Sale rep was rude and acted like we weren't welcomed at the store. Got my engagement and wedding rings from Riddles but, I will never buy anything from them because the quality is not the greatest and customer service is poor.

I took my grandmothers jewelry to Riddles to be cleaned. Ava was super sweet, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job cleaning my jewelry. She also made sure there were no loose stones. While there, I looked at some jewelry for myself and not a single stuff member was pushy or unfriendly. They were all great. I will definitely be back whenever I consider a new piece of jewelry!

Everyone was very helpful and kind here! They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about their products! When I visited, I was helped by Shelby and Melinda and they went above and beyond to not only help me find the ring that I was looking for but offered to clean my jewelry for no cost! My ring was sized in store by their goldsmith and it was even finished sooner than I expected! I 100% recommend this location!

My now husband and I decided to look at rings since it had been a few years since we had looked at them. I thought I knew what I liked and wanted, but once I saw THE ring, I knew it was for me. It's absolutely gorgeous, I had never seen anything like it, and my husband loved it too. He ended up going back and getting it for me, and proposed a few months later. I get the best compliments on it from complete strangers, and our friends and family have had the best things to say about it. It's vintage, unique, and stunning. The staff at Riddles were amazing, and were quick getting it resized and back to me.
