Took my wife out This past Saturday night because she wanted to go dancing, we have never been here before but I did look at the photos before hand and was a vast selection of people and it looked fun. When we arrived about 11pm I was relieved to see off duty police working the door and they were very friendly, once inside a guy turned me away from him and patted me down (I really hope he worked there and wasn't just trying rub all over ne) a female then checked my wife and her purse. The lady at the cash register joyfully shout $15 dollars ok not bad for 2 people, she said no it's $15 each so $30 for entry a bit much for a place in omaha,, so we go in and to my shock we were the only 2 white people there everyone else was Hispanic and the music was in Spanish. Did I mention the looks we got clearly we stood out I'm guessing in a bad way judging by the unwelcome looks we got, we ordered 1 drink each and got more even more glares and stares, I will say the dance floor lighting was amazing and awesome, the Pyro firs and sparks was a nice touch too and the place looked nice, but we felt very unwelcome so we quickly finished our drink and headed out the door with $48 dollars less than I came in with. If we hadn't of been made to feel unwelcome we would have stayed but clearly it wasn't going to happen. This isn't the owners fault and it's a awesome place just wish it was inclusive and welcoming of everyone and not just one class of people.

Should’ve listened to the reviews. First of all, it’s $20 to get in which is ridiculously expensive. I was under the impression it would be about $10 to get in like other places around town. Their cover isn’t listed anywhere. When I walked in, I was met with many unwelcomed gazes. I was literally 1 of 3 people in the whole building who wasn’t Hispanic. The music is all in Spanish and the DJ speaks in Spanish also. Everything caters to the Mexican culture which is great but it doesn’t make anyone else feel welcomed. Especially with the nasty looks from the other patrons. I was intentionally bumped into while on the dance floor when they all started doing salsa. I was by myself so I guess that wasn’t welcomed. The sound system is fantastic. I wasted $25 to be uncomfortable the whole time. Don’t go here unless you’re Hispanic. You won’t fit in and other club goers there will make sure of it. I thought this place played all types of music. Glad Hispanic people have a place for them to go though. Please listen to the negative reviews they are 100% true. This place should just advertise itself as a Mexican club. That’s exactly what it is.

If you like jersey music then this is the place for you. However I’m a fan of mixed genres and this didn’t give that. The dj made it known to us that he didn’t care what we wanted to hear . The people at the front are a vibe but that’s it! No diversity….

One of the most consistent night clubs in the city. We have shot many photos and videos in this club. Has a wonderful variety of VIP options and staff to accomidate. The lighting/sound/sparks/c02/led wall arrangement makes for top tier vibes. Cant wait for the reopening!

This place sucks. The drinks cost too much and the music is too loud. I didn't know it was for a younger crowd until I went in there. They should move downtown if they want to charge so much. There's a retirement community right behind the club and it's so loud outside that I don't know how they can sleep through it. That says to me that the owner doesn't respect anyone. He just wants your money. SO RUDE!!!

I sat my beer on the little shelves next to the pool table while I was racking the balls. 40 seconds after I sat my beer down security dude just came up and threw my full beer in the trash! Went up to him, and got no apology. I did get an apology from the bartender though so I'm thankful for that. But even so it's so loud by the bar he didn't hear what I ordered and got me the wrong beer. I've really tried to like this place, I've been there about 5 times but every time just gets worse. Don't waste your money here.

Grig is the best DJ the Midwest has ever seen hands down if you get a chance to see him on a Thursday you’re in for a treat! Great place! Great vibes!

Great place for a special occasion! I celebrated my birthday here and I had a blast. They allow me to decorate with balloons and I will definitely be planning to have my birthday here again. 🍾🍾🥂🥂🥳

Is all about the experience and this place provides it. Good sound system nice atmosphere and the owner gives out free drink when he is drunk 😂😂. Love this place . #1 in Nebraska in my book. Give it a go . Expect a latín atmosphere but I love other culture so am in there blaxicain style 💃🏽

They all MEXICANS be safe in here if you are a black man bro trust me once a few females approach you the "ice grills" reach a venomous level. They ALL MEXICANS I saw one "black" I said what's up homie he looked at me like I was from Mars he was a Spanish speaking Dominican.🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lesson learned. I'm good on this place. I left with a nice Mexican female from west L.A. and a couple dudes FOLLOWED US TO MY CAR. No lie man I'm telling you be safe they mean mug you, they stalk, it's crazy true story.

I used my card to buy $24 dollars worth or drinks and I was charged twice. One time was the $24 dollar charge and the second time it was a $48 charge. I am extremely upset. I tried to call as soon as I noticed and I haven’t heard back from anyone. How did someone sing the receipt for my card without my consent ?

This place used to be fun and a lot of college kids would go, now it seems like all they play is Spanish music and most people dont know the songs. Drinks are great though!

I have a bad experience in Rhythmz Lounge. The music was too loud making it impossible to enjoy. The overcrowded dance floor was a breeding ground for pushing and shoving, resulting in a chaotic and unsafe environment.

I've had nothing but good experiences at Rythmz. If you and your friends are looking to have a great night don't hesitate to head to Rythmz you'll have a blast.

Far from downtown

I’ve called many times in regards to a jacket and wallet I left there. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and wouldn’t go check their lost and found or even ask her fellow employee’s about it. Not a friendly staff at all.

best place in omaha

So I showed up to this bar for the first time, I go to open a tab, I bought 8 beers in total. Once Im done for the night, I close my tab. The next day I get notifications on my phone saying I was charged $87. When the receipt clearly said $40. The beers are only $5 each, not sure how that adds up. Someone also decided to tip themselves. I understand tips are welcome but most definitely not without my knowledge. On top of that, They’re only open 3 days out of the week so there’s no way to get in contact with them until the weekend. If you do pay this place a visit, just use cash. I declared my card lost because I don’t know if anybody copied the information. I’m not rich or whatever but Better safe then sorry.

I left a sweatshirt here and was very nervous I wasn’t going to be able to get it back. I talked to the people outside and the let me in real quick and were very kind about my mistake. I found it quickly and the bartenders were understanding and kind as well. It was closing time when I asked and there was a lot going on. Nonetheless they helped me. Always a good time a Rhythmz!

Overall pretty nice club. Honestly kind of liked the layout better before the renovations but maybe that's just me. The only thing that sucks here is the security guards. They are right outside the bathrooms. One followed me in the bathroom and also looked inside the stall while I was using it just because my friend held the door for me because it didnt lock. With all those renovations you would hae thought they would have the decency to fix the bathroom... Besides that it's a really good club. Music is always great. Always has amazing vibes. Drinks and cover about the same prices as anywhere else. I do highly recommend here for a place to go to for a night out. Just beware that security is going to be annoying pretty much all night. The club is very well patrolled.
