Endless Trail Bike Shop

Park Bicycle store Bicycle repair shop

😠 So apparently having a e-bike puts you on the outs with this shop. They won't work on it....even if it's just a flat tire. My e bike is as uncomplicated as it gets....the motor is literally contained in the back sprocket and simply unplugs from the body....the front tire is exactly the same as a reg... People often mention bike, work, service, Nick, tire, time, shops, shop, needed, bikes,

I walked in with the idea that he might take a second to straighten my rotor or at the very least look at it and schedule something later. If he would of just taken a second to look at it at least he would have noticed it would only take a few minutes/seconds with the right tool. However, he didn’t even put down the wheel he was working on or even ask to see my bike. Instead he acted like the work in front of him was more important than me as a customer. He treated me like I was nothing. So horrible. I went to Greenstreet and they fixed it in less than a minute. Hey man, I realize you’re running the shop yourself, but maybe next time at least focus on the customer in front of you and at the very least put down the wheel. You’re the problem with cycling and shops.

Bought a used bicycle from Mr Kurt in 2019 and have had two serviced by him since moving to the Omaha/CB area. Very satisfied. Fair, honest and low key. Currently have a mountain bike being repaired by him; plan to pick it up tomorrow. Expect excellent service. Will let you know.

My experience at Endless Trail Bike Shop was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and friendly, the repair was done quickly and it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any repairs.

Super nice guy, and knowledgeable. What I needed this time was pretty minor, but he shared lots of helpful tidbits as he was fixing my tire. Very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back.

Nick is a great honest guy! If you need a new bike or repairs don't hesitate to call. Good selection with personal service. Nothing like the big chain shops around..

I have shopped several of the stores in the metro area. I was happy to find Endless Trails after they left Council Bluffs. Great service and better prices.

This place is ok an he does great work ! But he has discrimination? I know a person that's in a wheelchair an needs a tire fixed so he can have a E- wheelchair but the refused to do it? Wow an I only like old bikes like a Schwinn criss cross an he says its too old to work on? I don't understand that? Because when I was able to work on my bike it's all about the same some parts maybe different but they're all about the same? I liked working on 10 speeds but the 21 speed mountain bike is all the same? So why is my bike too old to work on? I have never heard of that! I have been to most of the bike shops an never have anyone not worked on one?

Amazing service. Been an avid cyclist/triathlete in the area for about 5 years and tried several different bike shops for various needs and kept being disappointed. Endless Trail finally met my expectations! They immediately knew that my bike needed new brakes (which other shops had flat out refused to replace) and had crank arms that were recalled 20 years ago. I dropped the bike off on a Wednesday afternoon and was called on Saturday morning to pick it up! The work done was impeccable, the bike was clean, and everything was tuned up. The chain, crank arms, cassette, brakes, and shifter cables were all replaced. The tires were topped off and again, it was CLEAN! Also very reasonable pricing for the service, parts, and time frame. I will be back again and again.

Great experience at Endless Trail Bike Shop! Cold called on Saturday morning, dropped two Giant hybrids off just before closing Saturday afternoon. Nick went through both bikes and called me to discuss his recommendation by noon on Monday and was finished with repairs and detail by Monday afternoon. He only fixed what needed attention, his prices were VERY reasonable, and the bikes looked like new upon Tuesday pick up. I’ll definitely be returning next year and highly recommend Nick and Endless Trail… great customer service and great repair value!

I’ve done business with Nick for over twenty five years. He’s always treated me fairly. I’ve bought several bikes from them and the service was excellent every time I needed it

Not very helpful. Needed a tire changed and apparently that was an unreasonable request of a bike shop. I'd have understood if it was busy, but it was not, and now I think know why. If you need any service... The other shops in town were much more helpful.

Nick has some of the coolest fat tire bikes and has all the accessories you could need.

As a weekend warrior road cyclist I wanted something to keep me going over the snowy winter months. Purchased a fat tire bicycle from Nick who took the time to familiarize me with the world of riding a fatty. So glad I came here rather than the other local shops. Needed some work done on the roadie and brought it to Nick for repair. Picked it up in less than 24 hrs and was back on the road. NIck even took the time to completely detail my ride. GREAT DUDE, Great service, great shop!

The first time using a new bike shop. I did not know what to expect. I needed to get a wheel rebuilt due to spokes breaking. I did not want to buy a new wheel after pricing them out. Therefore, I decided to have all spokes replaced on drive wheel. He did a wonderful job. It looks brand new and I could not be happier. The place is clean and friendly; owner is knowledgeable and fair and prices are about as reasonable as what you'll find in the metro area. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Nick is a very fair and knowledgeable man when it comes to Transpo on two wheels.....couldn't think of anyone I'd trust to service my ride more than Nick....

So apparently having a e-bike puts you on the outs with this shop. They won't work on it....even if it's just a flat tire. My e bike is as uncomplicated as it gets....the motor is literally contained in the back sprocket and simply unplugs from the body....the front tire is exactly the same as a regular bike. I even bought all the OEM parts needed and thought I could change it myself but getting the tire off with the tools I bought unfortunately proved to be harder than I wanted to deal with. So I thought....I'd take it to my local small business bike shop and they would change the tires and tubes out. Especially since they claim online to be a "One stop destination for all your bicycle needs!" We'll I assumed they would just use the parts since they are so busy according to their Google reviews and not mess with having to order them in....nope. He said not only does he not work on e bikes he wouldn't use parts I purchased as well. Maybe this information should be in the fine print somewhere by the self stated "one stop destination for all your bicycle needs." claim.
