is close to the interstate, you really don't hear the noise. It was a quiet campground. They have plenty of luxury and regular cabins as well as tent sites. The bathrooms and showers were nice and spacious. We didn't use the laundry, but it looked nice. They have pizza and wings that you can order and have delivered to your site. We ordered southern wings with ranch. They were really good. The staff is so nice. They have high-speed internet, which was great. This location was pretty easy on and off the interstate.

Canโ€™t comment on anything but what we used. Entrance/exit needs help badly for big rigs. Pull thrus are very tight in lower level and hardly off the camp roads. Sites on upper level were nice and more room between rigs. For a holiday KOA the roads need either new gravel or paved. Dirt And mud. Location was very good. Off I80 and very little noise.

My husband, me and my 71 year old mother in law drove from MO to this KOA on our way to WY. As we drove in we noticed she looked like she had a stroke. We went to the front desk and decided to call 911. She went to Lakeside Hospital for 3 nights. (It was a stroke but she is okay and we are cleared to continue the trip). We were scheduled only for 1 night. The owners, Sydney and Johnathan as well as the staff, Posum, Lou and I know we are leaving a bunch of others out, were amazing. They accommodated us and probably are the nicest people we have ever met. The Kampground is beautiful and they have fun T-shirt in the gift shop. The pizza is so good and wing bites. We have decided we love the people of Nebraska. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Gretna KOA! We will return again from Florida at some point. โค๏ธ

The staff here is wonderful. Our family drove 14 hours from Colorado and arrived at 10:30 p.m. There was a mix up with our reservation (on our end) and we arrived a day early. They were totally full, but found a place to park for the night and set us up in the morning!!

Very cramped! Only one picnic table for 3 campers. We could almost reach out and touch the RV beside us. The park was for older kids/teenagers. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept but very disappointing for the price

We decided to purchase a small hybrid trailer as we're both working remote. To get our bearings, we stopped in Omaha, not far from our hometown. We liked this campground! It was close to two highways, so there was a lot of noise. Our spot, #19, was very shady and backed up to trees so it was quite private, except for the bugs. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice. The staff were all very friendly and recognized us by the end. Laundry facility was also clean. Plenty of activities for kids and fun-loving adults. Another pro was trash pickup: you just leave it anytime by the road and they come get it. Seems like this is a pass-through campground because a lot of people were coming and going constantly, but I loved watching it and it gave us some additional privacy and quiet during the days between check-out and check-in. I would stay here again.

This place and these people are great! What was supposed to be a 2 week stay turned out to being almost 2 months, and they were flexible and accommodating every step of the way. The way they make the place seem like a community is awesome and I just hope any future KOA we stay at is half as awesome as this one.

Great for a weekend getaway with the family! We love this KOA! Everyone is so friendly, itโ€™s clean, and there is so much to do for the kids. Love the atmosphere & the campground cats! This is our 2nd year, and we will definitely be back next summer!

My sister's and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a ball! They have free put put golf, a swimming pool, fire pits, and it's such a cozy fun, friendly place. We plan on making it a yearly event.

Only complaint is the shower stalls. We read negative reviews about the mold in the showers and it was bad. All the stalls in the women's and men's need to be regrouted. It is easy to dig out the moldy spots and regrout, will make such a difference. Staff is very friendly and so many kids enjoying all the planned activities. The pizza is AMAZING!!! Love the shady spots. Great areas to walk dogs.

BEST KOA in the system! Impeccably clean, Incredible hosts and staff, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We love stopping at this KOA as it is always a relaxing and comfortable experience. Steve on the staff is a tremendous asset as he knows EVERYTHING about RVs and how they work and notices little problems that could become big problems. He was very helpful to us as he noted some uneven tire wear on our RV and suggested a great place to get it repaired. Great KOA with GREAT people!

We only pulled in for the night, but there were lots of activities and amenities that could provide a relaxing stay for a family. There were lots of kids riding bikes and having a classiclly good time. I appreciated the mature trees and that you could order a pizza from the clubhouse and get it delivered to your site - best of both worlds! Also it looks like they drive by and pick up your bagged garbage in the morning, which I thought was a nice perk. Wish there was a recycling bin.

They should be ashamed for charging $89 a night. This was not up to KOA standards. The woman on the phone said that I was being put into a new section of the park almost apologizing. I thought she was going to give us a break on the price. Nope. Our Jack,s become imbedded in the gravel pad. There was no picnic bench. There was no deck near the RV. I attempted to do laundry. There were only 4wash machines that were not commercial quality. They were very small. There was 4 dryers and it appeared that on of the staff had her personal laundry in one of the dryers and left it in there while paying customers waited in line to use the dryer. Not a very friendly staff.

We stayed here while working in the area for about 3 months over the winter. At the beginning of our contract, we enjoyed the outdoor patio area and fire pit. At the end, we were appreciative of snow plowing and on-site propane services. Great location on I-80 just a few minutes from Omaha. Sydney and Jonathan are great, friendly people and ran the park efficiently. Would recommend the park to all, whether it's for a short recreational trip or a longer stay for work or other purposes.

This KOA was probably one of the best ones we've stayed at out of all campgrounds we visited. The bathrooms were very clean. The sites were nice and open, however we did go in late November so it may get busier in warmer months. There is a big mall nearby in the event you need something (granted things are open during COVID). It was quiet, there was cell service just in case, and everything within the campground is laid out very nicely and easy to get to. They also have some cats who hang out around the campground as well as chickens and goats which our toddler loved to see. We highly recommend this campground.

Made a stop here for a week as we headed east from Oregon. We stayed a week. The place was fine. Older spots were too close together for my liking. They did have a newer addition that had more space between spots. The service was great. I needed help cutting a metal rod to replace my grey water pull. They even went and bought a tap to fix me up. Thanks so much Jonathan and Steve!! The play area was a bit run down but still functioning and kids had fun!! All the service people were nice and helpful!

The staff was awesome! Everyone has their own interesting personalities. Kindness funny jokes and helpfulness from the second you drive 5 MPH to the office. Used a tent site close to bathroom and warm showers. I'd definitely come again. Closer to highway so use earplugs.

Really nice campground! Staff are super friendly and the bathrooms are spotless. Plenty of hot water and dry area to change clothes. They make pizza on site, looks really good. Campground is easy to get to from I-80.
