I love going thrifting and usually the staff is nice and friendly. However, recently I there was a confusion over an item at the shop, and I wasn't sure if it was for sale or not, it didn't have a price tag. So I asked one of the workers there about it. She is really short, has freckles on her face, and has a nasty attitude. She did not even check if that item was for sale and just continued to brush off any questions I had. She even rolled her eyes at me!!!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER!!

Dirty , overpriced , who wants to pay retail price on dirty sandals? If you think that's fair then go here. I miss the good old days when those less fortunate could get decent priced used goods.. The corporations greed and gauging has drove me away as a once reoccurring customer..

This place is one of the better Goodwill's. They have a lot of stuff and I like to buy books there (as apposed to other thrift stores). The seem a little understaffed at times, and you have to wait in long lines, but if it's really bad then someone comes and opens another cash register after a bit. The only complaint, is that they put sizes L and XL together (even if their in "separate sections" it's labeled the same), whereas some Goodwill's specifically mark tags differently. If you go on Monday (I'm pretty sure it's Monday), then you'll get screaming deals, because I'm pretty sure that's when they change the color of the week. Overall I like it, and it's close to my house so I end up going there a lot.

OUTSTANDING SELECTION but not cheap way way way to over priced, prices here are comparable to Walmart or Kmart. Thrift World and Thrift America have gone up as well but not like here found the same item in all three stores and here was the most expensive sadly. And you think they would lower prices due to the com-peters, guess its time to try out the new st. vincent de paul....

I usually have better luck here getting items than anywhere else. Good store with good selection.

One of my favorite Goodwills! A treasure found a fair percentage of the times I visit. Today it was 3 Le Gourmet Chef pans for a grand total of $31. Not bad for for over $200 of cookware.

I have found that this Goodwill has really gone downhill on availability of clothing. I actually wonder if it's possible that donated items are being sent to another one of their stores. Point in fact:I used to be able to find a good selection of ladies nightwear but over the past couple of months, it is always the same items with almost no new items added to their selection. About all they offer is sleep pants. No new gowns and the same robes each week.

I enjoy walking through the store and see what is new.

They had my favorite movie dvd for a buck ninety nine.

Bought 5 kid books only to bring home a case of bed bugs. Never again would I shop at a thrift store. The books looked in good condition I thought I scored a win as it was part of the collection of the diary of the wimpy kid only to find out I had a case of bed bugs and had to throw out a lot of things. Those books costed me more in the long run.

This Goodwill location has such a great selection of goods and has them all categorized and exceptionally well. Clean store w a fresher style then other locations

Key term here is "Look". I have found amazing bargains. High quality name brand clothing with the tags still on. Example- Timberlake boots brand new for $7.50. Cripple Creek men's leather vest for $15.00 never worn. Not every trip is a winner. ☺

All-in-All" a pretty good store. Not as large as other thrift stores in Papillion/La Vista area. But, the prices were fair, the selection was good, and the staff was helpful! Worth making the stop.

I went on Sunday with my daughter. We were traveling from Kansas visiting family and wanted to hit a goodwill while up here. We loved the way the clothes were organized by size then color in each area. The home decor was organized the same. Good condition furniture, and all priced better than garage sales! Wish we had the room to bring them home! Best of all, I found brand new scrub tops for 3.99 each! The employees were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be visiting again when we come up next!!!
