Select has the best staff. They are friendly, courteous and hard working. My stay was terrific. The care was wonderful. The nurses were excellent The doctors rounded on me daily and answered my questions. Therapy was aggressive and encouraging in the right way. I will miss the friends/staff that I made here at Select Omaha. I would highly recommend.

Perfect patient care, put my mind right at ease. Staff was great, respotory therapy was helpful and did a fantastic job. Food was good. And everyone was so friendly.

The team at Select Specialty Rehab is very professional they have the best team of Doctors, nurses, and caregivers I have ever met hands down. The care they gave my mother was amazing. Betsy went above and beyond in everything she did at coordinating calls and sharing information on my mother's behalf. Dr. A was very kind and understanding with my families decision on behalf of our mother and explained details perfectly. To every care giver, receptionist, nurse, doctor, house keeper, laundry person, dietary, programming, Therapy service team member- this entire team- THANK YOU. I will never forget the amazing care and love you showed towards my mother Tammy and towards our family. You are all angels and heroes. The nurses and cna were awsome i was scared at first. But They talked and explained everything in a way i understood. Went over meds and told me what they were for every time when they added or changed my meds. The ot and pt nurses know your name and talk to you like a friend it hardly feels like a work out. I would recommend Select 100 percent

Definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone. They lied about a lot of things. For instance, I had talked my brother into getting his Covid shot. I was told by a nurse that they had given them to patients in the past, but then our family was told by his caseworker that they don’t give them at the facility. Why the heck not?? They are a hospital plus they are situated right next to another hospital. They told us via conference call with several of their staff present, that one of our family members would get a daily phone call updating us about our brother in their hospital. Never received a single one - don’t say it if you’re not going to do it. When they decided that my brother was well enough to be moved, they told us that he would be transferred to a facility that they were associated with in CHICAGO. We had just visited him and were told that he can only sit up in a chair for 30 min at a time, yet they were going to have him driven to Chicago sitting in a vehicle. We did not want him moved to Chicago, but they sure seemed to want to send him there. Places in NE that they said that they sent referrals to, told me that they had never heard from his caseworker. Our family had to call around to find a place for him in Nebraska - a job that should have been done by his caseworker. Not happy with their caseworkers. I could go on, but it’d be way too long….

I arrived at Select Care after 21 days in ICU , still very weak and in need of tender care and rehab. Not knowing what to expect, I was placed in a comfortable room and felt compassion from everyone associated with the hospital. The team I would be seeing explained what to expect and the goals they would try to accomplish, of course with my help! Every nurse, CNA, respiratory team, OT, PT., house keeping and of course our favorite Doctor A, became a friend! They all worked day and night to meet the needs I had. I tried to keep a good attitude and was told that would help in my recovery. The staff at the Select Care facility works so hard to help each patient to reach their goals and ultimately head home. They truly were my guardian angels, sent to help in my recovery. Thank you to all associated with Select Care Hospital. I will highly recommend Select Care services to family and peers.

Did not feel respected by some staff and honestly feel this facility is why my dad isn’t here today.

These great providers saved my life! I was there 4months on death’s door. Everyone from Drs to nurses to CNAs were friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about me! I’d recommend this hospital wholeheartedly if you want the best care and don’t want to be treated like just a number!

I was very pleased with the wonderful care I received at Select Specialties Hospital. The doctors were outstanding as well as the rest of the staff. Doctor A, as he was called since his last name would be hard to pronounce, will never be forgotten by me. My life was saved.

I was in another hospital with Covid lungs / pneumonia. My Dr felt like I needed additional rehab. There was no way I could go home in my weakened state & the amount of oxygen that I needed. My doctor suggested Select Specialty Hospital in Omaha. I was from Kearney & in the hospital there, 3 hours away. I was scared to be that far from home & my family. We didn’t know how long of stay I would have. I knew it could be weeks. My husband & I knew in our hearts that this is where I needed to be to get better, so I could go home. I was also scared that I would have new doctors. The doctors are amazing. I had several doctors, for different things. They left no stone un-turned. They kept very close tabs on me, with tests & in person. The nursing staff & CNA’s were so compassionate, kind, & helpful. They took excellent care of me. Physical & Occupational therapy knew how to encourage me & help me get better. They were my biggest cheerleaders when I was walking, showering, or an activity that I needed to do to get stronger so I could go home. Respiratory therapy always saw me 3-4 times a day, to help with using less oxygen & get my lungs stronger. Yes, I would recommend Select Specialty to any one that needs rehab care. If your doctor recommends it - just know that you are going to a really good place, that is going to help you get well & stronger..

The staff at Select have treated me very well. They are attentive, genuine and caring. The doctors were so supportive and assertive in fighting my illness. Rehab took my goals into consideration with my therapy sessions and pushed me to progress each day. I highly recommend Select to anyone who needs their type of care.

Very good care. Melissa is incredible all the nurses were nice and made me feel like they really care. Diane and Corina are great at their jobs. The night shift could be better.

Thank you for all the wonderful care I received at Select Omaha. The staff were all great! Especially those tough PT/OTS! :) They worked me hard, made me laugh and encouraged me to get up and move again!

Everyone was very nice, respectful and on top of everything! Lots of heart at this place! Everyone I met was caring and helpful. They got me healthy and ready for the next level of care to go home. I would highly recommend Select Specialty Omaha!

I’ve been at Select for several weeks and have had wonderful and responsive care. The nurses listened to me and helped me with my pain. The rehab therapists helped me get stronger and now I’m back to being independent. The doctors addressed my concerns and adapted my plan to be as effective as possible. The staff were efficient and attentive. I felt respected and noted empathy from all that entered my room. I would highly recommend Select Specialty hospital Omaha. Thank you to them!

When I left the ICU at Bergan Mercy Hospital and came to Select Speciality Hospital I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but I was soon feeling at ease with the wonderful welcome and attention I received from the staff. My caregivers from the Nurses to the CNA’s and Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists was more than I could have ever expected. Everyone treated me with dignity & compassion and were very personable. I’m going to miss everyone once I move to the Rehabilitation Facility.

Everyone here is nice, helpful, and engaged about my well being. Wound care nurse is very educated about different treatments to heal severe wounds. Therapy is encouraging and makes it fun. Staff answers my questions and makes me feel safe and in good hands. I would recommend this hospital!

I received excellent care here. The doctors rounded on me daily and answered all my questions in a way I could easily understand. Therapy was persistent, but encouraging so I could gain strength and feel better. Food was good and good variety if choices. The nursing staff was very good to me also. I would recommend this hospital!

This hospital has given me excellent care in every way. The people who work here get to know you, know your goals and make you part of the healing process. Everyone answers call lights and helps you out! The doctors spend extra time with you and truly listen. I would absolutely recommend this hospital.

Select has been a great experience for me. The nurses and CNAs were polite, attentive, explained everything to me in great detail and cared for me like I was a friend. Therapy was great. They listened to my goals and were encouraging and creative to help me make progress. The wound care nurse is a true expert in her field and I am grateful for her knowledge. The case manager really helped me and my family with my discharge plans and goals. Thank you to everyone!

I cannot Thank the ladies on the Therapy team enough. Very nice and helpful to get me on the road to recovery and home. I'm as hard headed and stubborn as anyone so they really did something special. The nurses and staff are great and listen to their patients and genuinely care about them. Would highly recommend if you are in need of their services!
