As a first-time fine jewelry store patron, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Helzberg Diamonds. I found the staff (especially Sherry) to be astonishingly kind and welcoming. Not only did Sherry explain the details of what I needed with my ring, but she did so with the utmost patience and understanding. Do not trust the them!!! They primarily sell lab created diamonds. (Lab diamonds Hold no value). My experience: I came into helzbergs to find a replacement for an engagement ring. The sales representative asked how much I wanted to spend. ( Not a problem) I never gave a value because I am willing to pay for what I want, and not what I can get at the moment. They then proceeded to show me a few rings. I asked are they lab created diamonds. They said yes these are, I replied I understand what lab diamonds are, and I DO NOT want lab created diamonds. I was very clear. I am very particular to jewelery I purchase. They then find a few more rings and one of them was as close to what I was looking for as I was probably going to find. I asked again to verify that this particular ring was natural diamonds. They said yes it was, and it was on sale because helzbergs was discontinuing the ring style. And that it was the last one in-store. He showed me what was supposed to be a certificate for the center diamond. I said I would think about it took their business cards and left for the evening. I called them in the morning to ask them to hold the ring for me until I got off work to make it back. They said yes they would. ( Great) around 5pm I received a text asking if I was still coming in, I replied yes see you soon. When I arrived I finalized the purchase and the ring and receipt was put in the bag. I was told the certification would be ordered and will take about a week to get in. They asked if I wanted it mailed to myself or to the store. I said the store would be great. Thank you. I waited 2 weeks did not receive a call about certificate so I stopped in. It wasn't available so they said they would order it again. This happened a total of 4 times. On the third time a manager was supposed to give me a call. That didn't happen so the fallowing week I called and a manager returned my call. I was explaining the certification ordeal and she then tells me the cert# must be wrong and that my ring was in fact a lab diamond. They refuse to accept it as a refund. And tell me I can bring it in to upgrade it. The problem with an upgrade is they have nothing that I like or want. 215 rings with natural stones available through helzbergs, and not a one that catches my eye. I asked about the ability to have real diamonds to be put into my ring. (At my cost) hopefully they would help with costs or some compensation for the lab diamonds to be replaced. I was told their jeweler said it can't be done. I asked for an explanation and it wasn't given. ( So they don't even want their lab diamonds? ) I will never do business with them again and I urge everyone to think twice about making your purchases from helzbergs.

Quentin was absolutely amazing. Figured out our style and wants right away, and was so kind. Very personable, and offered to help us out if we had questions even after we move out of state. I’d absolutely call him my favorite!

Diamond fell out of wife’s ring even after we had them reset it twice.. My final loss is a buyer beware. Even had their insurance which doesn’t mean anything. Beyond that, they didn’t offer any discounts or comparable or competitive pricing for a replacement. Taking business elsewhere.

I went in early November to purchase an engagement ring. I could not have been more pleased with the experience I had! When I visited I spoke with Elizabeth and Alma. I know nothing about jewelry but they took the time to talk about the options they had for engagement rings and financing. My fiancé (she said yes!) was blown away with the ring I got for her, and I couldn't be more thankful for Elizabeth's and Alma's assistance in such an important purchase!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I took my jewelry in for repairs about or around February 17, 2022. I picked up the jewelry on March 11, 2022. The jewelry had “slaughter” crusts all around the area that originally needed repair. White, flaky CRUST. Not on just one piece of jewelry, but on BOTH! The lady helping tried to blame covid “oh our person quite blah blah blah. We need MORE TIME to fix, “the same exact jewelry they’ve had in their possession since Feb.” do not buy from here! I am very thankful I took back the ring I bought, on the same day I dropped my jewelry off for repairs.

My husband purchased my diamond engagement ring and wedding band from Helzberg Diamonds in 2012. He paid for the lifetime warranty, and I cannot tell you enough how fantastic it has been for the life of my ring. My ring has been resized several times and has had rhodium plating occasionally. We moved out of state, and there are no Helzberg diamonds near us. However, Helzberg has honored the lifetime warranty by offering overnight shipping via UPS anytime I needed repairs. This last December, the band on my ring broke. I was devastated! I immediately called Westroads Helzberg Diamonds and asked to speak to a manager. Emilee (Emy) Morrison heard about the broken ring and immediately emailed me an overnight UPS shipping label with insurance. She texted and emailed me when she received the ring and maintained consistent contact with me throughout the repair process. My ring was so thin Emy had her repair man do an entire re-vamp of my ring and add much more gold to make it stronger (at no additional cost to me- this was all covered by the lifetime warranty!). Emy followed up with me on the day my ring was shipped back to me and made sure I was happy once I put it back on my finger! Need better customer service and communication between the repair service and Helzberg Diamonds. The overall shopping experience is breath taking, just some better communication would be nice for all involved. I feel that my situation was not handled correctly but I will be back. I will never go anywhere besides Helzberg. I got my 1st ring from them. A couple years later the stone kept coming loose. I was offered a new ring. I explained that it was one of the last things I got from my parents before they divorced and before my mom died. The gentleman sent my ring in and got 2 additional prongs added to help support the stone. Free of charge. The best customer experience I've had ever. First time buyer of a cheaper ring but they valued my sentimental feelings. Sad ending, I let a friend stay with me and she stole and pawned the ring. I have bought everything from Helzberg since. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry.

I have purchased many rings from them and they've always been very friendly and The prices have been pretty reasonable. The only complaint I have is when you go to get your rings cleaned it seems like they do a rush job on cleaning him because it's not a sale that they are making. I wish they took as much care of the jewelry you bought from them afterwards as they do when you are buying your jewelry. Besides that a pretty good place.

I went to Helzberg for engagement and wedding ring/bands. Quinton helped me throughout the entire process. He was very helpful with creating a custom design for the engagement ring and making a matching wedding band. Him and the jeweler nailed all three pieces we ordered! We even had other pieces ordered and then returned for no extra costs. They’re all very helpful and genuine people at the shop!
