I feel this a little hidden gem❤️. Now you all know the secret. The main reason I marked it a for is the drinks aren’t unlimited, so I would recommend take away if you are wanting to drink soda or a tea a lot. The food comes in 1-10 heat levels. I did order a 4 & mine was not at all hot, my daughter ordered a 5 temp & it was just right. Everything we did order was VERY taste & I would totally recommend this taste place.

SO GOOD! We got egg rolls as an appetizer, they were ready within minutes. I ordered the drunken noodles 7, I finished the whole plate. This might be my new favorite restaurant!! My husband ordered the pad thai woon ken 3, and the flavor was insanely good on that as well! Great service, no complaints!

They must be under new ownership because the food was not even close to what it used to be. The spring rolls should just be called carrot rolls since it was 90% carrot and the shrimp was almost non-existent.The beef in the beef salad was hard and crunchy almost like a fried beef jerky texture. I really used to love this place not sure what's going on now. Probably won't order here again.

We’ve ordered DoorDash from here more times than I can count. We had “Thai Thursday” for awhile and only ordered here and it was perfect every time. Drunken noodles are my fav. The samosas are amazing.

Simply delicious! I moved 500 miles away but stop for dinner at Mercy Thai every time I'm back in town. The service is always friendly and welcoming. I feel like an honored guest every time. The egg rolls and pineapple fried rice are my favorites, boat noodle soup is a close second.

We showed up last minute before closing time and asked if they had any prepared food that we could buy so they did not have to cook anything. They said no, and we said we did not want to bother them this late and instead, they insisted on making us food. They were incredibly kind and the man (who we think was the manager or owner) was very enthusiastic and insistent on making us our late dinner. Not only did him and the other two workers treat us with kindness and with a positive attitude, despite how late it was, but the food was amazing! We cannot wait to make this a place that we order from more consistently, at more appropriate times. Thank you to the Mercy Thai staff for being so willing to stay a few extra minutes just to accommodate us.

This is my first experience with Thai food in Omaha. Don't be fooled by the outside. It was very tasty. The beef has a few gristle pieces but not a big deal to me. The service was friendly. The food was made fresh and delivered to our table piping hot. I will definitely be returning to explore more of the menu items.

While doing business in Omaha I was told to try this place out. I'm happy I did. The food blew my mind so much that I had to come back twice to have the experience. The service was excellent. The young lady at the front was a very sweet nice kind-hearted person who paid attention to her customers. If I'm ever in Omaha again, I know exactly where I'm going as soon as I arrive. 😊

Food is good like their beef salad cashiers are friendly but they always mess something up on my take out order even when I repeat back what I want but 5 out of 5 of my orders they either added something to my order that I didn’t ask for and charged me for it or when I pay extra to add something it’s missing. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT/ORDERS when ordering to go would have rated 5 but yesterday was the last straw when they messed up again. I’m not a picky person or have food allergies but if you do I would also double check your orders!

Delicious Thai food! Wow - Drunken Noodles were the best I’ve ever had, and my kids loved them, too. My hubby had the red curry and said it was amazing. Fun atmosphere, great service, delicious food. Definitely check this place out!

I'm a fan of Thai food. This place had a cozy and family run feeling. Ordered the yellow curry, 3/10 spicy. Got more heat than I bargained for, but it was delicious nonetheless. Great portion and price, I would stop again if I'm in Omaha.

Saw the good reviews and decided to try. It was ok Thai food, not sure what region the recipes come from the the pad Thai was not the best I've had in Omaha. I personally prefer Mai Thai in arksarben.

Terrible experience. Had ordered meatballs for takeaway. On reaching there to pick up my food, they asked me the protein of my meatballs. So I basically had to wait for 10 mins for them to prepare my “meatballs”. On reaching home I realized that the meatballs were nothing but fried nuggets. The other 2 dishes that I ordered had issues too. They literally threw chunks of cabbage in my papaya salad. It literally takes 1 min to chop a cabbage. My Panang curry had no chicken in it. The food didn’t taste bad but my overall experience with this restaurant was terrible. It was my first time trying this restaurant and surely the last time.

I have been to this place many times and have enjoyed it until last night. We were there during dinner and when we got there there was only one other couple in the place. I ordered a water with Lime and I could hear the staff arguing in the kitchen and the water came out with lemon but no big deal there. We ordered and appetizer came out quickly. I noticed the appetizer was smaller than the times before but that was ok as well. The waitress came back and asked what heat level I wanted and I told her again. There was now a few more tables but one that the manager or owner paid great attention to. My dates food came out and it was nowhere near the size or the spiciness that we normally get. 15 minutes later my food came out after other tables that ordered way after us were already served. I asked why mine took 15 minutes longer and the waitress said she did not know sorry. Now I did not order anything hard, matter of fact I ordered the same thing my date did. We did not see a waitress the rest of the night. Drinks sat empty and we sat there at the table with empty plates and glasses for 10 minutes before we had to finally ask for the bill. Hopefully they can address this but we will not be back.

Highly recommend! My vegetable pad Thai was delicious. Everyone else's food (other customers) looked really good too! Lol. People were eating at tables and to go orders were leaving the whole time I was there. So you know the food is fresh when it's going out that quickly and it tasted great.

Paid extra for seafood Padthai got 2 shrimp in the whole Dish. The Noodles were extremely greasy and the Noodles were burnt had No flavor at all. It looked delicious when it was served but the lack of aromatics took me by surprise. Not authentic at all. Ordered a 6 spice on the scale wasn't spicy at the slightest asked for more spice to be added then offered me PEPPER FLAKES. How disgraceful, again not authentic at all. Will go elsewhere. The staff was very courteous tipped them well. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered takeout on their website which was really slick, and our food was amazing! I’ve had plenty of other Thai food in Omaha, but Mercy Thai definitely has the best drunken noodles!! Not as spicy as some other places. I ordered a 3 out of 10 spice level since that’s what I get at Salween, so I will probably try a 6 next time!

My wife and I have been coming here since they opened and they were hands down the best Thai in Omaha. Sadly since Covid hit we think the family sold it to someone else, because the food is nowhere near the same. We are so sad and disappointed to have lost a gem. Won’t be going back.

Date night choice. First visit under new ownership. Disappointed. The food lacked flavor. The portion size was pretty good, though. The poor guy out front was waiting tables, doing take out orders and answering the phone. Felt bad for him but it also ruins the dining experience. Seemed loud and chaotic, not a desirable experience to catch up with the SO on date night. With so many dining options to select from for date night, it will unfortunately be difficult to return.

Ordered pad thai, crab ragoon and spring rolls. Everything was delicious but the spring rolls. I've never ordered spring roll with so much carrot in them - let alone it doesn't taste like the carrots were even washed.

The food tasted great! I got chicken with my pad Thai but there was only a few pieces in it. I wish they gave more in the standard meals.

Delicious Thai food! Just be careful about the spicy level: a level 3 made my son drink a lot of water! 😀

  • 5/5 Joy L. 1 year ago on Google
Came here for Tom Yum Kai soup and it was delicious! Spicy scale is from 1-10. I chose 5 and it was what the server considered a medium spice. I would agree! Not too spicy but perfect flavor. Portions are large and food comes out very hot. The photo is Papaya salad, spring rolls (comes with 4), and two Tom Yum Kai soups. Came at 1pm on a Wednesday and there was no wait to get in. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

  • 5/5 Jacob R. 8 months ago on Google
The spice is right! Sometimes I ask for medium heat (I'm one of those) and it was perfect. The portion was so good, I wanted to stop by I couldn't it was so good. I never had a lime spritz on my pad Thai, but when I did it (on the side) it was like a whole new flavor profile. Didn't think the dish could get better, but it did. Best Thai in Omaha. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself. Ps. I asked what else they recommend and the owner brought me a Thai coffee. I don't think I've ever tasted anything like it. And again, it was 🔥. I will be back.

Wow this place is delicious! I got the green curry and it’s the best Thai curry I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely come back! I also ordered on their new website. It was very easy and not glitchy. It even accepts ApplePay! And I got text messages when my order was ready.

I give it stars - mind you, I have nothing to compare it to. I have wanted to try Thai food for a while now. Mercy came highly recommended. So tonight I went (take out only). I had Shrimp pad thai with a spice level of 5. I thought it was perfect. At the end I thought it was getting a little dry so I added some soy sauce, won't make that mistake again. Can't wait to further explore their menu.

I decided to try Mercy Thai based on the glowing reviews. The chicken drunken noodles are very good - lots of wonderful flavor. I also ordered shrimp pad thai. The taste was bland. The consistency was dry. There was only one small piece of green onion in the entire meal. I asked for extra limes - I got 2 tiny dimes size pieces.

  • 5/5 Cameron G. 6 years ago on Google
My girlfriend and I ate here yesterday for the first time. It wasn't my first time eating Thai but it was the first time I loved that so much! The prices are great and the food is greater! I got the chicken pad Thai and she got the drunken pork. They were both absolutely amazing. The table service wasnt the absolute greatest but the food made up for anything. They also do this really cool thing where you tell them a number 1 to 10 how spicy to make your meal. We loved it. Do yourself a favor and order the fried egg rolls. They were the best we've ever had! 5 stars all the way!

I was so disappointed last night when we ordered food from Mercy Thai. I ordered the red curry and it was almost inedible. The broth was watery and had an overwhelming ginger taste. Would not recommend and will not be getting food from there again.

I've been to Mercy Thai before and their food has generally been good. But today was an ABSOLUTE letdown. The pork belly in the dish that we took was chewy almost like leather. Very disappointed.

11/28/2029 My first time here. My last time here. Ordered the Drunkin Noodles with beef. The food was ok but nothing to write home about and there wasn't much beef. For what this cost I'd have liked to see more meat. Since the meals were take out only we called ahead with our order and were told the food would be ready at 5:50 PM, @ 6:12 PM they bought my order out to me. While I was waiting I listened to the cashier answer the phone take orders and tell people that their food would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes knowing full well that the time frame was about double that. I know what the time frame was based on how long it took me and from all the other people sitting around in the restaurant waiting for their orders. One GrubHub driver came in to pickup an order and when he was told his delivery would be ready in 20 minutes promptly left. The next delivery driver that showed up wasn't told how long it would take. Not very nice.

Our office decided to give this little restaurant a try...and it was amazing! The Drunken Noodles was very good with lots of veggies in the mix also. I like it hot and 10 was good, about where an average person would call it very spicy. The egg rolls were very crisp and tasty. The fried shrimp were also extremely tasty and very fresh flavor. Mercy Thai is a good choice!

Food is great and most staff are great to work with but just spoke with a woman who sounded like she hated my guts and was so annoyed with me even though I was polite and had the simplest order. Not sure what was with her attitude. I’ll have to come back when she’s found somewhere else to work.

  • 4/5 Mike K. 4 years ago on Google
The pad thai here is amazing! I love the slightly chewy, less saturated rice noodles they tend to have as part of it. The service is lacking just lately (Feb of 2020) very often... multiple servers coming to the table to get the order, the wrong items being dropped off, appetizers arriving as the meal does, drinks not getting refilled, to-go orders coming out late (after a 25 min wait) but I will say, they seem like they're trying hard... Maybe just not enough people, or a bad table management system in place? I don't know. I'll keep going back, but I wish they'd iron out the issues.
