Where do I begin? The customer service and work ethic was extremely lacking. The employees we standing behind the counter paying more attention to phones and talking to each other. We paid with gift certificates and the cashier pocketed the 56 cents of change we were to get back. (Only noticed after we left.) There are apparently no enhanced cleaning procedures. The place was a hot mess. Trash full and tables dirty. It had even been an hour after lunch rush was over. I've had Covid once and got the shot, but I feel if I was going to get sick with one of the variants, this would be the place to get it. It took over 10 minutes to get our food. Had to flag down an employee for ketchup packets and ice tea. The burgers had been sitting under a heat lamp for an unknown amount of time. The fries were burnt and over cooked- also had been sitting under a heat lamp. Definitely, not worth the almost $25 for 3 people. Do not waste your time or money.

Food is great, best fries on earth. Bronco’s customer service is absolutely soul crushing. I have to muscle up godlike zen every time I crave Broncos. For the love of god train your employees to respect the customers and serve with grace. For the sake of the two remaining locations and the wary patience of your dwindling customer base.

On a recommendation I tried this place. What a dump. Nobody was getting what they ordered. I got the opposite of what I asked for. Another person did not receive full order. After messing up my order the second time, I tried to eat it. The burger tasted like garbage. Never going back even if someone paid me.

The guy taking my order was nice but got order cheese burger wrong and forgot to give my drink. When I had asked for my burger to be cooked again; the bun was super soggy from pickle juice(I hope). I was not happy with any of the food.i paid 2.59 for a chicken wing. But the young lady at the counter was nice. I don't think I will be returning

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a classic, old school fast food place (think Happy Days era). Nothing fancy, just good and delicious food. Prices are reasonable and our counter service was very friendly. We came early for lunch (11:30am) and the drive thru had a line the whole time we were there (about thirty minutes). Inside there was a line most of the time also. But both outside and inside lines seemed to be moving swiftly. If you want a classic fast food hamburger then this is the place that I recommend people to patronize!

The quality of food has declined but the prices have continued to soar. I ordered a 2 piece for $9.79 with fries, cole slaw and a drink. I also ordered another separate thigh. It all cost me $17. The fries were half raw. The chicken was extremely salty. The chicken pieces were so small it looked like it came from a cornish hen. Just 3 years ago this place used to be packed on Friday & Saturday nights. Now, they're lucky if 4 cars are parked there on the weekends. If the management has changed they need to get rid of them immediately. You are losing customers!!!

Burger had way too much mustard on it. It was inedible. The fries were good. Note to self .. no mustard.

The indoor space is bright and clean. The food is greasy spoon, but light-years better than other fast food joints. The fries are really good. The burgers are good. It's all fresh and made to order.

I just had the worst, strangest fast-food experience of my life at 120th Street Broncos. I was just ordering a medium soda and the price rang up as the large size, so I Politely ask if the tax on $2.49 is 50¢? The cashier immediately kind of hollers at me that "It's just what it rings up." I ask if the medium is $2.49 and then he gets flat out angry and hollers the same thing even louder, and yells if I don't like it I should leave. No joke. My voice is never raised, and I'm polite. I'm shocked, but I'm still polite, and frankly a little scared. I politely ask for a manager who comes to the speaker, and I tell her about the price discrepancy and the fact that the cashier is very rude. She tells me they change prices all the time and doesn't bother to apologize. I politely ask her name, and all I hear is several people laughing and someone saying "dude." So I ask again, because I think that an owner may be interested in their employees bizarre behavior. She tells me she can't give out her name. I immediately hear the young man full on yelling into the speaker now, "Get out of the lane." This whole conversation probably took one minute or so. Needless to say, I drive away because he sounds extremely menacing! This guy, whoever he is, is Very easily triggered, and I would be amazed if he had not already acted aggressively towards coworkers or customers. He needs to learn anger management. The manager sounded incapable of dealing with it and giggled. I respect her not giving names out, I only wanted to report the incident. Here's a hint to the owner, "Be smart and check into a Very bad worker & manager situation." This occured at 6 pm, Thursday, Jan. 6th. I hope that some good comes from this.

First time ever, I always wanted to stop there. Heard burgers were awesome. Got a chance to go a few days ago, was excited lol like a little kid. Got there ordered a burger and fries. Burger was good, even though the bun was bigger then the patty and the patty was thin, they skipped on the meat and they skimped on onions and condiments but then the fries omg you would think you would get hot fresh fries....nope they were hot but so soggy with oil that I had to use 5 napkins to patted them off and decided to not eat the rest as they were seriously way to greasy. It was about 6pm when I got there to eat. Very, very disappointed with the experience. Not a very good first impression, not sure I'll go back if this is an every day thing for them and the price over 10.00. Not worth the 10 buck I spent. Place was clean at least. Thats about it. 3 star might be too high but I'll go that route.

Tried this place for the first time, got the #1. It was pretty good food, nothing bad but nothing extraordinary about it either. Just a good buger. The fries were delicious tho. Dont knw what kinda oil they use. Drinks were good. They actually have coke zero which is cool. I wouldnt mind eating here again but i wouldnt go out my way to eat here. Staff was very nice and fast with the orders.

Drove thru on a Thursday afternoon and there wasn't a line. Staff was hard at work but there was still a bit of a wait to get the food. The vanilla shake was very thick, so I had to let it sit for a moment before I could get it up my straw. Fries were flaky with an interesting combination of crisp and chewiness. The burger was standard, but very juicy. Get napkins and beware of spills! A bit pricey but would come again.

I had heard that they switched the buns. The new ones are okay but I prefer the old. Also the last few times I've gotten drive thru I was disappointed by the small amount of fries. They used to dump so many into the bag that you had to be careful where you set it or you would get grade stains. I was thinking about only giving 3 stars but the last time I was there decided to change it up and get the fried chicken. It was so darn good they got a star back! It was moist, well seasoned and nice big pieces. I was also pleased with the mashed potatoes.

The BEST burgers! Our food was fresh and delicious. Good prices and very friendly staff.

Haven't been here in a long time but went through the drive-thru for lunch. The line moved quickly and the guy at the window was super-friendly! I only ordered a burger and they remembered to put the bacon on the side as I asked. Burger was great and hit the spot. A bit greasy, but exactly as I'd expect from a classic-style burger joint! Will be back to try some of the other things on the menu.

I love to make it to Broncos once every few months. The only thing that is sad is the cost, but the food is just so worth it. The best fries in Omaha and their double burger are to die for. Highly recommended for everyone and will be back for sure.

Are managers supposed to 1st chide their cashiers in front of customers. And the reason why... She didn't up charge me right. (I think that manager thinks I am stupid) 2nd stating his intentions to up charge me. 3rd mean mugging someone. No one mean mugged him so "Chicago" or not I've paid for services not a manager with a bad attitude. Finally the food lacked flavour. It was like eating a boiled burger. The food use to be good. But for real that manager should be told he should respect his employees and customers. Oh and when someone says no cheese they mean no cheese. Thanks to management my mother got sick.

This place has gone downhill. I used to love their chicken and fries. The price went up and the wings I got tonight were smaller than a wingette. It's ridiculous and honestly, I want my money back!

So I got a different order from my boyfriend, mine was delicious, took less than 8 minutes to get out. My boyfriends meal took 20 minutes so we just took it to go, and I was already done with my food, his food was cold and not even fresh. The chicken tasted sour, very salty and not like chicken. They forgot his garlic bread. That has happened at the both locations. Waiting for food has never happened before, so I'm very disappointed in this.

I grew up in Omaha and had not been back for a while. I always go to Bronco's when I come to town. The burgers were even better than I remember. We also had fries and onion rings. Really great meal!!! Service was excellent!!!

Firstly, I rarely choose Bronco’s but decided to roll the dice. As always, the fries were plentiful and hot! I ordered a combo with a side of two chicken pieces. Unfortunately, the burger lacked freshness and taste, as did the chicken. My order tallied over $22?!?! The staff were cordial but exuded very little friendliness. Additionally, I noticed an employee near the rear entrance having a cigarette smoke break 🤦🏻‍♂️ Because of this, it’ll be my final go around choosing Bronco’s. Thanks for reading!

I have not been to a Broncos in 20 years. The food was great. Fresh burgers and hand cut fries. The kids meals looked great and my son loved the chicken fingers. I would suggest trying it out.

I can walk here from where I live. I truly, truly wanted this place to be good. But I’ve been there half a dozen times now, and the service is just horrendous. It’s just not worth it A few weeks ago I went there and ordered lunch for the family. 4 meals. I get home and there’s one sandwich buried under a mountain of fries. Went there two days ago and got the special. The burger was cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Oh, and the cup had a hole in the bottom of it, so I got to clean that up too. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My husband and I will get some food at the drive-through every once in a while if we happen to be in the area. I usually get the #8 which is the Big Pony combo. I love the Bronco sauce on my burger and fries. The Laredo Fries are good. The onion rings are decent. The food is good for fast food burgers but it's definitely pricey. They have Coke.

Hadnt had Broncos in years stopped at the 120th and Pacific location on sat 4/15/23. Cheeseburger was one of the worst I’ve had in some while. I think the kids working microwaved it. Bread was hard and meat was over cooked. Fries were cold. Guess it will be a numbers of years before I go back. McDs is better and cheaper.

It took more than 20 minutes to get my food and they weren't busy. I had to ask the cashier several times about my order. When i asked the cashier about my order he just mumbled something at me. We didn't order anything special. The cook was being very loud and picking on the cashier.

The fries are awesome. I've always gone through the drive-thru, and they are always swamped. That's where the service lacks, but they do try really hard plus are always ready to correct a mishap.

Pork tenderloin sandwich is nasty! (& I'm usually pretty open-minded giving reviews). It was way overcooked, therefore dry like leather. Their pop &/or ice needs to be made with filtered water, because the tap water there is just plain bad...I couldn't drink my pop. I was sick all night! Their only saving grace is their onion rings rocked!

I decided to visit here and eat after not eating here for years. I'm not the one do to reviews this is actually my first review. I’m not a good critic nor picky but this was literally the worst food I had in my life. I physically couldn’t even swallow the first bite of my food and eventually just threw it away it tasted likes it been sitting there for days then decided to serve

Love the food, I had the OMG meal. It had a huge burger and was juicy and delicious! The crew working was busy but still took time to have a fun time chatting and making our lunch a nice time. While we didn't play them this time, the pinball machines are a great thing to remember my past. Thanks for always having great food!

Our meals were really good. Hadn't had for a while, so they were delicious!! The tenderloin was fantastic and the fish sandwich was awesome!! The fries are always great. The help was also great. Thanks for making our Thursday evening the best

Spent $10.25 for a "meal" and left hungry. Double Cheese Burger had more cheese than meat, and extremely skimpy on the fries. Been eating at Bronco's for 45 plus years, this is the last time. I could have had a better meal for less elsewhere.

Very rarely do I take the time to give a review but this was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. No complaints about the buns. As a matter of fact before I read other reviews I told my wife the bun was delicious. As for customer service it was out of the park. I did not get the girl at the drive thrus name but she went out of her way to spoil my little boy. Very rarely do you see a place with great food and service. Sorry for the Karen’s in the reviews. You guys will definitely be my new regular spot.
