In
the
past
year
they
have
missed
about
a
quarter
of
our
neighborhood
a
few
different
times.
They
come
into
our
neighborhood,
do
one
side
and
then
miss
picking
up
the
rest.
We
normally
have
Friday
pickup
but
because
of
the
weather
last
week
they
pushed
it
to
Saturday,
totally
understandable.
Trash
truck
came
into
our
neighborhood
last
Saturday(12-24)
but
again
missed
one
side
of
the
street.
We
called
12-26
to
ask
why
they
didn't
pick
ours
up
and
customer
service
apologized
and
said
to
leave
our
extra
bags
next
to
the
trash
cans
and
they
would
grab
everything
next
pick
up
day.
They
even
had
a
recording
when
you
call
in
that
says
to
do
the
same
thing.
Of
course
when
they
come
today
they
don't
grab
the
extra
bags.
We
call
again
to
ask
why
they
didn't
do
what
they
agreed
to
do
and
customer
service
is
now
saying
they
didn't
miss
us
last
week
and
we
never
called,
even
though
we
did.
So
frustrating.
We
weren't
the
only
ones
missed
last
week
and
we
weren't
they
only
ones
with
extra
bags
out
that
the
driver
didn't
pick
up.
Going
to
have
to
talk
to
everyone
else
on
our
street
today
that
also
gets
randomly
missed
and
see
if
they
have
also
called
to
complain
and
try
to
work
out
something
together
to
proove
to
this
company
that
we
aren't
the
only
ones.
We
understood
with
the
weather
and
even
being
missed
on
Christmas
Eve
but
now
it's
just
getting
ridiculous.
Clearly
the
issue
seems
to
be
the
driver
comes
through
our
neighborhood
and
instead
of
circling
back
around
to
do
our
side
of
the
street
he
keeps
on
going
because
it's
too
much
of
an
inconvenience
or
he's
just
trying
to
save
time.

a

hours
after
our
last
phone
call
with
them
the
driver
did
come
back
by
our
house
and
pick
up
the
remaining
bags
they
said
they
would.
I
appreciate
them
fixing
the
issue.
I
understand
it
can
be
a
difficult
job
and
I'm
glad
they
were
able
to
follow
through
with
what
they
said
they
would
do.*
