Here for Werner, my room mate checked out last night and house keeping came to clean her side of the room and make her bed. Was sitting on my bed to see the lady throw the old sheets and blankets right back on the bed. Mind you these sheets and blankets were on the floor after said room mate left. They changed the pillow cases but still. Eww.

I've stayed here a few times through the company I work for. I've had small issues such as non smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes but this was the worst stay I've ever had here. I have my dog with me this time and I guess that means I don't deserve a nice room. The carpet constantly feels wet and dirty and I have to wear socks or shoes at all times because my feet are black and gross if I don't. I don't even want my dog to touch the floor. The carpet is torn up, pretty sure that the mattress inside the mattress cover has blood on it, walls are torn, my blanket is ripped up, this room is gross. The shower head is too short and I have to literally bend down to shower and I'm not abnormally tall, I'm 5'6". I brought to attention at the front desk that my DVD player won't work and was told someone would come fix it. Day 2 and still no one but that isn't even the biggest problem. That was a minor issue. Not to mention there is a rude staff member. When I asked the front desk if they had a bowl for my dog to drink some water because I forgot her bowl, the nice lady at the desk said she found a bowl for me and this other rude staff member made a big deal out of how she shouldn't give me that bowl and my dog will just tear it up. My dog is 8 years old and thirsty. She has no interest in tearing anything up. All she wants is to sleep. She denied me a STYROFOAM bowl and acted like it was made of gold. This lady said it right in front of me. I had my dog with me. She was silently standing next to me like a good girl. If you have a pet just know that you will not get a nice room or be allowed to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. The rude staff assume your dog is bad and you will be alienated. There are a few really nice ladies at the front desk. The rude lady was one of the maids. I have pics but it won't let me put them here.

EDIT I got a remodled room on my stay about a month after the original post, and the difference is like night and day! I would definitely stay here again in a remodled room. ORIGINAL This hotel is disgusting. I got a single non-smoking, no pets room. The exterior of the building looks like it's falling apart. The door to room was damaged, causing the door's safety locks to not work. The room smelled heavily of smoke. There were several burn marks in the carpet. The bed felt like a rock, and the blankets smelled like wet dog. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic about the room. This was my first visit to Omaha. I had arrived at 1 am and by 1:40 am, I was at a Loves trying to sleep in the back of my car.

Staff were always friendly to me. Can't comment on pricing because my company puts me up at this hotel. Never saw a single bug, honestly. Beds are lumpy, as others have mentioned. Showers do drop from hot to cold during a shower, unfortunately. Laundry is cheap to do here: $1 to wash, $1 to dry. Room could use an update.

We stayed in a newly remolded room, ac was fantastic room was clean staff friendly

This is a 1 star rating motel. The rooms were VERY basic and the snacks given out were useless if you wanted to microwave the food. No silverware, no coffee maker, no cups, no nothing. The room's wiring was shoddy and only 1 outlet to plug your phone into. And the breakfast is a joke. This motel accommodates W..... Students and gives out the very minimal they can to them. They put no investment into the motel and W....... doesn't put a high impression on new students when joining the company. If this is where they have you stay during training, what else do they downgrade to save their costs?

Great value, clean and friendly staff.

The place is DATED and in need of serious upgrading. The carpet is FILTHY and the repairs they've attempted are so roughly executed. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the window/wall air units are very loud. This is also where WERNER Home Terminal houses their employees and students. The grounds keeper needs to be more aware of Guest Property. He completely covered our vehicle with dirt blowing the dust and trash away from the building with a leaf blower.

Excellent service from Patty and others. Nice facility, well maintained, nicely landscaped, clean and spacious parking for semis and their trailers. Clean room, nice furnishings good amenities. Just wish they had coffee pots in the room. They do have microwave and refrigerator, nice TV and cable system. Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports, a desk, chair and good bedding. Very much recommended for fellow truckers in Omaha area. Kudos and thanks 😊

You will be treated with no professionalism at all If you stay here as a driver instead of a guest.

I have been disappointed in the fact I have been unable to stay at this place due to no vacancy's, I know they are renovating there rooms due to that and they rather keep there rooms unoccupied just in case Werner trucking MIGHT need a room, so they turn business away. The only issue I have had here besides getting a room is with the blow dryer it made a rattling noise and it made a pop and then smoke came out of it. There is one person I rather deal with. I'm not sure her name, but I think she works days and she is super friendly.

Rooms need updated, stains on the floor broken and cracked mirrors. Rings in the toilet and entire room smells like strong urine.sink not cleaned, hair from previous visitors. Hair in the bed overall experience unacceptable.

I needed a room fast, they got it, needed to leave the next day, I didn't get to stay. Emergency in Florida.... Refunded my week stay, then and there. Remodeling, can't wait to come back and stay

Not to bad for an older hotel. Stay here for work 20 days at a time. Friendly people, wish the fridge was a little bigger and a gym but still pretty darn nice :-)

Loud all the time. Rooms are based on what you get. Some are nice and some are outdated. But NO BUGS! The gals running the desk are nice and got their A game all day everyday.

Musty smelly dirty room with blood on the door frame . They want you to pay if you have a pet for the other side of the room . Where the sheets have cat hair , dirty microwave and restroom . I was here for a total of 9 hours . I’m lace falling apart

We have 3 rooms year-round never any problem guys love it they have updated a lot this year

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Nothing exceptional, just clean comfortable place to say. Stayed again 06/23. Same as before. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great, friendly staff.

I didn't stay here, but my cousin did. Very nice room, clean, and complete with a microwave and mid sized fridge. Good cable TV. And the staff is very nice and helpful! If i visit Nebraska again I'd stay at this place 🙂

Sign out front of entrance says weekly monthly rates little old lady at the front counter said they don't rent weekly at the moment didn't say why being native america I'm thinking its a race thing . We have been sleeping in our pick up truck for a little over a month now and thought we would try this inn out but not if they are going to be prejudice we will keep what little money we have.

Decent motel. Very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff are very professional and friendly. Close to my workplace. Would highly book again.
