My first demerit goes to the young lady who checked me in. She was not especially pleasant. Nor was she very verbal; she did not tell me any of the hours such as for breakfast or the fitness room or pool; and she simply said my room hall was around the corner when it was actually far around 2 corners. The common areas were attractive although the layout was a bit confusing. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, which is essential. The shower and bathroom were very good. I liked the wall mounted shampoo and body soap dispensers in the shower. As with most places now, there is no maid service unless you ask for it. The mini-fridge didn't seem cold, just cool. Although the location is adjacent the interstate, the room was plenty quiet. The TV menu had several channels that simply didn't display even though the programs were listed. Breakfast was not included in the room price. There was a nice restaurant with self serve breakfast, and staff who brought the drinks.

The front desk staff was very helpful. There was an issue with my company card and they accommodated me without worry. My air conditioner/ thermostat was out after coming back from working and I called to the front desk and it was fixed and back up and running immediately. The Restaurant staff was superb. Sam, Brandon, and Lexy were attentive and all around awesome. I would recommend this place 100 times over.

The hotel was very nice! Stayed for one night with my family so we could go to the zoo. You got a cookie and water when you checked in, the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Bed was comfy. Pool area was very nice! The breakfast buffet was worth the price for us before our long day it was very yummy! Would stay here again if we ever decide to come to the zoo again. Thank you so much double tree! Also the staff in general were amazing ! They gave us a tooth paste and tooth brush, also we had troubles with our pack and play and they were happy to send a Maintenance man right up to try and help us ! 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Morgan and Amanda are amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Communicated with us often while we (a large group) sat in the lobby area and extended help in whatever way they could. Thank you Amanda and Morgan for your hospitality. Also thank you Amanda for capturing so many great photos of my family and I. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The hotel looks good from the outside. The rooms seem okay at first glance. However, the fixtures used during the latest remodel are cheap and there are many little background noises on floor 1. The rooms are small. Overall I wasn't impressed and would not recommend this hotel. There areany other better options in this price range.

Nice rooms and building, very convenient to the highway. Breakfast is buffet only. Coffee is included which is a good thing but it was the only hot thing in the buffet. Everything else was at best like warm. The two servers were huddled in a closed section of the restaurant on their phones. My coffee was refreshed so not a lack of service. Eggs to order would be a big plus and salsa to drown out the dry eggs.

I went with a group for a conference. We had a really nice time. In such a very nice hotel. We even had dinner which we do not do often in a hotel but it was worth it. They also provided breakfast and lunch for our meeting. It was a very nice experience. Highly recommend others coming by and spending time here.

I've been staying here several different times since April. It is an easy 10 min drive to UNMC. The front desk personnel have all been wonderful with one exception. The rooms have just what you need during your short stay. The beds are comfortable and I have to mention the pillows are amazing. Although I would have enjoyed a soak in a hot tub, the heated pool did just fine.

The hotel is fine for most part. Room is clean, beds were comfortable. but do not eat at the restaurant! My buddy was served a bud light that was basically line cleaner. Got a new one but not until after he about puked. The food was beyond bad and so was the service. The breakfast wasn't that good either.

I’ve never wrote a review before. *taps mic* Is this thing on?? But I wanted to give praise where needed. After getting off my first 13 hour shift as a travel nurse, I decided to forgo the Airbnb I stayed at last night. Sitting on a visibly soiled couch, marinating in mold just didn’t sound relaxing. I’m glad I called Doubletree. The representative patiently stayed on the phone with me until all accommodations were met. I’m writing this review from a crisp, fluffy king bed, about to eat my free cookie and watch Netflix. Thank you x10000 Double Tree by Hilton staff.

Very new and clean rooms with mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms, we didn't use the amenities but it also had a gym and pool and restaurant. Plus bottled water and warm cookies on arrival for Hilton rewards members. And pet friendly and only require a deposit, no fee. We were so pleasantly surprised by all of it at a great price.

This hotel is exactly what I want when traveling cross-country — right off the highway, clean, very comfortable beds, pet-friendly, and big parking lot. The pool looks nice too, but I’ve never used it. Wish the bar kitchen were open late (it’s not), but you can get delivery from local restaurants. We’ve stayed here 3 times and have always been satisfied.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Room 344 was extremely run down, many stains in the carpet, rusty door handles for the bathroom, stains on the wallpaper, and a showerhead that was so clogged up the water sprayed everywhere but down into the tub. I had a reservation confirmation of $110 per night. Received my receipt via email after I left the property, was charged $115 per night. No, $5 a night is a large sum if money but it is still an overcharge and it is my money. Contacted Hilton customer service (horrible phone tree) only to be told I would have to contact the property to have an adjustment. The customer service agent tried to connect me to the front desk three times but nobody would answer the phone. I have been trying to contact the property for two days now with no success. What a #*it show this is turning out to be. Wish I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn. I stayed at the Hilton in New Orleans during my last stay and there was a high school room party next door and the management was reluctant to get involved. If this is where Hilton is headed, I don't want to be a Hilton Honors member. ** Edit** I have spoken with a manager Andrew who was very understanding and is getting the adjustment to my bill taken care of with accounting. Thank you Andrew.

The room was a little broke down. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, carpet unraveling by the front entrance and the curtains had a rip in it. But it was clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no sound proofing. We had our 1 year old with us. There was no way to close the door, so he kept opening it (not hotels fault). Great clean stay though! Would stay there again.

I try to stay at Hilton hotels because they usually have a reputation for quality. I am very disappointed in this hotel. Room 524 is in desperate need of new carpet. The bathroom door offers little privacy because there is a gap where you can see into the bathroom. The room fixtures are peeling and chipped. Lastly, there is no microwave in the room. I would not stay here again since there are other options.

The service was excellent. Coming in from a long, long distance on the road with a baby, there was a ton we needed to do. Clean up, rest, eat, etc. I fell asleep as soon as I came back from finding food. The restaurant located downstairs opens at 4 pm. Because that, I had to get back in the car and look for some food. Came back, fed ate, and knocked out. I woke up a couple of hours later with the upstairs room banging or knocking. He or she was doing something that sounded like a migraine. It went on the entire evening. Some of the plugs in the room didn't work and were really old. The carpet had stains. Other than that, the room was somewhat clean. Though there were a ton of mildew stains on the shower head and faucet. If it didn't impact our stay, it wasn't necessarily important enough to address it. the staff was accommodating enough. Well, it won't bother us as much because we planned on not staying the night. But with the heavy thumping coming from the floor above, it was enough to leave before 12 hours. I am not sure we will be back. IHG hotels have 4k tv and thicker walls. I love the Hilton, but it was an experience we wouldn't want to share with our friends and family.

This is the second stay here for 3 days and 4 days. You folks literally need more English speaking people working here. I come and go, due to my wife being in the hospital. This morning I was still in the room and I hear the click of the door unlocking. (I was lounging, resting from the turmoil.). A maid started in and I had to tell her to wait a minute. I didn't hear a knock... Once fully clothed, I went back to the door to explain I just needed fresh towels and related shower items, the garbages emptied. I couldn't understand what she said. In a few minutes two males with an empty cart are outside the door. I told them the exact same thing I told the maid. I had to repeat it several times. Once the door was shut I heard the maid saying she "hadn't not understand what he say before." Guess I really don't want to know what she thought I said.... For what I needed done wasn't much. I ended up with a couple of towels,,,, no shower floor rug, no hand towels & nothing else. Complete Breakdown in Communication.

Friendly and extremely helpful during the whole check-in process. Got us a room quickly despite us not prebooking. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Also appreciated the famous Double Tree cookies! A great treat after being on the road for over 10hrs.

Easy in easy out. Room was clean and experienced none of the water pressure issues. The reviewer that said that must shower under Niagara Falls. Only complaint is get your floor map at mobile check in fixed. Traveling with a pet and wanted to be near the stairs - no indication where anything is at check in.

For my experience rooms is good and double beds the charge only the adults for staying and kids for free, but the bathtub it's clogged I changed my room it's clogged too and the water pressure was are you kidding me . I was tired and couldn't move to any other room anymore or even to any hotel Overall not worth it to be scared of using the water 😂 and staying in the bathtub. Hopefully they fix it soon I spoked with the manager he didn't even offer any courtesy or even breakfast 😂.

This location was clearly designed by a tall person. I am the average American female height of 5'5". My feet dangled from the toilet; the shower head was unreachable to change the setting. There was plenty of floor space. Would have gotten more use out of another desk, table, or arm chair instead in that open space. Little discouraged about the cleanliness of the room when there were crumbs on a side table and a piece of check mix on a desk chair. Shows that they didn't wipe every surface, didn't pull the chairs out to vacuum under, and that IF a supervisor DID inspect the room as they are supposed to they didn't do a thorough job of it. Would have liked to use the corn hole set but the beanbags were crunchy and stiff. Very confusing layout. Difficult to access only patio with furniture.

There was a mix-up with our reservation even though I had followed up and confirmed the day before our arrival. We were supposed to have three double rooms in a grouping on the pool level. Got there and it showed two double and a king. If we had wanted a third double it would have been on a different floor. So we took the king and got a rollaway bed - not as comfortable as a queen. Then two of the rooms were charged to my account, the reservation card, even though the other parties paid with their own card and information. Thought it was all fixed. However, after checking out, I had to go back and re-explain and have them take it off my name again. As of today the correction is not showing in my bank account. Frustrating. Overall, we had a nice stay. Kids loved the cookies. Would I go back? I'm not sure.

Went as a couple, the hotel is nice and VERY clean!! Not a thing out of place upon entering the hotel. The front desk guy was nice as well. He gave us bottles water's and cookies upon checking in. Our room was standard(clean) EXCEPT for a red stain on the carpet by the bed. No biggie to us, but I did report it, I didn't want to be charged for an incident. Also, our toilet tissue holder was broke, again not major(to us). I would recommend staying!

I have had a wonderful time here! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, clean room, and excellent cookies too. Located right off the highway so easy and quick to get to the zoo. I'm looking forward to the next time I visit Omaha as I fully plan to stay here again! Will definitely recommend to family and coworkers

I booked a room months in advance. When I arrived, they issued me a key card but when I entered my room someone else was already staying there. It was incredibly embarrassing. After talking with the front desk, they put me in another room that only had 1 bed even though I originally booked a 2-bed room. They said they would comp my stay but I haven't seen anything yet.

Hotel is right off the freeway making it a convenient place to stop overnight while we were on a road trip. Lobby looks lovely. There was filtered water to refill water bottles. The pool looked great. Rooms were comfortable.

Great place to stay. Stayed several times and never disappointed. Awesome food. Great bartenders that can make any drink you want. Plenty of parking in back for trucks and large vehicles.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not stay here. Our room was filled with stains appearing to be bodily fluids and residue on the toilet seat. The bed sheets or comforter was full of lumps and there were stains all over the carpet. Pictures attached. We went to the front desk immediately and spoke to Harrison. Harrison spoke to our credit card company and both agreed to refund and cancel our stay. We called our credit company this morning since we hadn’t seen a refund pending yet. They told us that the hotel did not approve our refund and isn’t in their notes. Still waiting for them to make this right as we were approved for a refund by both parties.

We were in a pinch as the first hotel we booked was disastrous. This hotel did not disappoint! They were kind, the rooms were nice, and the cookies are amazing lol. Not to mention the restaurant attached was a great addition to the visit. Would 100% recommend if visiting the area.

We Had a Great experience when we stayed. Harrison who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We had a issue with the tub drain not draining quickly. He gave us 2 good options for the problem he told us we could change rooms or wait until the next day when maintenance came back in for him to snake the drain. We decided to wait until the next day since we took a shower already and liked our room. We called the front desk when we were ready for maintenance to come up and maintenance was at our room within a few minutes and resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. Maintenance did a awesome job. Also the young lady that checked us out was nice and friendly

The hotel is located right off the highway, so the surrounding area is a bit loud. The on site restaurant was a good stop for a quick bite to eat before bed. The check in was easy and we were offered the standard cookies and water. The room was well equipped , however the various fixtures and finishes were clearly dated and well used.

We stayed at the hotel for the AAU nationals wrestling tournament recently. The hotel was very clean. No complaints with the room at all. We would definitely book again with DoubleTree by Hilton.

Strong points new building friendly restaurant staff gym pool. Weak: Housekeeping. I worked with Sam Restaurant Manager Lee housekeeping and Michelle McCoy Front desk manager. Twice in 5 day stay I needed to request additional housekeeping. Each time they complied. I learned housekeeping is only available upon advance request at Front desk. It works well. Thumbs up.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. The rooms, service, cleanliness, amenities, price, it's all great! My only complaint is there are some strange people wandering around the outside and at all hours of the night! Being right off the interstate I guess that's to be expected but a little unsettling for me!

We had a terrific stay at the at this DoubleTree Hilton! We were warmly welcomed, our first time in Omaha, the staff provided excellent food and activity recommendations. Amazing rooms and amenities, with a very convenient location! My husband was graduating from UNMC and didn’t have time for photos- The team here did a photo shoot for us! We loved it!! Specifically, Nicki, Essence, and Ben! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Stayed two nights while on a solo roadtrip. Mason at the front desk was great and communicative. Room was alright, but a little... dark, as the lighting didn't really illuminate the room all that well. Location in a good spot, though it can be difficult to get into when traffic starts to get heavier. Overall totally fine!

  • 3/5 Russell D. 1 year ago on Google
The room was clean, however the fridge did not work in my room. The TV is very dark and hard to see. The phone in the room does not work to call the front desk. Both gentleman named Sam at the lounge were very amazing! I had great conversations with them. Very helpful. The front desk clerk said they are going to comp me for my lounge purchase due to the room Not being up to standard. All and all I will stay her again.

In town on business and stayed at the Double Tree Hilton. I must say I was very impressed with the VERY friendly front desk staff, the beautiful and cozy room on the 5th floor and the amazing food and service at Vida restaurant! Sam & Lexi the bartenders, were very friendly and helpful recommending the perfect dinner and the drinks were on point. Try the Pot Sticker, they're the bomb! If your looking for a classy, clean and amenity filled place to stay that has a restaurant on site I highly recommend giving the Double Tree a go!
