I
have
had
two
very
disappointing
experiences
with
Borsheims
in
the
last
year.
First
of
all,
I
want
to
say
that
my
husband
purchased
my
engagement
ring
and
wedding
band
at
Borsheims
36
years
ago.
Back
then,
we
were
treated
with
the
utmost
respect
and
excitement.
About
a
year
ago,
one
of
my
sons
wanted
to
purchase
an
engagement
ring
so
we
went
to
Borsheims.
This
was
an
experience
he
and
I
were
very
excited
about,
and
our
salesman
was
not.
It
was
just
not
the
experience
we
were
looking
for.
We
told
him
we
were
going
to
look
around,
and
he
couldn't
have
cared
less.
So,
we
went
to
another
store
and
he
bought
the
ring
that
day
elsewhere.
At
the
other
store,
everyone
was
so
much
more
welcoming
and
excited
for
him.
Then
just
a
few
days
ago,
I
took
my
wedding
rings
in
to
get
fixed.
A
very
small
diamond
had
fallen
out
of
the
wedding
band.
I
was
told
they
wouldn't
fix
it.
It
was
"too
old,"
is
what
I
was
told.
I
was
a
little
in
shock
so
then
I
asked
if
we
could
just
remove
the
two
rings
apart
from
each
other
so
I
could
keep
the
engagement
ring
the
way
it
was.
Once
again,
I
was
told
no.
The
customer
service
lady
said
why
don't
I
talk
to
a
salesperson
about
resetting
it.
I
told
her
that
would
be
fine
and
I
would
just
see
what
my
options
are.
So,
finally
a
saleslady
came
to
help
us.
She
was
very
unfriendly.
She
had
no
interest
in
helping
me.
In
fact,
she
offended
me
and
said,
"We
will
look
at
the
"cheapest"
settings
for
you
first.
I
wondered
why
she
assumed
I
wanted
"cheap."
I
called
her
out
on
her
rude
attitude.
She
tried
to
act
like
that
is
not
what
she
meant,
but
the
damage
was
already
done.
I
told
her
we
would
look
elsewhere
for
help
and
I
did.
Guess
what?
My
ring
is
being
fixed
as
we
speak.
The
other
places
I
took
it
to
were
shocked
I
was
told
nothing
could
be
done,
especially
when
it
was
purchased
there,
We
have
bought
many
things
there
throughout
the
years,
but
I
will
shop
elsewhere
from
now
on.
