I
am
not
someone
to
rate
places
but
I
feel
like
people
need
to
be
aware.
Today
my
fiance
and
I
took
my
niece
to
Urban
Air.
When
we
walked
in,
we
were
amazed
at
how
cool
the
place
was
and
almost
immediately
we
were
turned
off
by
the
staff
attitudes.
We
walked
up
to
the
desk
and
talked
to
a
blonde
hair
girl
who
didn't
even
smile
let
alone
say
hi.
She
very
rudely
said
"did
you
do
the
waver"
and
we
said
no
as
we
were
not
aware.
She
pointed
at
the
kiosks
and
said
"you
have
to
do
it
there
and
pay
there".
So
we
brushed
it
off
and
went
ahead
and
did
the
waver
and
paid.
We
went
back
to
the
counter
and
talked
to
another
person
when
we
were
trying
to
get
our
socks
and
they
were
just
as
rude.
Once
we
got
in,
my
niece
wanted
to
go
alll
over.
It
is
VERY
cool
in
there.
Lots
of
lights,
things
to
climb,
games
to
play,
etc.
But
not
a
SINGLE
staff
member
smiled.
Not.
A.
Single.
One.
Then
what
pissed
me
off
is
my
niece
wanted
to
go
to
the
climbing
area
by
the
windows.
There
was
2
girls
in
there.
One
stood
against
the
wall
and
the
other
one
went
had
hid
behind
the
climbing
walls.
My
niece
is
only
6
and
small
so
she
couldn't
unhook
or
hook
herself
up.
She
literally
stood
there
just
staring
at
the
wall.
So
I
finally
asked
to
come
in
and
help
her
get
hooked
up.
Then
the
one
girl
who
was
hiding
behind
the
rock
wall
(petite,
dark
hair,
and
nose
ring)
noticed
me
and
jumped
up.
Truthfully
if
I
wouldn't
have
paid
for
the
adult
pass,
I
would
have
been
PISSED
because
I
wouldn't
have
been
able
to
help
my
niece.
My
niece
also
loved
the
small
kids
area
but
they
were
not
watching
on
who
was
coming
in
and
out
of
that
area
so
big
kids
would
come
in
there
and
plow
over
the
kids
until
10-20
minutes
later
they
lady
would
finally
tell
them
to
leave.
That
area
should
have
a
chain
where
the
staff
member
let's
people
in
and
out
like
the
back
jumping
area.
All
in
all,
the
environment
and
place
was
a
blast
and
very
cool.
But
the
staff
really
need
better
attitudes...
