I
was
in
another
hospital
with
Covid
lungs
/
pneumonia.
My
Dr
felt
like
I
needed
additional
rehab.
There
was
no
way
I
could
go
home
in
my
weakened
state
&
the
amount
of
oxygen
that
I
needed.
My
doctor
suggested
Select
Specialty
Hospital
in
Omaha.
I
was
from
Kearney
&
in
the
hospital
there,
3
hours
away.
I
was
scared
to
be
that
far
from
home
&
my
family.
We
didn’t
know
how
long
of
stay
I
would
have.
I
knew
it
could
be
weeks.
My
husband
&
I
knew
in
our
hearts
that
this
is
where
I
needed
to
be
to
get
better,
so
I
could
go
home.
I
was
also
scared
that
I
would
have
new
doctors.
The
doctors
are
amazing.
I
had
several
doctors,
for
different
things.
They
left
no
stone
un-turned.
They
kept
very
close
tabs
on
me,
with
tests
&
in
person.
The
nursing
staff
&
CNA’s
were
so
compassionate,
kind,
&
helpful.
They
took
excellent
care
of
me.
Physical
&
Occupational
therapy
knew
how
to
encourage
me
&
help
me
get
better.
They
were
my
biggest
cheerleaders
when
I
was
walking,
showering,
or
an
activity
that
I
needed
to
do
to
get
stronger
so
I
could
go
home.
Respiratory
therapy
always
saw
me
3-4
times
a
day,
to
help
with
using
less
oxygen
&
get
my
lungs
stronger.
Yes,
I
would
recommend
Select
Specialty
to
any
one
that
needs
rehab
care.
If
your
doctor
recommends
it
-
just
know
that
you
are
going
to
a
really
good
place,
that
is
going
to
help
you
get
well
&
stronger..
