We
had
been
here
a
few
times
over
the
last
year
or
so.
Either
the
last
time
or
the
time
before
the
beans
were
extremely
runny,
like
liquid
bean
soup
runny.
I
figured
it
was
just
made
poorly
that
day
but
at
that
point
I
wasn’t
super
excited
to
come
back.
The
family
wanted
to
try
it
tonight.
We
were
seated
quickly
but
the
guy
walks
with
us,
sets
the
menus
in
a
stack
on
the
table
and
walks
away.
We
all
stand
there
trying
to
decide
if
that
meant
sit
down
or
maybe
he
was
going
to
find
a
towel
or
something.
Eventually
we
sit.
He
walks
up
with
two
extra
silverware
sets,
puts
them
down
and
walks
away.
Just
a
strange
way
to
start
the
service
I
guess.
Not
a
word.
Eventually
he
comes
to
take
our
order,
no
pad
to
write
but
hey,
if
he
can
remember
our
order
whatever.
I
order
a
#15,
a
burrito
and
a
taco.
Our
food
gets
there
and
right
away
I
can
see
water
or
something
next
to
the
beans.
I
figure
maybe
when
they
throw
the
plates
in
the
oven
or
when
they
take
the
plates
out
in
the
morning
something
was
frozen.
I
don’t
know,
it
wasn’t
worth
complaining
about.
I
then
notice
I
got
an
enchilada
and
taco,
color
me
shocked
the
old
“don’t
worry
I’ll
remember”
didn’t
work.
I
eat
about
half
the
enchilada
cause
I
the
other
part
is
buried
under
the
taco
and
lettuce.
I
had
to
scrape
each
bite
off
the
plate
which
is
just
lovely.
Now
it’s
time
for
the
taco,
I
go
to
pick
it
up
and
the
entire
middle
is
completely
wet
and
the
bottom
opens
and
everything
falls
out.
I’m
now
holding
two
halves
of
a
taco
shell
with
nothing
in
it.
How
in
gods
name
that
much
liquid
gets
on
a
plate
I’ll
never
know.
Needless
to
say
that
was
clearly
the
last
time
I’ll
set
foot
in
that
building.
It
really
isn’t
that
hard
to
be
welcoming,
polite,
and
to
serve
food
that
isn’t
soaked
in
water.
I
promise
it
isn’t.
