Wow. Treating me as a whole person - and family - and not just ‘today’s sale’. They were not pushy and went out of their way to help me find the right gifts. Even with swapping out the runner up for first choice on my custom order - albeit later arrival than my target date, it’s worth the wait. They even greeted browsing customers while helping existing customers, which is an attention to detail that is getting lost, in my experience, in today’s customer service experience. Also, the sales crew - assuming they work on commission - still took the time to assist one another with their customers. I will keep Greenberg’s on my top choice retailer for future purchases, because of the ‘Class A’, VIP service.

I cannot say enough good things about Greenbergs! I went in looking for an engagement ring with zero knowledge of how it all worked. Brad and Kathy made the experience so simple and easy, and walked me through it step by step. After bringing my girlfriend in to narrow the list down, Brad was able to order in a couple diamonds to choose from. The entire process has been fun to say the least. Brad and Kathy really make you feel like family. You can buy jewelry from anywhere, but quality customer service is hard to come by these days. My husband and I went in just to look and get some ideas for anniversary bands to go with my heirloom wedding set. We had already looked at a couple of other stores before coming here. There were several other rings that I liked and were very pretty but none of them had the right antique flare that I wanted. Brian was very patient with us as I tried several on and was extremely knowledgeable about the diamonds and guided me through different options. When I found the one and immediately said "oh". However, I could not be more thankful for the staff at Greenberg’s, especially Brad, and I wanted to share my incredible experience. My fiancé and I purchased my ring through another jeweler and later decided to get the side of my ring engraved with a design. I had reached out to Brad after our other jeweler seemed unwilling to help. Brad ended up working with us to send in our ring and a ring from Greenberg’s with an engraving I loved. When I got my ring back, I was absolutely speechless. They hand engraved the sides of my ring and it looked absolutely breathtaking. My fiancé and I were truly thankful for Brad and the care he took when working with us.

I appreciate their customer service, the fact that they demonstrate a level of respect for each persons time that's needed to serve, not feeling rushed. I also appreciate that they hear what your not saying because of their expertise and level of service and/or service. I have brought quite a few pieces here and will continue. I have doing business with greenbergs for almost 15yrs and they have been incredible. They have great prices and even better sale prices,they are locally owned and operated, they doing all their financing in house, the staff is super friendly and not pushy at all. Some other jewelry stores the people are real pushy, but not greenbergs they're very polite and helpful. When my wife and I were looking at buying our first house the staff at greenbergs even offered to write, send a referral/reference for us. Yes that's how awesome they are. Absolutely love doing business with them and will continue to as long as they're in business.
