I love this place!! I couldn’t recommend them more! All the equipment and weights you could want, turf, room with wood floor, and more. No long wait times for machines bc there are so many. I’ve always enjoyed talking with their cool staff, and people that workout there are also very friendly. Their cheapest membership is the same price as planet fitness, and this is so much better.

Edit.. lowered review because they also can't seem to open on Sundays. Overall the gym is clean and equipment is in good condition. The equipment is well rounded, I would say you can easily do most to any kind of workout here. However when I signed up I was only going to get the basic membership, I don't do classes or anything like that. But I asked if my guests could have access to those things like the massage chairs (thinking my wife would like it). I was told yes. My wife comes with me on the weekends and she likes the massage chairs after the workouts and for about 2 months that is what we have done. But today I was told guests don't have access to the extras, just the gym floor and that it would be $10 to use the massage chairs. I feel very much lied to. I would've never got the premium membership if I wasn't told my guest could use the amenities of the gym. I will be dropping down to the basic membership now. Overall it's a decent gym for the price but honestly goes along way in my book. So I am very disappointed.

Gym is kept clean and the equipment works mostly except for the occasional treadmill. The classes are a lot of fun if you're looking to get in better shape. The price is reasonable starting out at $10 plus change a month. The only inconvenient part is that there is only one location in Omaha.

How do you run a place where cleaning doesn't happen whatsoever? Same bandaid has been on the floor for 3 weeks! Tanning beds are streaky, but say sanitized? Gross ... Waiting for someone to catch something and sue? The front desk staff including the GM are more interested in their socializing with there friends and saying "customers can wait!" If there is anyone's at the front desk at all! I can't even count how many times I had to go find someone. Are the personal trainers checked for credentials? They are not teaching proper form which is a huge liability! Speaking of liabilities, if it's 30 minutes before closing time they will not let you tan because they claim it's a liability. There are never sanitizer wipes stocked! You'd think in a business like this you'd have an unlimited stock and NEVER run out. Instead of running promos all the time maybe invest in someone to clean or train your staff to do it during down time?! I'd rather hear back from you directly than put it on social media. Like to hear your why? Emailed corporate twice and no response.

I’m very disappointed how the employees poorly handled a belligerent and bully guest towards a paying member today. A guest was verbally harassing a gym member and was still allowed to stay and workout at the gym. I thought that crunch is about no judgement, positivity, inclusivity, and fun. They allow people that are hostile towards their guests to stay instead of promoting a safe and respectful environment. I would not recommend this place if you want a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment.

I would avoid getting personal training here. I asked a personal trainer for assistance and she brought her boyfriend over (who doesn't work here) to harshly critique me and laugh in my face anout the program I was doing. I never asked for his input or help. It was really unprofessional. The gym is clean but has limited equipment compared with other crunch gyms

Check it! You ever notice how even a 3 star review still has five stars? It's just that 2 of them aren't colored in. All five of these are SOLID GOLD, BABY!! **finger guns** The staff and other members are all friendly enough. There isn't anybody I've seen that I do not trust. Just good people. The building is clean.

They've got great prices and great staff! I just wish they'd get detail cleaners to come in at least once a year. Their fuzzy ventalation looks nasty. Not only that, the sweat of runners, stair steppers, and their drinks are not cleaned up weekly.

I have been favorably impressed with the Deerfield Crunch. The equipment is maintained in good shape. The locker room is always clean and tidy. The early AM staff (Nicole) does a awesome job keeping the gym and all equipment clean which is a huge job. She always makes it a point to learn everyones name to greet us when we get there and when we leave. I have not taken any of the classes but they seem to have plenty to choose from. The other guests all seem friendly. All in all a great place to work out.

Great gym. Equipment is in good shape and I have seen the staff cleaning as well as most guests. Massage chair and tanning beds are also great. Locker room Is very nice. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is I think it would be nice to see staff walk around a little more and say hey to guests or maybe offer to show them a new piece of equipment to get people more comfortable with new exercises.

Been working out at this gym for the last 3 years and I love it. I drive 20minutes to get here from my house and it’s worth every trip, the equipment is almost always open and there’s hardly ever a large crowd in the workout area. The staff are awesome, gym is clean, and it’s all around a great facility.

"No Judgement" is written all over the gym- on the walls, on the machines. And it really shows through the workers, and the wonderful people working out around you. I got a membership here for Zumba, and our instructor Alisha did NOT disappoint! She was so up-beat and fun, and chatting with everyone after class was so refreshing. It feels like such an encouraging environment there, and the hydro-massage beds alone really make the higher plans worth it. I'm excited to see what new classes this gym will offer to improve their fitness experience!

Perfect gym for getting in, getting swole, and getting on with life. They have great equipment and let you workout your way without a bunch of weird rules. Really quality setup for the serious lifter.

Love this place!!! My husband and I are in so frequently together we have a gym couple twin - we now laugh and talk to them each time we see them. The staff are GREAT!! Even the GM, Reggie takes an active interest in the members and their progress.

Great gym! I love the set-up. There's a huge space to do your own cardio workouts / stretching. Tons of machines and free weights - I very rarely have to wait to use something. Plus super clean showers!

Their equipment is really nice. They have a ton of aerobic equipment, treadmills, elliptical, stair steppers, that are never full, but the free weights are always packed. 2/3 of the people there only use 1/3 of the gym. They should balance that out. One of their leg presses was broken. I told several people about it, several months went by, never got fixed.

Where do I begin? Gym decides to close “early” by posting on social media 20 minutes before stated closing time. However when we left at 8 pm (when they were apparently closing) more people were continually allowed in. Awesome right? Oh, let’s also talk about the little kids that are allowed to run around and jump all over equipment! Finally, let’s talk about how members are suppose to wait to be checked in, however anytime after 730 pm, staff members are too busy socializing and flirting with members! This place has completely gone down hill with this new management. Very disappointed

Fantastic gym option in the MIllard area. Clean, bright, with a number of options (cardio, heavy bags, free weights, machines, classes, etc.) to help you get in shape. Only concern is the weekend, where they close at 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Great gym horrible hours. Closed by 3pm on New Year’s Eve. Nowhere did they even post holiday hours. Closes by 7 pm on Saturday. Really wish hours were better.

The staff at Crunch Omaha are the best! DJ is always so personable and calls me by name when I arrive!

Crunch was great and affordable. It was a little bit far from me so I enrolled in a gym closer. I think you get more out of it as it has planet fitness prices but a better vibe and equipment.

Just an overall great experience! Clean gym & well maintained equipment. Phenomenal, very personable & attentive staff (especially the 5 a.m. staff). Fantastic gym for a great price. I only wish there were more squat racks. Check it out you won’t regret it, it’s been a good switch so far for me.

I don't actually have experience here, but didn't want to leave a bad review. I just want to notify other parents looking forward to working out, there is NOT child care at this location. Big bummer.

The atmosphere here is great, very friendly and welcome. Lots of classes to jump into, and the machines are clean and well maintained. The staff are always willing to help and have a quick chat. This is my favorite place to work out!

Staff is always friendly as I come-and-go. Downgrading my membership was a breeze when I found I wasn't using the premium portions of my membership. The place is well kept-up and improvements are always being made. Much better experience than a previous gym I went to.

In town for business and tried Crunch out for the first time. The place is clean, organized, well staffed, happy and pleasant staff, full functioning weight training and cardio equipment. Everything was 100%. No reason to try anywhere else. The guy at the front desk is always around if you have any questions. Love this place!

Not one for leaving reviews, but greatly disappointed with the "customer service" this companies employees provide. If a company closes at 7pm, the lights should not be getting shut off mid work out at 6:53pm. It's unethical and rude. The facility is nice, but someone needs to speak to their employees and discuss with them how to properly serve a community that pays for a gym membership.

I really enjoy this gym! The location is ideal. They do a good job of keeping it clean. The staff is friendly and it is a comfortable environment for women to work out in. The price is great as well!!

I went in to cancel a membership at the end of December and was told that my last payment would come out 1/4. Well it is 2/5 and I had a payment come out again. I called and they show cancel on their system but can’t tell me why a payment came out. Spoke twice to an employee who said that their manager would call back and nothing. The account this used to come out of literally doesn’t have any money in as it was only used for this account and I keep open due to my mortgage so now this account is negative for an amount that should’ve never come out. I refuse to make it positive as it should’ve never gone negative in the place since this membership was canceled.

Love Crunch! I have been going to crunch for several years now. It is the perfect size- not too huge and daunting, but enough space that you are usually able to use the equipment you need without having to wait! Great prices, clean gym (the staff is always walking around cleaning), and a very friendly staff!

I've started going to Crunch with the hopes of losing some weight. I was able to sign on for personal training with Maddy and have been steadily losing weight. She's an awesome person to have in your corner. She's willing to push you past your comfort zone, but she also understands that pushing too hard can lead to burnout and giving up and is able to find a good balance.

Amazing location. Very clean and the staff is well educated. PLUS, there is a wide variety of class options for everyone. Definitely recommend.
