Just left this place and we want to cancel our membership after just becoming new members. We have a 2 year old and he was going in the area for kids and there is a sign that says smaller children can be accompanied by adults. It is frustrating that we saw a group of teenagers running up slides and were well too tall to be in there. They weren't approached for their behavior. We were told by an employee who was yelling at me that we were too big to be in the area and I told her we had our son and I even mentioned the sign and she says "what sign?" She cusses at me. I didn't even bother talking to management. There were even parents in the area doing the same thing as us. Me and my husband are interracial so I am not surprised they persecuted us verses everyone else.

The staff there is consistently friendly. All of them are helpful and polite. This is a great place for kids of all ages to burn off some energy. Very safe space. From the concession, the foot is hot and taste good. Their chicken wings are very good.

Fun place for the kids and parents too! We are visiting the area and we weren’t sure if it was the same as Cloud9. The staff was friendly and patient to assist in explaining the different activity pkgs. The staff walked around checking the areas. The facility was well maintained and clean. Most importantly, my children had a fun experience!! This is a must place to take the family.

Crazy with kids. A good place to let them burn off excess energy. Somewhat pricey, but there are a lot of things to do here. Bumper cars, rock wall climbing, games, trampolines, rope bridges, etc. There’s a nice food court that even offers adult beverages. Something for everyone.

We had a great time here but it is pricey! Definitely worth it for a birthday or special event though, lots to do and play! I assume if you lved close the membership would totally be worth it. I suggest eating before or after you go here though! Or bring along your own snacks. Food is terrible and expensive for what it is, poor service. Try and get there early if you are going in the evening or you might not snag a table. Not a ton of seating options. Again, good for a birthday experience for the kiddos.

WARNING: Do NOT sign up for the membership plan. They lock you in for a year, which is fine, but they make it VERY inconvenient for you to cancel once that year is over. 1. You cannot cancel your membership on the website. 2. The only way you can contact them is via email on their website. 3. They allow themselves 72 hours to respond. 4. They respond with marketing pitches in an attempt to retain you as a member, rather than cancelling per your direct request. I have been emailing them for a full week now and they still haven't cancelled my membership. If they haven't worked this out by the time the next billing cycle comes, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card. UPDATE: After telling them in another email that they had 3 business days to cancel my membership or I was contacting my credit card company, my membership is finally cancelled. Never again will I sign up for a membership with these people.

Nice place for the kiddos to play. The first time we visited was for a birthday party, so you can rent a space here for a birthday and your guests get to use the facility. There is something in here for children of all ages, and their adult caregivers can only collaborate with the kids in some of the activities. My kiddos enjoyed playing in the sea of small balls and the bouncers and spent more time hanging out in these sections with their friends. There are plenty of young adults working the grounds to and making sure nothing out of the ordinary was going on with the kids. We will certainly return.

Always a good time here. Prices are a bit high and it's hard to tell how well they are able to keep the place clean. I rarely see any staff members cleaning. That said the kids always have a very good time.

The reservation process to sign up for a spot for members was a pain. I don't understand why members have to reserve spots but the general public doesn't. The website was not friendly at all. Also, I never saw anyone come around and wipe down or clean the tables in the waiting area. I used the restroom and noticed the sign posted on the door with times when the bathroom had been cleaned was blank. So either it had not been cleaned at all that day (this was around 3pm) or no one is filling out the sheet. Masks are required for those waiting but it's not enforced. Masks are not required for children playing, which doesn't make any sense to me. They are in close contact with other kids in those areas. I had mine wear their masks anyway. The kids do love to come and play here and it is a good option for when you need an indoor play area.

Had a great time with my 6-7 year old grandchildren. It never felt congested with kids in any one area. I am glad to say that all the children the evening we were there were all well behaved. No real drama. There are plenty of areas for all ages. 2 hours went by fast.

We had an incredible experience at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone's safety. The variety of activities, from trampolines to obstacle courses, kept us entertained for hours. It's a fantastic place for families and friends to have fun and get some exercise. I highly recommend it!

Taking all the right precautions to be open during COVID times. Was very pleased at how well they are trying to minimize transmission. My kids desperately needed this play day, I was nervous to be honest, but great work.

This place is a whole lot of fun for kids around the age 5 and up. So much to do and it's all included for a very reasonable price per individual. The prices for parties is however pretty high. The concessions are also fairly expensive. It's clean and the staff is friendly but they need more staff. We do enjoyed our visit very much.

I brought 10 yr olds. They became boated before our two hrs were up. My 5 yr old was entertained the whole time. The girl serving our snacks nearly brushed her long hair in my food. She quickly put her hair up when I asked about long hair and working with food. The service was pleasantly slow. Its an ok place don't think il be coming back unless I bring a pack of 5 yr olds, and my own snacks.

The pictures made it look bigger than expected. My kids 7 and 11 played for a good hour before being ready to go. A Lot of different activities. It was pretty crowded when we were there on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were walking around spraying disinfectant in the play areas.

Urban Air Adventure Park your Millard location managers can’t identify their GM to provide it to their customers to further escalate their concerns. ***WE VISIT THE LOCATION REGULARLY AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE JUNGLE GYM** Managers: Mike and CJ harassed my children and I for their height requirement to allow my 50 inch 9 year old child to play in the jungle gym. Their height requirement is 52 inches, CJ approached me in an unprofessional manner while I was sitting in the jungle gym playing with my toddler, she was calling me “love”… to which I asked her to stop calling me that and identify herself, she advised me to remove myself from the premises or be removed. Once I removed my children from the jungle gym area I headed toward s the front desk where I spoke to this gentleman in the video who’s name unfortunately I could not recall but declined to provide the general managers name and CJ the manager told him to not give it to me. Tough guy Mike then approached me and while I asked him to de escalate his conversation he refused and made comments like “if a cop stops you are you gonna say oh look officer they’re speeding too” which was irrelevant to the situation 🙃 Mike declined to provide a business card or email address or any information to further escalate my concerns, after all the lost time, humiliation and embarrassment Mike wrote down the GMs name with the store phone number. After this experience I’d never recommend this place. We have a membership and now the thought of returning is uncomfortable. *** the issue wasn’t that she was too short, they said she was too tall… there were other kids that were obviously taller/older than my kid. I’m not against following procedures/protocols for kids safety. That’s not the issue here. And if my child was breaking a rule you come to me first. No one has the right to make any kid feel uncomfortable with their approach. At least not mine.***

The server was great. Very friendly and attentive. If not for the last 20 minutes of our stay, it would have been a 5. It all went wrong when we were assured the kids had plenty of time to jump, only to have their bracelet color called 2 minutes later and we were told with no apology, by the manager on duty, that it was "up to their discretion" whether the kids could keep playing, even though one of the perks for booking the party was "all day play." We will not be back.

We love it here! We became members because it's an amazing deal! You get a free slice of pizza and popcorn each visit, and the food is not bad for a kids' trampoline park! We love that there is a place for the little ones to safely jump as well as the ground level of the playground area for them to play.

Their unlimited jump pass is by far the best deal around 14.99 /mo gets for Virtual Reality, bumper cars ropes course, rock/wall climbing/ a play area, dodge ball , trampoline and obstacle course . oh and each visit gets a slice of pizza and popcorn ..a parent pass is available for 3.99/mo. Amazing place, incredible management and friendly employees!

The front desk staff are quick and helpful. The rides staff are all nice, and ready to help if there are any concerns. They do good on cleaning, and keeping kids safe. The pizza is great and they have a good variety of drinks. We enjoy coming here, all positive experiences so far!

We enjoy urban Air there is so much to do for the kids. I think one time the kids said they were ready to go before I did. I think they opened up a little soon. We won’t be going back for awhile. My granddaughter and her friend have passes and it is worth it. All you have to do is go one time a month and it pays for it plus. If you are forking out $20 to go, you are paying to much. Get the pass it’s worth it. I think they should have waited to open so we won’t be going back for awhile.

Good midweek fun! Being a monthly member is by far the best value. Just keep in mind once you sign up for the membership you are required to do 12 months before you can cancel. Totally worth it on my opinion though.

We are a family of 6 ranging from ages 18 to 1 and our kids had a blast! Tons of fun. You and your kids will be elated with how much there is to do there plus the hot food and cold beverages are a nice addition to all the running around. Be prepared to get all your steps in for the day here.

Great place to bring your children and hold parties. It's not the cheapest but for what it is it's not bad. Pizza is decent. Domino's quality I'd say. The staff are pleasant and professional. The place is wild especially on the weekends. If you have children with autism or sensory issues I'd recommend ear protection because it's very over stimulating even for an adult. Trust me this is a place for kids to have fun not adults. Not saying an adult wouldn't have fun here but it's very chaotic loud and there are children running wild everywhere. I went there for my nieces 10 year old birthday party. If someone is not a parent, aunt, uncle or caretaker I don't recommend going here. That would be weird anyway.... Well that about sums it up. If you're willing to sacrifice your sanity to allow your kids to have the time of their lives this is the place to be.

I would give a zero star if I could! The website was very misleading as everything was closed down or not working! The place was dirty & so understaffed they just need to close. The bumper cars weren't working, the video games were all broken down, the rope climbing attraction was out of order, no zip line, no nothing! Just a few trampolines that were chaos! No one willing to help, all young workers that were snotty and disrespectful! What a waist of money! Spent $70 dollars online for 2 kids and 1 adult and didn't stay for more than 20 minutes! I inquired about a refund at the front desk and the young kid working said there were no refunds. When you first walk in you can't tell things are down & that they have removed some attractions. I will never go back as Omaha has too many better options than to waste time here! I can understand being understaffed but you need some adults in there! And the workers that were there were absolutely unwilling to help and had bad attitudes! Worst place for kids in Omaha! Highly DO NOT recommend! They need to take attractions off their website as it is simply dishonest!

We decided to try this for my sister's birthday a few weekends back. It was our first time ever going to any kind of trampoline park and we had an amazing time! We ended up doing the pass that included everything but virtual reality room. My sister absolutely loved the trampoline park and my brother was a huge fan of the obstacle courses above the bubble balls. My mother loved the up in the air obstacle course and although I wiped out a few times, I had an amazing time too. Definitely recommend this place for kids and birthday parties and even adults just for something new and fun to do!

Went with my wife and our 4 year old. He really enjoyed the tube playground but I didn't like that I how long I couldn't see him for. It would be nice if there was a little more access for parents. I did like that the staff was doing a good job keeping the older kids from being to rough around the younger ones. My son absolutely loves ball pits. It would be nice if they took part of the obstacle course and sectioned it off to just be a ball pit for younger kids. He didn't really understand why he couldn't just play in it. Otherwise we had a great time and will definitely come back. It's especially nice to have a place for him to run around when it's real cold out.

  • 5/5 Angela M. 1 year ago on Google
My kids had a blast! They are ages 8 and 4 and on the small side, but there was still plenty for them to do. The pizzas aren't outrageous and actually tasted good! The video games hit my wallet hard, though, so avoid that part if you're on a budget.

I am not someone to rate places but I feel like people need to be aware. Today my fiance and I took my niece to Urban Air. When we walked in, we were amazed at how cool the place was and almost immediately we were turned off by the staff attitudes. We walked up to the desk and talked to a blonde hair girl who didn't even smile let alone say hi. She very rudely said "did you do the waver" and we said no as we were not aware. She pointed at the kiosks and said "you have to do it there and pay there". So we brushed it off and went ahead and did the waver and paid. We went back to the counter and talked to another person when we were trying to get our socks and they were just as rude. Once we got in, my niece wanted to go alll over. It is VERY cool in there. Lots of lights, things to climb, games to play, etc. But not a SINGLE staff member smiled. Not. A. Single. One. Then what pissed me off is my niece wanted to go to the climbing area by the windows. There was 2 girls in there. One stood against the wall and the other one went had hid behind the climbing walls. My niece is only 6 and small so she couldn't unhook or hook herself up. She literally stood there just staring at the wall. So I finally asked to come in and help her get hooked up. Then the one girl who was hiding behind the rock wall (petite, dark hair, and nose ring) noticed me and jumped up. Truthfully if I wouldn't have paid for the adult pass, I would have been PISSED because I wouldn't have been able to help my niece. My niece also loved the small kids area but they were not watching on who was coming in and out of that area so big kids would come in there and plow over the kids until 10-20 minutes later they lady would finally tell them to leave. That area should have a chain where the staff member let's people in and out like the back jumping area. All in all, the environment and place was a blast and very cool. But the staff really need better attitudes...

This is the best place for toddlers, big kids, and adults. My family had so much fun. We were able to enjoy a full day of family fun. The wings were so saucy and the pizza was good as well. My kids couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. Way better than any other trampoline park we have been too.

Best place ever to take your kids. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Everything clean and ready when we arrived and the host was ready to assist. This was hands down the best experience I have had with customer service and friendliness. The manager Emmet was very nice and helpful with all of our accommodations as was the test of the staff. The food was good and the attractions were fun. My family will definitely be returning soon. 10 out of 10 great job guys.

We’ve been in a few other trampoline parks, but I think this franchise is probably my favorite. Yes they are pricey, but I feel like this particular location had nice upkeep for the equipment and such. They have a lot of teenagers working and walking around the area so of course they’re not overly attentive, but the ones I interacted with were very nice. They were helpful with my son and his friends as needed without hesitation. We didn’t try the other food, but it was pretty nice to see. they offered a small variety of adult beverages for not participating in the activities.

Had my children's (ages 6 and 9) birthday party here and it was fantastic. The party hosts were friendly and attentive. They were engaging with the children making sure they were all having fun and they served the pizza and desserts. The attendants on the floor were observant to the safety of all children and made sure to correct unsafe behaviors in a calm, professional manner. Definitely recommend for parties and just some good family fun time.

The food wasn’t good. When we got our food it was cold and tasted badly. Then my two sisters who are African American were discriminated. They were telling them that they were too tall to play in certain areas. While others kids who were the same height as them could go in and play. I will not be coming back here anytime soon.

I was here with my 19 month old son for a birthday party. The place is clean and had enough adventures to kill good 3 - 4 hours. There are a variety of trampoline and one can jump and jump and jump till you get tired. The place is very suffocating. I wish the air conditioning is better. In the room we are in we ran out of pizza and water bottles couple times and it took a while to get them. Looking forward to go back here in the future.

We were just passing thru town and needed to let the kids out to jump. We were SO PLEASED with Urban Air!! First they have so much more stuff to do than any other indoor trampoline park we've visited. Second, the staff were super nice about a couple things (couldn't leave the dog in the car cause it was so hot, so they allowed me to keep her on a leash in the corner. SO grateful. And they gave us a discount cause we're just passing thru town). And lastly, they were so good with sanitation, and COVID careful procedures. I wish we could have them closer to where we live. They rock!!

Haha) It paid for itself the first month we got it-we went 6 times the first month! My son NEVER sits still so this has been a major happy place for us! The staff have been really great and the food is pretty good! My son loves the cheese sticks. Since Covid they’re doing a great job with everything going on! Going again today :-)

This place is a rip off, very expensive and nor recommended for kids under. if you have little ones under 3 u can not even go in the only playground they have with them. You will have to pay around 15 dollars ( for parent ticket and socks) so u can be in the ground level with you child. We paid around 50 bucks for 2 hours in the premises for my 10 and 2 year old boy. Take your kids to the park probably the play ground is funner u can actually play with them and instead of standing around.

Overall not a very well run facility. The staff was generally unhelpful, unfriendly, and poorly managed. I saw several employees on their phones, while customers where waiting for service. They have two activities, the Rope Course and Rock Wall, that require an employee to operate, but only have one employee to work both. This means that if you want to climb the Rock Wall, you have to wait until all the customers have finished the Rope Course for that one employee to come over and assist you, which could be a 15 to 20 minute wait in line. Which, given that you pay for a 2 hour block of playtime, means that if you want to do these activities, you are wasting not only your time, but your money. If you try and get one if the other employees to assist you, despite several standing around talking or browsing their phones, they tell you have to wait for the one employee that is operating both attractions. I could list probably another half dozen issues I had with Urban Air, but I feel like they've wasted enough of my time already.

🚫❌ DON'T GET THE MEMBERSHIP! 🚫❌ In the fine print you can't cancel and you must pay for the full year. Then when they renew it (without asking you) good luck getting them to actually cancel it unless you move. You have to submit a utility bill proving you are 25 miles away from their location.

They closed water fountains, but won't offer any kind of water cups despite spending $120 for a small family. Probably won't be back until that is resolved. They do sell bottles of water for $2...or can try getting a drink from bathroom faucet maybe.

The worst trampoline Park we have been to. The prices are on par with other facilities, but the facility is not. The "trampoline section" is extra small. There is one man that was getting on kids for peacefully sitting in the massage chair and he told my 47" tall son he was too tall for half of the attraction we paid for (max height 48"). While the smaller kids enjoyed it, the 9 and 10 year old not so much. In my opinion not at all worth the money. We came to this location because online the descriptions said it was all day play, when we got here we were greeted with a 2 hour limit.
